Nollywood actress, Ruby Orjiakor has received heavy criticism for her recent display of generosity at a recent event.
The thespian, who is known for her philanthropic gestures and shares videos of herself giving out food items to the less privileged, attended her friend’s traditional wedding over the weekend, and decided to give back in her usual fashion.
However, this time, she took to the street to throw naira notes on the ground while children trailed behind her and scurried to pick them up.
In a video shared online, Ruby is seen walking gallantly as she tossed money at the children, while saying “The Time Has Come” repeatedly.
She continued till she got to the wedding venue and started spraying money on her friend and her groom.

The video has sparked mixed reactions on social media, with the majority expressing disappointment in her for tossing money at the kids instead of giving them in an orderly manner.
According to the critics, she should have assembled the kids and given them the money in their hands, rather than treating them like beggars.
However, some others opined that there was nothing wrong in her action and the kids clearly enjoyed picking the money.
