A businesswoman has taken to the media to cry out hours after realizing she had left ₦1M worth of goods on a public bus.
The hardworking lady had gone to the market to stock up on her skincare products, which were worth over a million naira. She then took a public bus and dropped the goods under the seat in the boot. But while they drove, she kept dozing off. It got so serious that she had to zip up her phone inside her bag. The bus got to her stop, and she came down and left the goods behind.
She got home, took her bath, and decided to take a nap before looking for what to eat. It was while she slept that she subconsciously saw herself unwrapping her skincare products, and it dawned on her that she had forgotten something on the bus.
She cr!ed on her way back to the bus stop while narrating the story, hoping to see it, or if the driver would be kind enough, he would call the brand that is labelled on the goods to inform them. But if she happened to not find it she would close the business for a while, and not mind what it will cause her. Her wailing attracted passersby who interrogated and consoled her. She would go ahead to blame her “carelessness” on the fact that she hardly slept due to the demands of her business. “Since I enter Lagos, I never rest”, she added.
