Celebrating Ozo’s birthday today, Dorathy’s social media handler penned a heartfelt message to Ozo relishing how great a friend and a brother he is and has been to her in these few days of knowing each other.
On behalf of Dorathy who was chosen by Ozo as his deputy Head of House, the handler praised Ozo’s mother for raising a ‘king’ in Ozo.

Evicted Big Brother Naija: Lockdown housemate, says she got carried away by her relationship with Eric because anytime he came around, her senses disappear.
Lilo graced the show’s anchor, Ebuka with an interview following her exit from the Big Brother house on Sunday and in course of their chat, she revealed that she may have had some regrets.
Lilo’s short stay in Big Brother’s house was overshadowed by the ‘long’ minutes she spent being cuddled up in Eric’s arms and it got to a point fans grew tired of the lovey-dovey scenes. During the interview, the young lady seemingly agreed that just might have done better and probably still be in the house.
When Ebuka asked her why she returned to Eric’s arm shortly after informing Big Brother that he is a distraction and will start withdrawing from him, she responded
”That’s the thing. When I am by myself I think but once he is just there, it’s like my senses are all gone. I don’t know what he says or maybe me just being next to him. When I am by myself I think and I am like what am I doing? That is why I had to tell Big Brother because it really got to me. Sometimes I would even tell him that I am f **ked and he would always laugh about it. I felt like he knew and he just took advantage of the fact that I was weak towards him being sweet, being my cuddle buddy and all that.’

A 15-year-old teenager “will never have hair again” after she was attacked by two pit bulls without provocation and they ripped off most of her scalp and one of her ears.
Joslyn Stinchcomb, 15, was taking a walk in her neighbourhood of Winder, Atlanta on July 31 when the dogs, who seem to have been out unleashed with their owner, began chasing her.
The dogs mauled Joselyn, with one tearing her scalp and the other digging into her neck. A local deputy rushed to the scene after receiving a witness’ report of the mauling, and found Joslyn lying face down on the curb with one dog biting her neck and the other biting her head.
When the officer emerged from his car, one of the dogs approached him and he shot it. Wounded, it ran away followed by the second dog.
“She was coming around the cul-de-sac and the dogs just attacked, no provocation at all,”
“Gruesome attack. Very tragic for this young lady and her family.” Barrow County Sheriff Jud Smith told WSB-TV2.
Their owner Alexandria Torregrossa, 29, has been arrested for reckless conduct.
“She was charged with reckless conduct, two dogs running at large, two counts of biting and attacking.
Joslyn was flown by helicopter to hospital where her trachea was found to have been badly damaged. She remains in intensive care on a ventilator.
Her aunt has described the girl’s gruesome injuries in a heart-wrenching Facebook post.
“Those murderous dogs also grabbed her hair hard enough to pull her entire scalp off,” Charity Stinchcomb Montgomery said.
“She only has a small portion of skin left on her head.
“At this moment she does not have any hair left. She will never have her hair again. She is aware that her hair is missing.
“In addition, they ripped her left ear off. The doctors have reattached the ear, but they are not sure if it is viable. Only time will tell. Nor do they know if she will be able hear out of that ear.”
Joslyn also suffered lacerations to the face that caused nerve damage which may affect her ability to smile and blink in future.
“I am so overwhelmed at the outpouring of love, support and prayers that we are receiving for J and there is so much that we still have not shared publicly,” her aunt said.
“Our beautiful girl is struggling physically and emotionally.”
Both dogs have been euthanised following the attack.
Nigerian singing sensation, Simi tendered an apology to members of the LGBTQ community recently but it’s been unwelcome and dubbed as insincere after it happened that her husband, Adekunle Gold was recently featured in a magazine for LGBTQ creatives.
The new mother of one had taken to her Twitter page to apologize for a comment she made months ago on her YouTube talk show ‘Stoopid Sessions‘. She had said at the time that homosexuality is not natural, a statement that has since angered members of the LGBTQ community but all the while, she had remained silent.
She was quiet about the issue, not until yesterday, August 3rd, where she apologized, stating that she remained silent all along because she “honestly” thought she was “admitting to and questioning her bias”. She added, “I believed you misunderstood me so I wasn’t sure how to respond.”
Her apology has now been questioned by LGBTQ netizens after her husband, Adekunle Gold took to his IG to promote his feature in the Quaza Magazine, a magazine that is inclined towards queer creatives.
After seeing AG’s post, Twitter users called Simi out and told her that her apology was tendered with an ulterior motive to secure the bag for her husband.
People have since tagged the magazine to Simi’s homophobic posts and asked them to take down Adekunle Gold from their magazine.
In response, the magazine’s editor tweeted,
“Hello! Please be aware I was approached by AG’s team for the cover with no idea of the simi situation! Please know I am heartbroken and I feel your anger. I am deeply sorry and will be working on fixing this.”
Members of the LGBTQ community are insisting the magazine takes down Adekunle Gold’s feature as he doesn’t represent them.

