A Nigerian lady has revealed that she hustles as a labourer at a construction site in Benin City, Edo state, to make a living for herself.

The student, with Twitter handle @02franx, shared photos of herself at work to the astonishment of netizens who then lauded her for being proud of her job.

In a Twitter post, she shared a picture of herself with a head pan and another photo with her fellow male labourers.

She captioned it: “Aside being a student..”

The post wowed many social media users, however, to clear the doubts of some netizens who argued that the photos were stage, she shared a video carrying a block of cement to the building’s top floor.

According to the reality star that’s the best thing a parent can do for their kids. Cindy noted that it’s important for ones kid to be a citizen of a developed country going by the situation of Nigeria.

She averred that it is a good investment for Nigerian parents if their kids are birthed abroad, as this will enable them to secure dual citizenship.

The brand influencer while advertising a skin care brand via a video she shared on her Instagram page, left her concerned fans worried after they spotted swollen and dark eye bags on her face.

Popular comedy group, Mark Angel Comedy drops the sequel their previous episode, “COVID19”, this one is tagged “My Money”.

Recall in the last episode, Mark Angel was tricked and taken to isolation after he was lied to he had contracted the deadly disease.

Ever since Baze 10 beat Mark Angel to his own game and took the N70k naira that was meant for him, Mark Angel has been doing all he could, using all his knacks to get his money back, but it seems he did a good job training Baze 10 as he would always escape every single obstacle or trap he sets for him in a bid to get back his money back.

Mark Angel would not also give up on his quest to get back what is rightfully his, but this would soon lead to his downfall as Baze 10 would soon turn everyone against him, including his lawyer who would later force him to resign as the caretaker and handover the position to Baze 10.

An action that would soon lead to a full-blown battle in future Episodes.

A CCTV footage serving rounds online has captured the moment Migos rapper, Quavo pushed his ex-girlfriend, Saweetie in an elevator.

The video released by TMZ on Tuesday, March 30th, shows the estranged couple having a physical altercation in the elevator sometime in 2020 before they announced their break up.

The CCTV footage shared online shows the duo standing outside an open elevator. When the doors open, Saweetie is seen swinging at Quavo.

Quavo dodges the hit before Saweetie grabs an orange Call of Duty case. There’s a struggle over the case before Quavo pulls Saweetie down to the ground. Afterwards, Quavo stands with the case, not helping his ex as she’s lying on the floor.

Saweetie remains on the elevator floor as Quavo looks down at her but doesn’t help her up. In the end, Quavo places the case on the floor to stop the doors from closing and waits until Saweetie picks herself up and exits.

Controversial investigative journalist, Kemi Olunloyo has alleged that the bride price of Davido’s fiancée, Chioma Avril has been refunded.

According to the US trained journalist, Chioma’s family allegedly refunded their daughter’s bride price to Davido and his family, leaving him with no right to claim his son, according to Igbo traditions.

This is coming after the popular Nigerian singer was spotted locking lips with his rumoured new lover, Mya Yafaii at a party recently.

Man arrested after he attempted to swim naked in Kendall Jenner’s pool

World’s highest paid model, Kendall Jenner has beefed up her security after a man reportedly trespassed on her property and tried to swim naked in her pool.

According to a report by TMZ, a 27-year-old man managed to enter the property of her gated LA home in the early hours of Sunday morning, March 28. He then reportedly proceeded to knock on all the windows while yelling out Kendall’s name.

Kendall Jenner was not home at the time but her security team was alerted to the breach. As guards tracked his movements, they discovered the intruder stripped naked and attempted swimming in Jenner’s pool.

The guards detained the man until police arrived and he was arrested for misdemeanour trespassing.

Sources told TMZ that Jenner is now considering moving out of the property but in the meantime, additional security measures have been put in place.

This is not the first time an intruder has breached security to enter Kendall Jenner’s property. In 2018, an alleged stalker was found on the grounds twice. Then in 2017, there was a burglary at her previous home in Hollywood Hills, with $264,000 worth of jewellery stolen.

This incident comes one day after a California judge granted Jenner a temporary restraining order against another man her legal team claim wanted to gun her down.

Legal documents obtained by TMZ revealed Jenner was told of the man’s plans to kill her after buying an illegal firearm. He is currently being held on temporarily in the psychiatric ward of an LA hospital.

In the docs, Jenner said his alleged threats were “causing her severe emotional distress and anxiety“, so the judge has ruled the man must stay 100 metres away from the star.

Former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode FFK, on Tuesday, March 30th, got injected with the Oxford/AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine.

He’s taken the vaccine few months after he took to his social media handles to condemn the vaccine, describing it as evil and “Gates killer vaccine“.

Fani-Kayode shared photos and videos of him taking the jab at the National Hospital Abuja on Tuesday, March 30 and said if his hero, Donald Trump, who questioned the vaccine can take it, then he too can.

He wrote,

“Despite my initially strong reservations I bowed to sound logic and superior reasoning and took my Covid 19 vaccine today.

This is thanks to the counsel of my sister, the distinguished Senator Grace Bent, who convinced me to take it and who emphasised that we must set an example to others.

I also give thanks to my sister the Hon. Patricia Etteh, the former Speaker of the House of Representatives, who is the Chairman of the National Hospital where I took the shot and who not only let me eat all HER lunch in her office before the exercise took place but who also gave us a warm reception and guided us through the whole exercise.

