Grammy award-winning Nigerian singer, Temilade Openiyi a.k.a Tems, has caught the attention of American rapper, Snoop Dogg, with her music craft as he has publicly requested for a music collaboration.
In a video put out online, Snoop Dogg told the “Essence” singer that he is a huge fan of hers and asked for the opportunity to work on a song with her.
According to the 51-year-old rapper, his entire family loves her music and bops to it and he would love to also create magic with her.
“So Tems, when are we going to make a record? You know I’m a fan. I had to get that out of the way, now let’s get to the sh!t, let’s make a fxcking hit record girl. You’ve been having my whole family dancing to your sh!t, I need one with you and you can post that. Happy new year from D O double G,” he said in the video.
Snoop Dogg’s request has caused a stir on social media, as netizens applaud Tems for gaining the recognition of the legendary rapper after working with Beyonce, Rihanna, Drake, Future and other renowned projects.