Evicted Big brother Naija lockdown housemate, Ka3na has debunked the stories that made round that there was sexual intercourse between herself and Praise.
Last Saturday, social media went crazy with a footage of Ka3na and Praise perform some kind of suspicious activity under the duvet.
In the footage, both housemates are moving their bodies ‘back and forth’ and they were adjudged to have had sex.

After Ebuka asked her in retrospect, if she would have loved to change how she were in the house, Lilo said definitely. In her words,

The Imo State police command effected the arrest of a traditional ruler and 7 others for allegedly kidnapping a police inspector and others in Imo State.
The traditional ruler, identified as Eze Andrew Okwuegbunwa of Uba -Agwa autonomous community in Oguta Local Government Area of Imo State, was yesterday, August 3rd, paraded alongside his cousin, a pastor and others for allegedly kidnapping one police inspector, Oscar Mbaeri and Louis Obodo all from the same community.
Other victims of the gang, according to the State police Commissioner of Police, Isaac Akinmoyede who briefed newsmen on the development yesterday, are, Chigozirim Festus, from Egwelu Atta, Njaba, Anyanwu Amarachi and Desmond Okonkwo.
According to the CP, the gang at different locations in Owerri, successfully kidnapped their victims but were not lucky enough to escape from the hot chase of the Anti–kidnapping Unit of the command who got a hint of their operation.
During the chase, the suspects were forced to abandon three of their victims and their operational vehicle, a Lexus RX330 SUV with registration number (Edo) URM -40 EL but escaped with two victims.
However, some months later, according to the commissioner, SARS operatives arrived the scene and recovered the abandoned vehicle. A painstaking investigation by a combined team of the SARS and the Anti-Kidnapping Unit on July 28 later led to the arrest of the 59-year-old King, who has since confessed to be the owner of the car.
According to the CP, investigation has revealed that the monarch has constantly made available his vehicle for the gang operation. Akinmoyede further disclosed that from investigation, it was learnt that the monarch was given N3 million from the N7. 5 million ransom collected from their victims to replace his damaged car.
When newsmen accosted the monarch to hear his own side of the report, he confessed hiring his vehicle to the gang and receipt of the money.
He said: “I don’t know that is what they use it for , but they give me money each time they return it, I have collected money from them three or four times like this.”
The police also arrested the spiritual father of the gang, pastor Caleb Agu, a 42-year-old cleric from Umuoni – Agwa. They also arrested a cousin to the monarch, Ebenezer Obioha, 38 and his pregnant wife, Ogechi Obioha a graduate of accountancy from Alvan Ikoku College of Education, Owerri believed to be their cook and banker.
Ebenezer in a recent operation was said to have killed three National Drug Law Enforcement Agency(NDLEA) officials and made away with their guns.
The Ogun state police command has apprehended a 37-year-old national of Benin Republic, Gbese Peter for allegedly defrauding a couple, Mr and Mrs Bamigboye Alao of N5 million under the guise of helping them overcome their spiritual problems and shielding their children from untimely death.
The command’s Public Relations Officer, DSP Abimbola Oyeyemi revealed that the suspect was arrested following a complaint lodged at Sabo Police Station by Mrs Bamigboye.
He said;
“The suspect was arrested following the complaint lodged at Sabo police station by Mrs Bamigboye who reported that she and her husband met the suspect about five years ago when he started discussing with them about a serious spiritual calamity (problem) awaiting them and their children if an urgent spiritual step is not taken.
“Out of fear of the unknown, they agreed to embark on the said spiritual journey and he took them to the Republic of Benin where he gave them a wooden coffin which he instructed them not to open until he asked them to do so.
“She stated further that the suspect started collecting money from them until they coughed out the total sum of N5 million. When they realised that they have been swindled, the shock led to the death of her husband”.
After he was arrested and interrogated, the suspect confessed to collecting money under false pretense from the couple, but claimed that he only duped them of N3.5 million and not N5 million as claimed by the woman. Gbese further disclosed that he used the money to build a house for himself.
A wooden coffin containing white cloth and other substances, a horn wrapped with white cloth and beads were recovered from the suspect.
