A lady opted for an unconventional solution to protect her freshly washed clothes from a sudden downpour using polyethylene bags.

In the video, the lady had already spread her laundry on a clothesline when heavy rain clouds gathered, and the rain began to fall.

Determined not to let her efforts go to waste, she quickly improvised by covering the clothes with large polyethylene bags while leaving them hanging on the line.

The unusual method allowed the clothes to remain shielded from the rain, as she carefully wrapped each section to prevent them from getting soaked again.

Sharing the clip online, the lady joked that she would not allow the rain to “tease” her after all the stress of doing her laundry.

The creative hack sparked mixed reactions on social media. While many praised her quick thinking and resourcefulness, others questioned whether the clothes would dry properly under the plastic covering.
