A female passenger had a shocking experience on public transport after the bus driver gave her a plate to keep her dry during heavy rainfall.
The woman claimed that when the unthinkable happened, she had boarded a bus at a well-known bus stop in Benin, Edo State.
When a heavy downpour started during the ride, the bus driver immediately extended his hand and held a plate for her, informing her that the bus was leaking.
To keep her from getting wet throughout the ride, the bus driver handed her the plate to hold. She showed herself clinging to the plate while water fell into it; she had no choice but to do so to stay dry.
Many have flocked to the comment section to share their similar experience. While some related the plate to street beggars, others mocked the lady’s situation.
