The video shared on TikTok by @ayaola029 displayed the bride seated beside the cleric during their traditional wedding ceremony.
The beautiful bride looked lost in her thoughts with no sign of happiness visible on her face.
As the cleric stood up to dance, she remained static on the seat, watching her husband jubilate with the master of ceremony.
Eventually, the bride stood up and danced reluctantly, after other clerics joined her husband in the celebration.
In no time, netizens stormed the comment section with differing opinions on the bride’s countenance at the wedding.
Viewers speculated the marriage could have presented the bride with a difficult dilemma – the expectation to become a niqabi wife.
While some suggested the possibility of marrying into a polygamous home, others opined that the cleric voodooed her.
