A lady has come out to express her p@in after her alleged r@pe case was dismissed despite the evidence provided.
According to her, the young man had invited her for a job opportunity, which she obliged and went to with a friend of hers. On getting there, both of them were attacked and r@ped at knif3 point. After the gruesome incident, he then went ahead to threat3n the victims with their nudes. She confessed that she lived in fe@r for months and could hardly eat. The matter got to the authorities and evidence of the act were retrieved: “the knife, the cream he used to enter freely, the tissue chats of him admitting and thre@tening my friend. All of these, even doctors report were retrieved”.
But, despite the evidence provided, the back and forth for four months and endless transport fare, the judge concluded that the alleged victim had no case. The lady lamented that the case didn’t make it to trial, neither was the culprit on bail or asked to settle her, but was rather asked to sweep as comeuppance. “and he came to court and he was making fun of me”, she added. She w3pt and said there was no law in Nigeria.
The videos she posted on her Tiktok has got people requesting to know the judge who gave the verdict and the police officers who handled her evidence. She said she doesn’t know the name of the judge but the officers who handled her case were from Gender and she wasn’t sure if they actually submitted those evidence.
