Popular Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo has reacted after being labelled a hypocrite by a follower.
The mother of two had taken to her Instagram page to celebrate her colleague, Funke Akindele, as she turns 45 today, August 24.
She posted a stunning picture of the phenomenal actress and wished her well on her birthday. However, she didn’t tag her handle.
Iyabo wrote, “Fly high birthday girl ……… more blessings, more success & more wins 🏆 💓 Happy Birthday mate”
Many people flooded the comment section with lovely messages and well-wishes for Funke Akindele, but a follower accused Iyabo of being a hypocrite for posting her colleague when she’s not following her on Instagram.
“You tooo like Oju aye, somebody you are not following why post her on your page ma?” the troll wrote.
The 44-year-old actress spotted the comment and slammed the IG user for insulting her without knowing the full story.
She further revealed that she and Funke blocked each other on Instagram some time ago and it’s been a daunting task to unblock each other due to Instagram guidelines.
“Ode adugbo… Funke & I blocked ourselves and we have been trying to unblock each other, if you’re well informed you will know that IG has made it difficult to unblock each other once you both block each other.. wisdom is profitable to direct”, Iyabo wrote.
