Big Brother Naija housemate, Prince has said, given the chance, he will break-up Kiddwaya and Erica’s romantic relationship that’s been consistently serving rounds.
He disclosed this during his diary session on Thursday with Erica who was representing Big Brother.
Giving his reason why he wants to see the duo end their relationship, Prince said he knows Kiddwaya is not really in love with Erica, saying it is just infatuation.
Speaking further, Prince said he also admires Erica a lot and he wouldn’t want to see her get hurt when the relationship starts to crash.
He said the infatuation will eventually fade off gradually and Erica might get hurt.
Netflix has tendered an apology for the “inappropriate” marketing poster it released to promote the much antipated French movie, Cuties.
The American media service released the poster, showing the young girls of the film in suggestive dance poses.
This led to a petition in Change.org to remove Cuties from the streaming platform, calling it, “disgusting as it sexualizes an eleven-year-old for the viewing pleasure of pedophiles and also negatively influences our children.”
The petition added that there is no “need for such content in that age group, particularly when sex trafficking and pedophilia are so rampant.”
Following the criticism received over the chosen artwork, Netflix apologized for the mistake and has taken down the Cuties poster.
Netflix responded to the backlash with an apology tweet on the company’s official Twitter account.
“We’re deeply sorry for the inappropriate artwork that we used for Mignonnes/Cuties. It was not OK, nor was it representative of this French film which won an award at Sundance,” Netflix shared on Twitter. “We’ve now updated the pictures and description.”. They tweeted.

She, however, charged Kiddwaya to improve on his romance game.

A Medical Doctor identified as Drlotenna on Twitter, has taken to the platform to recount the story of a female doctor, that was beaten and stabbed by a patients father on the claim that she was wasting his child’s blood.
Drlotenna narrated the ordeal, as he discussed the “hazards” medical doctors are exposed to.
He wrote;
“The kind of hazards Drs are exposed to is staggering! In Nigeria, added to the well known hazards, we have assault from patient relatives added! A female Dr was slapped & stabbed with a syringe (of unknown origin & use) in our Children Emergency by a patient’s father. For what?
“The young Registrar on call took a blood sample from the man’s child and asked him to take it to the lab. The lab scientists (as they sometimes do) said the sample was inadequate. The man returned angry. “Where is that Dr that is wasting my child’s blood?” Gbas gbas gbos.

A 60-year-old alleged fake doctor, identified as Charles George, has been arrested by the police, for treating corona virus patients in Abuja.
He was arrested in his one-room apartment at Block 1, Julius Berger Junior Staff Quarters,in Kubwa, by police detectives from the office of the Commissioner of Police, Federal Capital Territory..
The Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria confirmed George’s arrest and described it as a major breakthrough.
Syringe (for abortion) and kidney dish, among others were recovered from the suspect. The fake doctor reportedly subjected his clients to unprofessional medical treatment which “may lead to sudden and unnatural death.”
The police however, identified George as a regular customer of the FCDA Police Station and Kubwa Area Command Headquarters. He was said to have been arrested severally, for cases involving, mixed medicine and extortion of his clients since 2016.
The Deputy Registrar and Head of the Inspectorate Department of the MDCN, Dr. Victor Gbenro speaking about the arrest, said;
“The arrest of the suspected fake medical/alternative medicine practitioner, by name Dr. Charles George, at his Kubwa premises is a major breakthrough for the MDCN under the leadership of the Registrar, Dr. Tajudeen Sanusi.
“Acting on an intelligence report from the IG intelligence team, the Inspectorate Department of the MDCN as directed by the registrar effected the successful arrest of the fake doctor, who has been defrauding unsuspecting members of the public and posing as a member of the NCDC COVID-19 team.
“The suspect is alleged to have been practising alternative medicine without registration or licence from the MDCN, which is statutorily mandated to regulate the practice of medical, dental and alternative medicine in Nigeria.
“Investigation revealed that his practice is not known or registered by the FCDA Private Health Facility Registration Agency. The police have commenced further investigation and prosecution of the suspect. This is one among the several efforts of the council at sanitising the medical profession in the country.”
Nollywood Actor, Uche Maduagwu who is popular for his controversial comments on Instagram has alleged that some Nollywood actresses use juju to hypnotize and get wealthy men.

A man identified as Adewunmi Lawal, an Engineer who has been on the run after allegedly raping his neighbour’s daughter in Ogun State, has been arrested by the police.
News made rounds earlier that the 16-year-old victim was defiled after the suspect broke into their apartment shortly after her mother who is a widow, travelled to Badagry in Lagos State for prayers.
Abimbola Oyeyemi, the police spokesperson for Ogun state, said Adewunmi was arrested in Lagos and the case has been transferred to the State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department for further investigation.
Abimbola said ;
“He was arrested two days ago. He was sighted somewhere in Lagos because he was looking for ways to persuade the parents of the girl and in the process, he went to the office of a non-governmental organisation in Lagos; he wanted the NGO to invite the victim’s mother for them to resolve.
“While he was there, we got information and quickly alerted our counterpart in Lagos that they should get him arrested for us. He was arrested at Ijaiye Ojokoro and our operatives from here went there to bring him in. As soon as we conclude investigation, he will be going to court.”
Nigerian stand-up comedian, Alibaba has revealed that a typical Nigerian would prefer a bad leader from his tribe, to a good leader from another tribe.
The 55-year old strongly believes that Nigerians would choose having someone from their tribe in power, over good leadership.

A man identified as Murtala Muhammad, has been rescued by men of the Kano State Police Command after being locked up in a room by his father for 30 years.
The development comes four days after the police rescued one Ibrahim Lawan, a man held captive by his father for 15 years in the same city.
Muhammad, a resident of Kofar Fada in Rogo Local Government Area of Kano State, was rescued by the police and Human Rights Network on Thursday.
Comrade AA Haruna Ayagi, Executive Director of Human Rights Network, said Muhammad was 25 years old when he was locked up in the house.
The 55-year-old victim was said to have been chained because he is mentally ill.
A distraught lady is seeking advice on how to get herself out of the dilemma she happens to be in, courtesy of her boyfriend.

Big Brother Naija Lockdown housemates and lovers, Vee and Neo are trending currently on social media over the private discussion they had recently in the Big Brother House.
The pair were spotted in the kitchen cooking when Neo made a pregnancy gesture to which Vee then threatened to f**k him up and told him to instead, be scared.
An unbothered Neo played down any fears before Vee replied to him, saying: “It would come by tomorrow.”

Zaidu Haruna, a final year student of Nassarawa State University studying Biology Education, lost his life while attempting to save a trader who was being electrocuted at the GSM village in Keffi on August 17.
We gathered that the mobile phone repairer, Junauda Shaibu was about to carry his work tools when he was electrocuted by a high tension wire. Zaidu had attempted to rescue Junauda when he also got electrocuted and died in the process.
Zaidu’s friends and family have taken to their social media to grief his death.
