Nigerian TV host, Morayo Afolabi-Brown has urged married women to have a long term exit plan in their marriages.
Morayo, who celebrated her 11th wedding anniversary in February 2022, gave this advise in a post shared on her Instastory on Friday, November 11.
She said women should secure a backup plan incase their husbands start misbehaving or mistreating them in the long run.
According to the mother of three, no man is worth dying for and women should have an exit plan to fall back on if their marriages crumble.
“THIS THING CALLED MARRIAGE HE? SOME WOMEN NEED A LONG-TERM EXIT PLAN. YOU’VE GOT TO KNOW WHEN TO MOVE. NO MAN IS WORTH HIGH BP…. IT’S NOT EASY BUT POSSIBLE,” she wrote.

Morayo during a discussion on Rape which was she anchored live alongside other colleagues, said she would never trust her husband enough to bath their daughter because of the increasing cases of fathers molesting their daughters.
During the live recording of her show this morning, a tearful Morayo apologised to her husband saying;
”The last 24 hours have been tougher than I expected, my sincere apologies to my husband, I love, trust and respect you! It was an error and I’m really sorry!
It was not my intention. I love, Trust and respect you.
You do not deserve all the horrible things people have said about you.
