A popular Ghanaian man of God has said taking selfie in church is devilish.

This was revealed by an Accra Metropolitan Archbishop of the Roman Catholic Church The Most Reverend Charles Gabriel Palmer-Buckle who warned youths not to take selfie whilst mass is in progress because it is blocking their way to salvation.

According to AdomNews, the outspoken man of God says the youth of this generation are fond of taking photos whilst church service is in progress but he believes that it is a medium set by the devil to deny the youth from listening to the word of God.

He made a passionate appeal to the youth to quit that habit at the Awoshie-Anyaa St. Francis of Assisi Church’s dedication.

  1. Taking selfie in church isnt a bad thing…
But taking selfie while the message is going on is whats very bad

Can yhu take selfie while the president is talkinq to yhu in a very serious confrence with high profile individuals present??? No you will want to compose urself
Or will yhu dare take a selfie in a shrine when a native doctor is doing his incantation??(yhu want ur fone to melt in ur hand?)..
But how abt in the presence of God almight who created that Buhari, high profile individual and everyone on earth???…we be like God will understand..overfamiliarity is killinq some christians today and it needs to stop,ur pastor cant be preachinq and ur phone camera would be the reason ure not blessed that sunday.

Stop it before devil start skypinq with yhu from the bottomless pit of hell.

  2. Taking photo inside the house of GOD shows that you are possessed by the spirit of distraction. You are distracting other people with your devilish attitude.and when you distract others GOD will not be happy with you.

  3. It’s true. Selfie in the church during Church service is a device of the devil to distract and deprive people from listening to the word of God, which is the word of light in the house of God.

  4. God bless this man, aff been waiting long for one of this men of God to talk about this, its getting too much, some of this acclaimed choristers self, if their friends don’t take them photos while leading in praise or worship in the church, I don’t know if they want to show the whole world that “me too dey hold mic for church”
