It was quite an emotional moment between Cross and Pere in the Big Brother Naija All Stars show when the former openly expressed his decision to end his friendship with the latter.
Last night, Cross had a private conversation with Pere where he revealed his intention to cut ties with him over trust issues, based on what he heard from their fellow housemate, Ceec.
The 32-year-old influencer explained that Ceec told him that Pere is not loyal to him and would not defend his name in his absence. He noted that he doesn’t trust Pere anymore and feels it’s best for them to cut ties.
He also cited Pere’s reaction when Ike scattered Ilebaye’s clothes in the bathroom in a bid to provoke her, and how he said her things should remain on the floor. According to him, he can’t cope with his behavior.
In his defense, Pere advised Cross not to believe everything he hears from people because they are not true. The 38-year-old actor also noted that he has been loyal to him from day one, however, Cross maintained his stance to end their friendship.

Moments after the emotional heart-to-heart conversation, Tolanibaj, in a conversation with Neo in the kitchen, revealed that Pere appeared to be crying.
Lucy was also heard asking Pere if he was okay because his eyes were red.
