As can be seen in the chat, the lady, 31 year old, pleads with her 25 year old man named Eyitayo to take what they had to the next level, but Eyitayo stated that he can’t because he is way younger than she is and all he wanted was a fling.
The lady then went on to say that time is not on her side and she needs a husband but he insisted on not wanting to have anything serious that may lead to marriage because he cannot afford to take care of himself or her.
The lady however told him that financial responsibility won’t be a problem because she intends to take care of that, and she just wants to settle down with him.
The conversation went back and forth for a while, but she told him to think about her proposal to take care of him throughout their relationship and he shouldn’t make any hasty decision.
Popular Nigerian Disc Jockey, DJ Cuppy has reacted after a man suggested to an international brand to replace her with another female DJ.
The man simply known as Chigozie had asked Pepsi, an international conglomerate to which Cuppy is an ambassador to consider dropping her and signing fellow female Disc Jockey, DJ Switch in her place.
“DJ switch Pepsi pls replace Cuppy!” he wrote.
Reacting to the request by Chigozie, Cuppy said Pepsi deciding to drop her is something that can never happen as the company loves her.
She however added that what would be a better alternative would be for DJ Switch to join her as an ambassador, saying that they need to add more females.

DJ Switch’s performance caught the attention of River State Governor, Nyesom Wike, who said her performance got him and his family dancing for 2 hours nonstop.
Shortly after the party ended, Governor Wike took to his Twitter page to praise DJ Switch for her performance.
The governor said he was impressed by her talent, adding that she kept his family awake and dancing for two hours nonstop.

The actress revealed this during a recent conversation she had with Neo following Sunday night live eviction.

Nollywood actress, Angela Okorie has taken to her instagram account to condemn people who are mourning Hollywood actor, Chadwick Bosemanon social media.
Recall that the Black Panther hero died yesterday, August 29. The actor had been diagnosed with Stage III colon cancer in 2016, which had progressed to Stage IV. He was reported to have died in his home, with his wife and family by his side.
In a video, Angela Okorie scorned people who have been posting the actor’s photo and expressing their grief on his death. She also questioned why they didn’t post his picture when he was sick for 4 years and prayed for him.

A 64-year-old man who spent 44 years in prison for a rape he didn’t commit, has regained his freedom on Thursday, August 27, 2020.
Ronnie Long, who is from North Carolina, was a 20-year-old Black man living in Concord when he was accused of raping a white woman, Sarah Judson Bost, at knifepoint in her home on the evening of the 25 April 1976.
The court handed an 80 year prison sentence to Long for the first-degree rape of Sarah Bost and first-degree burglary by an all-white jury in the 70s, Daily Mail reports.
Despite decades of appeals to overturn the conviction, and being in possession of DNA evidence throughout the years pointed to his innocence, he remained in jail.
The DNA evidence in question pointed to hair samples and clothing fibers not matching those of the accused.
According to media reports, the evidence was not shared with the defense at the time of the trial.
In 2015, it was revealed that 43 fingerprints taken from the scene ‘excluded’ the prisoner as the source of the prints.
A request for a new trial was still rejected by the Fourth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals the same year.
Long was put in a photo lineup as the only man wearing a leather jacket, which was allegedly what was worn on the night of the attack, according to court records.
At the time, detectives said they thought the suspected rapist might have been among defendants in court on other charges the same day.
Long had an alibi for the time of the assault.
His mother, who he lived with at the time, and the mother of his child said he was on a group phone call with them.
He was getting ready to attend a party in Charlotte at the time of the assault, they said.
The 4th Circuit opinion, led by Judge Stephanie D. Thacker, cited ‘a troubling and striking pattern of deliberate police suppression of material evidence.’

