A married Nigerian woman has been left devastated after her husband reportedly proposed to his side chick, while still married to her.
The woman, identified as Mercy Tom, who took to social media to call her husband out, said he told her he was going on a business trip, while, in reality, he was going to meet his mistress and ask for her hand in marriage.
She claimed someone sent her photos of her husband’s engagement to his side chick.
The distraught woman said she hasn’t been able to contact him since receiving the photos, and her husband’s relatives were unable to provide any information after she confronted them.
She revealed that her bags have already been packed in readiness to leave the matrimonial home if what she heard is true.
Sharing photos of her husband and his alleged side chic, Mercy wrote,
“MY HUSBAND AND HIS SIDE CHICK. My story is very brief! These pictures were taken yesterday when my husband proposed to his side Chick while still married to me.
A friend to this woman sent me these photos because she knows me. My husband said he is going on a business trip not knowing this was the plan, I called him this morning and asked him about this he just said “I will call you back” that’s how he cut the phone and it has been off since that time.
I called his RELATIVES and they claim not to know anything about it they are also in shock! My things are already packed! This is the worst a woman can go through.”
Sadly, this comes after Mercy via her Facebook page, made a case for men; lauding the male gender. She maintained that all men can be made into good husband if they have a good wife who shapes them into one.
