Popular Nollywood actor, Frederick Leonard has reacted to the issue of body odor on movie set amongst cast and crew.

Leonard urged his colleagues to ensure they used deodorants at all times to avoid causing inconveniences to others.

The actor gave this advice while reacting to a post made by Nollywood film producer and director, Victor Okpala who earlier urged crew members specifically to make use of a roll-on or body spray when they are on set.

Frederick Leonard further stated that the cast and crew should reapply the deodorant to prevent odor since the nature of the work necessitates being up and about for at least 14 hours.

He wrote;

“Any human being that has a functioning brain whether cast or crew, should use deodorants. And touch up again by 5pm so you don’t begin to smell like rotten goat. For a profession that requires that we are constantly on our feet for a minimum of 14 hours, common sense should apply. And let’s not forget mint or gum to fight mouth odour”