The Commissioner of Police, CP Edward Ajogun, has ordered the immediate transfer of the suspect to the state criminal investigation and intelligence department for proper investigation and diligent prosecution.
The Imo state police command effected the arrest one Pastor Joseph Anthony of the Living Faith Church in Njaba, a community in the state, for allegedly raping one Favour Chikanma, the 11-year-old daughter of his fellow pastor, one Pastor Chukwuma Okoronkwo.
A statement from the spokesperson of the state police command, SP Orlando Ikeokwu, stated that Anthony was arrested on July 13.
”Preliminary investigations revealed that the said Pastor Chukwuma Okoronkwo accommodated Pastor Joseph Anthony in their house and on the day of the incident, the said Pastor Joseph Anthony took advantage of the fact that he was at home alone with the victim and had canal knowledge of her.
Investigation is at advanced stage. He will be charged to court accordingly.” the statement read
In other related news, the police also apprehended a 38-year-old man identified as Ifeanyi Nwaogu, for allegedly raping a 10-year-old girl, Chisom Ohanyere.
According to the police spokesperson, on July 4, Nwaogu was arrested for defiling Chisom. Investigation by the police revealed that the victim was running an errand for her mother when the suspect saw her pretending as if he wanted to send her on an errand and then forcefully dragged her into the bush and allegedly had canal knowledge of her.
Ikeowku said investigation has reached an advanced stage and that the suspect will be charged to court soon.
Two nurses have reportedly been arrested by the police for allegedly trafficking a newly born baby girl in Katsina.
Spokesman of the State’s Police Command, Gambo Isah stated that the nurses, with identities, Misira Tijjani and Grace Ejigu were apprehended on July 28 following a tip-off.
They reportedly conspired and sold the child to one 45-year-old Eucharia Onyema of Sabuwar Kasuwa quarters in the state.
Isah said;
“On July 25th 2020 at about 10:00hrs, one Shamsiyya Sani, aged 25 years of Dandagoro quarters, Katsina was delivered of a baby girl at Okomos Clinic, Kofar Kaura, Katsina.
“She later abandoned the child at the hospital with a handwritten note stating that she was born out of wedlock hence the abandonment.
“Nemesis caught up with them when they were arrested on their way from the hospital to their houses with the child through the help of a Keke Napep rider who suspected them of stealing of the child. An investigation is ongoing.”
Two brothers with identities, Uchechukwu Asuzu, 20, and Bright Ugochukwu, 20, have been apprehended by men of the Imo state police command, for allegedly defiling their cousin, Ugochukwu Chigozirim Ehirim, 13, in Ezemanah Ezeamoruo Nkwerre, a community in the state on July 11th of this year.
Spokesperson of the state police command, SP Orlando Ikeokwu, who disclosed this to newsmen, said the victim was raped by her cousins after her grandfather angrily sent her out of their home.
The victim who stays with her grandfather, was sent on an errand by her grandfather. Unfortunately, she returned home late, as a result, the grandfather sent her out of the house. All efforts to gain entrance into the house proved abortive as her grandfather insisted that she will sleep outside, as a result she was stranded. Uchechukwu Asuzu and Bright Asuzu who are cousins to the victim, lured her to their house under the pretext of accommodating her for the night but rather had canal knowledge of her in turns.” Ikeokwu said in his statement
The spokesperson said the brothers would be charged to court soon.
A scorned Nigerian lady took over the Facebook account of a married man and declared his family dead after she found out too late that he is married with kids.
Friends of the married man on the social media platform were shocked after a photo of the man’s family was shared via the man’s account with RIP written on the faces of the man’s wife and his three children.
The individual who posted the photo, declared them dead as they wrote in the caption,
“I don’t know what to say. Words cannot describe what I’m feeling. Rest in Peace my dear wife and kids.”
However, it was later discovered that it wasn’t the man who made the post and that his wife and kids are still alive. The woman posting then took to the comment section to give some revelations.
According to her, she did not hack his account but always had his login details because he voluntarily gave it to her. She revealed that the owner of the Facebook account has been her boyfriend in Minna but he lied to her that he was single and never told her he has a wife and kids.
She went on to reveal that she got pregnant for him twice and he made her abort it. The lady added that she’s on a mission to take down his family and make his life as miserable as he has made hers.
She then proceeded to give intimate details of their sexual life.

