Popular reality TV star, BamBam, has shared tips for living a long and healthy life with her fans and followers.
Taking to Instagram, the former Big Brother Naija housemate said people will live longer if they have no expectations from others.
She also counseled people against judging anyone based on the opinions of others.
Her words,
“For your sanity, have zero expectations from people. You would live longer and happier. Don’t judge anyone or any situation based on the opinions of other people, if you don’t have explicit revelation of the situation.”
In other news, Nigerian actress, Shan George has urged her frenemies to refrain from posting her photos if she passes away because they do not post her while she is still alive.
According to the actress, there was a lot of hatred going on around the industry and only people who looked out for and genuinely loved her when she was alive were allowed to mourn and post her pictures.
In a video she posted on her Instagram page, Shan threatened to rise from the dead and go after everyone who posted her photographs after she passed away.
In her words;
“Una well done o, the hate wey just dey fly left right and center, wanting to eliminate each other hurts. When you con drop dead your pictuure go dey fly everywhere.
If you no dey post my picture now wey i dey alive and hustle, you see me pass you dey show me hate, you no dey help me for my work, children or family. Nobody dey your mind to help but i die, you post my picture? I go wake uo pursue you
No post my picture, if you dey show me hate now, NO POST MY PICTURE WHEN I DIE.”
