It’s a new day, but the news of what is now a legal battle between Actress Tonto Dikeh and Dancer Jane Mena is still dominating the headlines.
Recall that yesterday, Jane announced she will be suing the single mother-of-one for defamation of character and she would also demand a 500M naira compensation fee in the lawsuit.
Jane claimed the s3x tape was only a figment of Tonto’s imagination because it does not exist, and she also dared the Actress to release it.
Tonto in her reaction, insisted that the sex tape is actually a thing.
Tonto wrote ;
Jane Mena, If i say your sex tape exist, I said it again and again child.
You can’t be begging me behind the scene to save your marriage and begging to see me for an appointment to explain yourself then come with a petition.

Some hours ago, Tonto took to her social media page to warn lawyers to stop calling her to beg on “someone’s” behalf.
Her Instagram post reads
Dear lawyers stop calling me to beg on anyone’s behalf…
Do what you are paid to do, THEY DONT CALL ME KING IN VAIN
