A Nigerian lady, simply identified as Tiwalola, has taken to social media to share her beautiful love story.
Tiwalola, in a post via her Twitter handle, revealed she married her secondary school best friend.
According to her, she and her husband were born on the same day, in the same year, in the same city, and ended up in the same school.
They became best friends, and when they were eighteen, they realized they were developing feelings for each other and started dating.
They finally tied the knot in January this year after 10 years of dating.
“Born on the same day, same year, in the same city & ended up in the same school. We became best friends at 13 when a teacher punished us for arguing too much 😂. At 18 we realised we were kinda falling for each other & decided to give love a go. 10 yrs later he put a ring on it!”, she wrote.
Recall that videos from the pair’s grand wedding ceremony made the rounds online a while ago.
According to friends of the couple who celebrated them on social media, Tiwa and her husband, Goke have been together since their secondary school days in 2004.
The couple, who are proof that love can sure stand the test of time, decided to seal their union recently.
Interestingly, Tiwalola and her high school sweetheart are said to have many things in common, including same birth dates and ages. Read here.
