Nigerian cross dresser Okuneye Idris Olanrewaju, popularly known as Bobrisky , has finally revealed that he decided to join the female gender because of the violence meted on women by the male gender.

Bobrisky took his Instagram page to express his disapproval with people, advising a woman going through domestic violence to remain in the marriage because of her children.

He explained that a fan sent him a picture of her face beaten up.

Nigerian On-air personality, Oluwatoyin Oki has strongly debunked the rumour that she secretly got married to 81-year-old Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi III.

Few days ago, rumors made the round that the traditional ruler got married to a new wife and a photo of the Alaafin and the said wife was in circulation.

Fans and well wishers of Oki mistook the bride for her because of the supposed resemblance and took to social media to congratulate the fast rising OAP on her secret marriage.

Oki has denounced the rumour in a recent interview with Charming Magazine.

According to her, she is not the one in the picture, although she can’t deny the resemblance between her and the new bride.

In her words ;

“Wonders they say shall never end. I was surprised when i got the news. Initially, I never knew why people were congratulating me, I was forced to ask one of them and the person said he heard that I just married Alaafin of Oyo secretly.

A Nigerian is left heartbroken after finding out his wife of 10 years has been sleeping with Doctor in a hospital where she goes to, for antenatal.

According to the man, his wife is a very quiet person who appears reserved but got disappointed to find out she is “a big serpent”.

He revealed that whenever his wife is pregnant, she insists on a particular hospital and Doctor, not knowing she has been sleeping with him all the while.

They have two kids and she is currently pregnant with their third child. He has sent her packing and has subjected his 2 children to DNA test and is awaiting result.

For him, the only regrets he has is that he has invested so much in the family; has been spending on his mother-in-law’s health, bought a new car for his brother-in-law which he uses as a cab and sent his wife to University of Calabar after marrying her.

Nigerian author and lawyer, Reno Omokiri has taken to his Instagram page, to shade ladies who do not want to marry poor men.

According to him, saying you cannot marry a poor man is a symptom of poverty.

The broadcaster noted that ladies who knows how to make money, do not make money their focus in choosing a life partner.

Omokiri, while shading ladies, who make money a criteria in choosing a man, advised men to refrain from using money to attract women.

A medical Doctor, Dr Aisha has taken to social media to publicly condemn exam malpractice while giving reasons why it is not fair.

Dr Aisha lamented over the high rate of exam malpractices in the West African Examination Council Exam, WAEC, exam papers leaking and level of unseriousness among the youths with regards to studying hard.

According to her, it is not fair for people to cheat in WAEC exams only for them to end up studying to become medical doctors knoing fully well they did not merit the course of study or profession.

Enugu Stay-at-home mom returns N14 Million mistakenly paid into her account

A honest mother returned approximately N14m that was mistakenly paid into her account in Enugu state.

On Monday, August 3rd, one Mrs Josephine Nchetaka Chukwujama Eze, a mother-of-three, received an alert of N13,946,400 from Sankiya Global Investment Ltd, a company she didn’t know and had no transaction with.

She made up her mind to return the money to her bank. She also told her husband and he agreed that it was the right thing to do.

The following day, Tuesday, Mrs Chukwujama, in company of her husband visited her bank at Zik Avenue, and informed the bank about the alert she received.

Her husband, Chukwujama Eze, a journalist and lawyer, revealed that a number of people have condemned them for being naive and not “smart” enough. However, he said he’s proud of his wife.

Man allegedly impersonates deceased landlord’s son to claim his estates, bank deposit

The Anambra state command of Nigeria Police have arrested one Ikechukwu Igwegbe Ilodinru for allegedly impersonating his dead landlord’s son with the intention of claiming his estates and bank deposit.

Spokesperson of the state police command, Haruna Mohammed said the 43-year-old suspect who hails from Onneh village in Orumba South Local Government Area of Anambra, approached the probate Registry of the State High Court in Awka and started processing for a letter of admin in respect of a deceased person namely; late Okafor Osuokwu Anthony and presented himself as the deceased’s first and only Son in order to obtain the document which would have given him access to the deceased property, estates, and bank deposit.

‘‘Preliminary investigation revealed that the suspect equally swore to an oath under false pretense that he is the deceased’s biological son. The suspect also obtained a forged death certificate allegedly from the National Population Commission stating that the deceased whose actual death took place on 27th of July 2020, occurred on the 23rd of July 2020. “

He quickly rushed to Union bank to withdraw the deceased’s deposit, but was advised to get a letter of administration; The suspect who voluntarily confessed to the crime, was a tenant in the deceased’s house at Igboukwu and impersonated the deceased’s first son who lives in Zaria, Kaduna state.’‘ the spokesperson said.

Haruna said exhibits recovered in his possession include alleged forged dead certificate of the deceased, false sworn declaration as the deceased’s next of kin, and sworn affidavit in the High Court, Awka.

