A woman reveals how she gave her husband the same treatment he allegedly gave her on her birthday because of a minor disagreement.
As seen in their conversation, her husband failed to acknowledge or celebrate her birthday due to a minor misunderstanding. However, the man expressed disappointment that his wife had not mentioned his birthday throughout the month, despite knowing the date was approaching.
He reminded her that he had even hinted about it the previous day and later suggested getting a cake so they could celebrate with two friends at home. Wondering why she seemed distant, he asked if they were still fighting.
In response to his message, the woman reminded him that he had done the same thing during her birthday in January. She claimed that despite their disagreement at the time, he intentionally refused to wish her a happy birthday for the first time.
She stated that since he ignored her special day because of the argument, she decided to return the same energy on his birthday. Declining his request to buy a cake, she told him she would not be celebrating anything with him and added that they could “recount 1-1 next year.”