This week’s Betway Arena Games paid tribute to the Nigerian armed forces and honoured the brave men and women that risk their lives daily to ensure safety. The obstacle course this week was in military style, challenging the housemates’ endurance.
The housemates were required to complete a series of exercises that involved jumping, crawling and going through tight spaces. The Arena was fitted with tyres, robes, elbow and knee guards, tunnels, and other structures to help the housemates complete the task.
As usual, the games were challenging and pushed the housemates’ endurance and patience to the max. The first obstacle started off with the housemates running through a group of tyres placed on the floor.
Then, the housemates ran through an arch and quickly swung on monkey bars without skipping a bar to get to the next course. Next off, they crawled through a tunnel-like dome and then climbed over and down a wooden A-frame wall to the finish line.
No matter how challenging the obstacles were, the housemates always threw themselves into showing off their sportsmanship and competitive spirit in completing the challenges. Last week, Praise won the Betway Arena games and was awarded pampering by the housemates for the week, but he was punished by Big Brother for being naughty on Sunday before he could enjoy his pampering to the full.
Before the Betway Arena games begin, the housemates are split into two teams and participate in a Betway trivia on sport history complete with chalk, scoreboards and questions cards in the Garden. This week, Team Black won the trivia led by Ozo and Prince.

Popular Nollywood Yoruba actress, Lola Alao has revealed that she tested positive for Coronavirus but has fully recovered from the deadly disease.
Sharing her ordeal in a recent post on Instagram page, Alao revealed that she lost her sense of smell and was sick to the bone before she made full recovery.
The actress further sent a warning to people not to ignore the warnings against this deadly virus because it’s real.

Big Brother Naija ‘lockdown’ housemates, Erica and Kiddwaya have been given a second strike and a stern warning by Big Brother.
The housemates were called to the lounge by Biggie where he admonished the erring housemates.
Erica was issued a ”strong and final warning”. Kiddwaya was issued a second strike for flipping his finger to the camera, an action Biggie described as disrespectful to ”Big Brother and the viewers”.
A Jamaican woman who has never been to the United Kingdom, revealed that she woke up from coma and started speaking with a Brummie accent after she was involved in a terrible accident.
33-year-old Deana-Rae Clayton is a businesswoman who lives in Montego Bay, is right-handed and speaks the Jamaican Patois. However, she woke from a coma to find she was speaking with a British accent and could now do things with her left hand.
Deana-Rae Clayton survived a fatal car accident that killed her friend, and woke up from coma in St James to find she was speaking with a British accent despite never visiting the UK.
The vlogger told Mirror Online:
“In my head I’m speaking patois but when it comes out of my mouth I sound British.
“It took me a while to get used to it but now I like it and everyone says my new accent suits me.
“I’m also left-handed too. I used to use just my right hand to write but now I can use both.”
She said,
“I want people to know about my trauma and what I am going through.
“The doctors have offered me speech therapy so I can learn to speak patois again but I want to keep my accent because my family and friends have told me it suits my personality.
“Some people say I sound like I’m from Birmingham and some say I sound like a well-spoken Jamaican – but no one has said anything negative.
“Once I feel up to it I would like to get work doing voiceovers as everyone loves my accent.”
She said,
“We were coming back from a party when the crash happened. The driver’s side of the car took the impact so Christopher died and I was seriously injured as I was sitting behind him.
“When I woke up from coma I had no idea what had happened. The doctor told me I had been in a serious crash and when I started speaking I realised I sounded different.
“I have a MRI scan every three months to check the swelling on my brain hasn’t worsened and my neurologist said it doesn’t look like I’ll lose my British accent.
“He said in all his years he has never seen this happen to a patient and I’m believed to be the only person in Jamaica with foreign accent syndrome.
“My life truly has changed forever.”
“I am learning to walk again but it will take a long time,” Deana-Rae said.
“I was originally told it was would take two years for me to fully recover but it might take longer because my left femur is taking longer than expected to heal and coronavirus has set things back too.”

Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu has announced that tertiary institutions in the state will be reopened on September 14, 2020.
He made this disclosure during the regular briefing on the state’s COVID-19 status on Saturday, August 29, 2020.
The Governor said that primary and secondary schools in the state are tentatively scheduled to reopen on September 21
According to Sanwo-Olu, “This decision is not cast in stone and is subject to review of our ongoing modelling and what procedure comes out from the Ministry of Health.”
The Governor disclosed that the decision to reopen the schools was based on indications that the pandemic has peaked in the state, as the number of new cases has been on a steady decline.
He added that restaurants in the state are now allowed to reopen for for in-dining services in the state. However, they must only operate at 50% capacity at all times.
The governor said the re-opening of event centers, bars, night clubs, beaches, cinemas, and other public spaces will be reviewed in September.

