Leo DaSilva raises

Reality TV star and businessman, Leo DaSilva has raised an alarm about an alleged organ harvesting ring currently thriving in Nigeria.

He shared his concern on Twitter while reacting to an online petition to create a national missing persons list in Nigeria for proper documentation.

A Twitter user who encouraged people to sign the petition wrote,

“There are over 25,000 missing persons in Nigeria presently.

Over 25,000 people, gone without a trace. People should not leave home and never return to their families.

Sign this petition to create a national missing persons list.”

Reacting, Leo disclosed that someone close to him have fallen victim to the schemes of these organ harvesters but thankfully he managed to raise money to buy his freedom.

The Big Brother Naija star added that people should take extra caution to protect themselves because the various security agencies in Nigeria can’t help.

He tweeted;

“There is a organ harvesting ring thriving in Nigeria. Someone close to me has fallen victim and God saved him.

This is why we need to start securing ourselves in Nigeria. Security agency can’t.

Crazy thing is Rivers is where my friend fell victim. He paid to save his life. Many people raised money for him.”
