Popular Nollywood actress, Funke Akindele and her estranged husband, JJC Skillz, are rumored to have made peace months after their separation.

JJC, in a post on his Instagram page in the early hours of Thursday, June 30, announced that he and the award-winning actress are separated.
According to him, they have been having marital issues for two years, and he was forced to move out of their matrimonial home three months before the announcement on the insistence of the actress.
Speaking on what led to her separation from her ex-husband, JJC Skillz, Funke, on her part, said that she and her husband’s dreams and visions for their marriage were no longer in sync.
“Well, the truth is our dreams and vision of what our marriage should be just no longer aligned. And efforts to make it work all fell on deaf ears, so why hang around?” she said.
However, a recent check on their pages shows that they have now followed each other back on the platform.
The gesture has elicited excitement from fans of the former couple who are rooting for them to reconcile and get back together.
