A baby mama to three different men shares regrettable actions that ladies should avoid if they do not wish to be in her shoes.
She had confessed that she was once married, and has come out to share what she did that contributed to her failed marriage and bankruptcy.
First on her list was disrespect. She advised ladies who wished to keep their marriages to always respect their husbands in every situation. As far as the man is good and has taken responsibility over you, irrespective of how advantaged you are, respecting him is undebatable. Sighting herself, she recalled that she would talk to her ex disrespectfully simply because she felt she was beautiful. This, she added was one of the things that made him leave her: “There is something about men and their ego…even if na you dowry the man dey respect am…men even prefer a ch3ating woman to a disrespectful woman”, she concluded.
Secondly, challenging and competing with the man. She disclaimed that she is no longer in that stream of feminists who want to be in charge and do things by themselves, who claim they can pull off what a man can do; “me I’m a baby-girl for life”, she added disagreeably. Men do not like being challenged like that, but like to be of assistance to their wives or family. She advised that women should let men help and be of assistance even in situations that they could handle.
Lastly she cautioned women on how they would communicate with their husbands. That communicating a good thing in a bad way is a bad thing regardless. At any point that the wife needs something from her husband, she should say it with humility because people have different perspective and he might not take an outright request likely.
Many ladies in her comment section appreciated her advise but added that respect goes both ways: respecting and staying with a disrespectful man is not an option.
