A NYSC Corper posted to a school relates what he taught his students after his place of primary assignment refused to pay him for his services.

The video he made shows how the students were singing along and vibing to the lyrics of ‘Lonely at the top’ by Asake, a popular Nigerian artiste.

It was assumed that he had taught the kids the song as he first sang the verses and then the students took over when

The POV says, “When my PPA refused to pay me”.

The video has gained traction on social media with many takes on the matter. Read some of the comments by viewers,

@Emi_bibe: Federal government is already paying him, why must the ppa pay him. That’s just a support

@YoungEmmanuelJ: At least he is teaching them how to sing , one if them fit be the next asake 🤣🤣

@michaelEnwankwo: Some PPA can be so annoying ehn. But the students do not deserve the treatment though

@_allabout_music: Nigerian kids should chase their dreams with the rhythm of music as their guide.” That’s the best way

@Jade_Mois: If the Principal should find out, he will understand that getting paid is the least of your problems during service year.

@gentlecurate: The best way to make kids comfortable, happy and concentrate in the classroom. Good job bro.