A Nigerian man has taken to Facebook to lament and ask people to help him plead with his girlfriend Blessing who dumped him.
Sharing photos of himself and Blessing, Maleek Berry pleaded with his friends on Facebook to talk to her on his behalf.

A pregnant woman, her two children and 3 others were killed in a freak accident involving a diesel tanker, a truck and six motor cycles in Ikare-Akoko local government area of Ondo state on Saturday, August 29.
Many others were reportedly injured as the accident occurred at a commercial area.
According to reports, the diesel tanker had a brake failure and crashed into a truck which eventually crushed the commercial motor-cyclists.
Several of the dead were said to be motor-cycle riders.
The spokesperson for the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) in the state, Omotola Ogungbawo, confirmed four deaths. However, eyewitnesses claim the number of deaths were up to eight
The bodies of the deceased have been deposited at the morgue, while the injured were taken to lkare general hospital.
Three persons identified as Melody M, Isaac G., and James S., have lost their lives as a boat capsize in Adamawa state.
Sahara Reporters reports that the victims, two males, and one female, reportedly drowned while on their way to a burial ceremony in the Lamurde Local Government Area of the state, after the boat capsized.
The chairman of Lamurde Local Government Area, Burto Williams, confirmed the incident and described it as an unfortunate tragedy.
“The accident is a very unfortunate tragedy that requires government to come to the aid of the people of the area who are constantly being ravaged by cascading water.
Lamurde LG is making efforts to provide medical treatment for the survivors while the council will also foot the bill of the burial arrangements of the three deceased,” He said
Sometime ago six persons lost their lives in a similar accident that happened in Lagos.
The six adult females that lost their lives to the incident were later recovered by local divers. The boat captain and his assistant could not be found.
All efforts by the Lagos State Waterways Authority (LASWA) Team to get the manifest of the boat proved abortive as the LASWA Officials at Ikorodu jetty could not establish the number of passengers on board from Ebute – Ero.

Few days ago the Nigerian cross dresser gifted himself a Mercedes Benz ahead of his birthday.
The self-acclaimed Nigerian male barbie doll shared a video of himself with the automobile on his Instagram page.
”Birthday gift came earlier yaaaaaaaay Biggest girl ever !!!!”, he wrote.

In a recent post, Bobrisky addressed the issue of his gender identification.
The brand influencer who often debates online owing to his lifestyle and perceptions, said he has two genders, which is female and male. He also issued warning to those blasting him on social media.
Bobrisky said he is ready for any one that wants to troll him or come to him with a negative vibe, adding that he will deal with them using any gender they wish to see.
Nigerian investigative journalist, Kemi Olunloyo has revealed how she narrowly escaped being a victim of the helicopter crash in Opebi yesterday, 28th August 2020.
According to her she resides in the area and usually walks to her dentist, but decided to stay home on the day the incident happened.
She took to Twitter to recount how God saved her from being a victim of the helicopter crash.
She tweeted,
“I lived in Opebi, Ikeja for 8 mos when I moved to Lagos 2019. I often walked to my dentist at Salvation, Spar & Diva cakes. LASG Helicopters hovered in the sky as I sat by the pool. Today I heard a chopper CRASHED next to my house. God has really fought for and protected me 2020.
Sadly I heard that 3 people died ?in that crash and people on the ground were untouched. Ironically my artist took me to the foot surgeon today and was heading to mainland. I wanted to visit my dentist for a cleaning but decided to stay back as he was running late for his appt?”

A Helicopter crashed in the Opebi area of Lagos State,yesterday and at least two people died after the helicopter crashed into a building.
According to an eyewitness simply identified as Gbolahan, “the helicopter conveying three passengers, crashed into a building around Salvation, Opebi, Ikeja and there was only one survivor”.
