Reality TV star, Aisha Umaru better known as Kaisha, is currently trending on Twitter following claims that she has a critical mental illness.
A yet-to-be verified report shared online by controversial blogger, Gist Lover, alleged that a former Big Brother Naija housemate is mentally unstable and roams around her estate in Lekki, Lagos, looking unkempt and barefoot.
They also claimed that the housemate is yet to receive adequate medical treatment for her condition, and is only being cared for by her sister.
They further added that the manager of the said housemate has deleted all the posts on her verified Instagram page.

Though they didn’t mention the name of the housemate, netizens deciphered that it was Kaisha because all the posts on her Instagram page has been deleted.
Following the disconcerting news, fans, followers and viewers of the reality TV show have trooped to social media to pray for Kaisha’s well being, causing her name to trend on Twitter.
