A woman has addressed the recent trend on the pros and cons of a couple living together before they are married.
She called out women cohabiting with partners they are yet to be married to, to pack their bags and go back to their fathers’ house because the man they are living with will not marry them. And to those claiming that cohabiting worked for them, they should know that, on a larger scale, they are a minority; most of the time it never works out.
A man who has cohabited with a woman has no reason to marry her because he has experienced her in every way. If, as a girl, you cannot afford to stay on your own, then go back to your parents’ house; it is more honorable and dignifying for the man to come and marry you from there.
To support her argument, she referenced two cohabiting couples who went on an interview, and the man said he wasn’t ready for marriage, while the lady said she wasn’t 100% ready. The lady advised that the lady better take precaution because the signs that the boyfriend would not marry her, are glaring. It will be wise to move on and avoid complaining of time wastage in the future.
