Popular Nollywood actor, Alex Ekubo has finally returned to social media with a message for his fans and followers following the saga with his estranged fiancée, Fancy Acholonu.
Recall that 2023 began on a messy note for the actor after his ex-fiancee made some damning allegations against him which further fueled speculations about his sexuality.
Fancy had publicly apologized for the way things ended between them in 2021. However, due to his failure to properly acknowledge her apology, she granted an exclusive interview where she made disparaging claims against the actor.
She had accused Alex of cheating on her despite refusing to sleep with her throughout their 5-year relationship. She also accused him of manipulating and gaslighting her among other allegations.
Despite all the ruckus, Alexx refused to confirm or deny the allegations as he kept mute and stayed off social media until he made his first post today, January 30.
In the post, the 36-year-old actor shared a handsome photo of himself and ushered his followers into the new year.
He said normally he would have shared a motivational message for his fans like he does at the beginning of every year, but he won’t be able to do that this year for obvious reasons..
He then urged his followers to refer to the pep talks he shared in previous years.
Alex wrote,