Her whole team and staff at the hospital were simply wonderful, highly efficient and very supportive and consequently the whole exercise went smoothly and was very pleasant.

This is a clear case of “never say never”. If anyone had told me that I would take this vaccine up until one month ago I would have said “no way”.

I am glad that I changed my mind and did so because it has brought comfort to many around me who insisted that I must stay healthy and safe at all costs.

I recommend the vaccine to others and I assure you that the National Hospital in Abuja is a great place to take it.

Covid 19 is real and has killed so many people, including dozens that I knew and loved, over the last one year.

Let us fulfill all righteousness, take all necessary precautions, employ all legitimate means to fight it, follow the protcols, sanitise regularly, maintain social distancing, stay healthy, stay safe, stay blessed and live long to take care of our children and loved ones.

Finally let me add this: if my hero President Donald J. Trump can take the vaccine even after criticising and questioning it then so can I.

Davido, Chioma and his supposed new girlfriend, Mya Yafai trended today, March 30, 2021 after picture of the American Model kissing the DMW boss touched down the internet.

Media personality, Shade Laipo in her usual wont has slammed woman who are ‘also’ mocking Chioma over the pictures.

We recently brought you reports about a Lady who called out her landlord for serving her quit notice over her dressing.

Apparently, an update from the landlord suggests that he served her quit notice due to not only her manger of dressing, but a supposed nasty and insolent attitude.

Recall, Toju Agbajoh had taken to her Twitter page to claim that her landord gave her a quit notice because he has issue with the way she dresses.

In his reaction, the landlord, Oladipo Xeview Awesu claimed that Toju was in the habit of parading around the estate almost naked and beat up the security guard attached to the house.

He further claimed that Toju was almost beaten up by some ladies over alleged boyfriend-snatching.

“Toju Agbajoh so you brought your trash to the media and you aren’t ashamed. A young Nigerian lady allegedly went berserk in viral video after alighting from a car in Auchi.

In the video serving rounds online the young lady is seen muttering inaudible words while pacing back and forth on a busy road in Auchi, Edo state.

According to the eye witness who recorded the video, the lady ran mad immediately she alighted from a car, guessed to belong to her boyfriend.

While questioning the lady on what happened, the witness advised other women to stick to their “broke boyfriends”, rather than falling for men with flashy cars and lifestyle to avoid falling victims to such misfortune.

In other news, an unidentified woman caused a mild-drama on Sunday morning at Ajangbadi area of Lagos state after she reportedly ran mad.

It was gathered that the ugly incident happened after the young lady lodged with a man at New Planet hotel till day break and allegedly went mad, Sunday morning in a huge dramatic display which was recorded on camera.

It was gathered that the lady went mad in the hotel but was chased away by the hotel officials as she continued her public display inside a gutter while making senseless statements as can be seen in the recorded video.

The incident left residents and passersby in shock after gathering at the scene to witness the drama.

Nigerian men cry as they’re brutalized by soldiers and civilians in India (Video)

A video that’s made its way to the internet shows some Nigerian men crying out in pain as they were being brutally assaulted by soldiers and civilians in India.

A Twitter user who shared the video revealed that the brutality is suspected to be in relation to Nigerians staging a protest days ago after a Nigerian man was killed while being questioned by the police.

The Twitter user revealed that his girlfriend lives in Vikaspuri, the area where Nigerians were rounded up and brutalised. He went on to add that a warning had been sent out over the weekend, asking all Nigerians in the area to flee.

Those who stayed back were forced out of their homes and were beaten by soldiers and civilians.

“What did we do now? We did not do anything,” one of the Nigerian men is heard saying as they are beaten with batons.

Nigerian radio personality, Toolz, has advised women to hire domestic helps to ease them of the stress that comes with having to do household chores alone.

According to the mother of two, women should not overwork themselves with household chores as it doesn’t prove their dignity or worth. Adding that no woman has ever won a trophy for suffering the most.

She gave this advise in reaction to a post that urged women to outsource chores to domestic staff if they can afford it.

Toolz who advised women on the importance of getting a help however, said they should learn how to do these chores in case the helps start acting up.

In her words,

“Suffering is not a badge of honour. Get a cook, cleaner, etc. But by all means know how to do all they do yourself in case they start acting mad”.

The mother of two’s advise to women has however stirred mixed reactions online.

“Recruit 50 million youths into Army to tackle insecurity” – Tinubu tells Buhari

National Leader of All Progressives Congress, Bola Tinubu has advised President Muhammadu Buhari to recruit 50 million youths into the army to tackle insecurity in the country.

The former Lagos state Governor made this submission at the 12th colloquium held for his 69th birthday celebration in Kano State on Monday, March 29.

Tinibu emphasized that Nigeria is under-policed to combat the increasing rate of banditry and robbery in the nation.

He went on to proffer a solution to the nagging problem. According to him, the government should enlist 50 million Nigerian youths into the military. He added that the recruits will eat cassava, corn and yam grown in the country.

He said;

“We are under-policed and we are competing with armed robbers and bandits to recruit from the youths who are unemployed —33 per cent unemployed?

“Recruit 50 million youths into the army, what they will eat —cassava, corn, yam, we grow here.

“Don’t talk about illiteracy, anybody who can hold a gun, who can handle a gun, who can cock and shoot is technically competent to repair a tractor in the farm.”
