A lady ended a talking stage with a man who appeared jealous of her close relationship with her father.

According to their conversation, the lady apologized for her late response, explaining that she had been on a phone call with her dad. The man questioned why she spent more time talking to her father than with him, even though they were only getting to know each other.
When she asked if he was trying to compete with her dad, he replied that she was “too much of a daddy’s girl” and said he believed she would stop being so close to her father once they started dating because he could not marry a woman who cared “too much” about her dad.

The man admitted that he wanted to be the “only man in her life” and claimed he disliked his partner’s family visiting their home or her visiting them except on special occasions.
Surprised by his remarks, the lady retorted that he had not even earned “boyfriend privileges” yet was already applying for a “dictator position.” She further remarked that therapy would suit him better than a relationship, and then she blocked his contact.