The police spokesperson while stating that an investigation is ongoing, added the suspect would be charged to court for prosecution.

Yesterday, Tuesday saw a wild drama in the Big Brother Naija Lockdown House last night after the housemates all clashed and had series of arguments over this week’s wager task.

It all started after the Head of House, Kiddwaya received the task brief, and in the usual norm, gathered all the housemates together in the lounge.

Kidd read the brief to them, and housemates were at first confused about the directive.

This apparently, led to an argument between the housemates.

While housemates were arguing back and forth, the HOH, Kiddwaya who was unhappy, made a statement that pricked the nerves of the other housemates.

Kidd said he’s laid back because he’d still be in the house next week, unlike the rest of the housemates who are up for eviction.

This of course didn’t sit down well with the other housemates, as they perceived his comments to be insensitive. The housemates got angry, Lucy, Dorathy, and Wathoni walked out of the meeting.

Lucy, who was once the Head of House, expressed her anger to Wathoni and Praise, where she was heard vowing not to participate in the task this week, and prayed that they all lose the task as well as this week’s wager.

Ozo confronted Kidd and advised him to apologize the next morning, hich is today. Kidd initially refused to apologize, but later agreed to.

#BBNaija: “You are cold, hostile towards me” – Erica cries out to Laycon

One of the most-talked about housemate on the Lockdown Edition of the Big Brother Naija Reality TV show, Erica, on Tuesday, spoke to fellow housemate, Laycon and expressed her dispeasure over the latter’s attitude towards her.

Erica lamented that Laycon was cold and hostile towards her.

This was made known while she was having a conversation with Laycon just after their Airtel task.

Erica during the conversation noted that she does not really mind Laycon keeping his distance from her, but she’s not happy with his attitude towards her.

She said: “I feel like you are cold and hostile towards me.

“I don’t mind the space from me but I’m not happy about your attitude.”

She gave instances where Laycon had acted in a mean way.

Reacting, Laycon apologizes while stressing that “it’s subconscious.”

Erica, Laycon, and Kiddwaya are entangled in a love triangle.

She, however, picked Kiddwaya as her love interest while describing Laycon as just a friend.

Up and coming cross-dresser, Jay Boogie, has sent out a strong warning to brides-to-be, warning them to desist from having him as a visitor on their wedding day.

“My fellow ladies…With such body like this,I can come to your wedding, steal your man and make your wedding a funeral for you cause my sexiness is contagious!!! You must deal?”, he wrote as the caption of one of his picture on Instagram.

Recently, Jay Boogie lied about being an housemate on the Fifth Edition of the Big Brother Naija Reality TV show.

The wannabe cross dresser weeks back, took to his social media page to ask for volunteers who would manage his IG account after claiming that he would be part of the reality TV show’s fifth edition.

The fifth season of the show kicked off last month and not so surprisingly, Jay Boogie was found wanting among the newly announced housemates.

Nigerians have now stormed the comment section of one of his post on Instagram to mock him for lying about being selected as a BBNaija season 5 housemate.

Big Brother Naija Housemate, Kiddwaya while having a conversation with Erica, insinuated that he is the richest among his fellow housemates.

Kiddwaya is the son of Nigerian Billionaire, Terry Waya.

According to him, no one comes close to him in terms of ‘a fat account balance’ and ‘net-worth’, reason he does not take offense at things housemates do in the house seriously because “they can’t be compared to him.”

“I don’t take things seriously in this house; if I did I would have had issues with some housemates. I know what I have outside; my net worth cannot be compared with them outside here.

Nobody compares. They don’t compare to me, not like am bragging or something but, my networth, my bank account don’t compare to them.”

Tochi reveals all the male and female housemates shower together in Big Brother’s house

Evicted Big Brother Naija, housemate Tochi in a new interview confirmed that all housemates actually have their bath together.

Tochi, while on his media tour said he had a shower with Ka3na and Lucy hence it was no new thing to him.

When asked if the housemates showered together, Tochi confirmed it.

“Yea we showered together. I was in the shower with Ka3na and Lucy.”

Recall Nengi had denied having a shower with Ozo, saying she was in the bathroom to talk privately with the male housemate.

However, Eric in one of his media tours, confirmed that both housemates shower together.

Recall that Praise caught Kaisha and Neo on Saturday night in the bathroom which caused reactions from fans.

Actress Eriata Ese takes jab at those rejoicing over the resumption of international flights

Eriata Ese took a jab at many folks who are celebrating the return of International Flights in Nigeria.

The Reality TV star who featured as a fake Housemate in the ‘Pepper Dem Edition’ of Big Brother Naija, took to her Snapchat to throw the shade.

“I don’t mean to be rude this morning, please forgive my sarcasm if you see it that way.”

“People with less than 100k naira in their acc; why are they happy that international flights will soon start working? Where are you going with ur life savings?”

“I’m asking because I will like to travel too cox I share same account balance. I just want to know where I can go to with less than 100k”, she wrote on her page.
