A Nigerian man based abroad shared his views about the Japa syndrome which has elicited varying reactions on the internet.
The man is of the opinion that instead of leaving the country in search of greener pastures in other countries, Nigerians should stay back and develop the country’s agricultural economy.
He advised that the money used to finance the travelling processes and documentation should be diverted into farming including fishery.
The European-based man insists that the sum of five million Naira is enough for any man to find his feet in Nigeria without travelling outside to do degrading menial jobs.
All these were said in a street interview with @italiandavido and some online users do not approve his suggestions. Read some of their comments:
