A Nigerian man has taken to social media to recount his girlfriend’s priceless reaction when he gave her N10,000 cash years ago.
The young man identified as @Princeencore said he had gone to pay her a visit when he realized that she had run out of money and needed funds to attend her friend’s wedding.
He noted that she didn’t ask him because she knew he had spent so much money in that period. He then decided to surprise her with a sum of N10,000.
On receiving the money, the lady got down on her knees and grabbed his legs to express her gratitude to him. He further revealed that he later married her and they have been living happily for seven years now.

“I remembered travelling to lag to see my gf.during our conversation I noticed she was uneasy. Its Obvious she has something to tell me but was reluctant. I persuaded her, it happens that 1 of our mutuals is wedding that weekend and she is the chief bridesmaid. She has ran out of cash and doesn’t know how to raise the Tfare.
I came all the way from Enugu to see her am running alot of expenses and she doesn’t want to ask me. On hearing that, I reached out to my wallet counted 10k and gave her. Babe knelt down, grabbed my legs and the thank you plus prayers sent goose bumps to my body. There is nothing that opens doors like being appreciative. That gf is my wife today. It’s 7 years of bliss. That’s the girlfriend that turned to a wife.”