Dorathy was visibly happy with Ozo’s choice and when she was asked by Biggie if she accepts the nomination, she replied ; I accept with all full chest.
Ozo and his deputy, Dorathy now have immunity for this year’s nomination and all the other housemates are currently up for eviction.

He picked Nengi as his second deputy, and Erica as his third.
This is coming after he completed the course.
The previous holders of Head of House is Nengi and Lucy. Wathoni and Prince were the deputy.
The new lovers
Besides the obvious difference in the number of Housemates, the biggest change to go on in Biggie’s house was one related to ‘ships. Kiddwaya’s attraction to Erica has been a badly kept secret, but yesterday the pair reached an important milestone. Erica had long been wary of Kiddwaya’s smooth-talking ways and had even confronted him about his flirty nature and lack of discretion. While sharing a blanket on the couch after the Live Show, Erica and Kiddwaya got closer than they have ever been before. Kiddwaya was thickly laying on his usual romantic ramblings and tried to pull Erica’s head in closer for a kiss.
At first, she resisted, but after a few more attempts, Erica allowed their lips to lock and gave us all hope that Vee and Neo won’t be the only ‘ship in the House. Rather than continue making out, Erica soon left Kiddwaya to retire to bed and leave us all wondering if this was a slip up which would never be repeated, or the beginning of our next flaming hot romance. On the opinion front the reactions were mixed with some heralding the launch of this new ‘ship, and others wishing that it will sink immediately.
Eviction ain’t fiction
The last two weeks with our Housemates have been a joy to watch as they bonded and shared so many of their hopes and dreams with us. That facade came tumbling down when Ebuka informed the Housemates that Ka3na and Lilo’s stay had come to an end. The announcement brought a sombre mood over the Housemates who spent a great part of the evening after the Live Show contemplating how truly finite their time in House is. Some Housemates shed tears for their Evicted friends like Dorathy, while more emotionally calculating individuals like Brighto remained too focused on the game to let it affect them. Since the Housemate’s now know that the final decision rests in the hands of the people they came into the House with, it will be interesting to see if that fact changes their interpersonal interactions.
After being boo’d up since arriving in Biggie’s House, it’s hard to believe that Eric and Lilo are now a memory. The question on everyone’s minds is if the handsome hunk will be able to stay single for the duration of his stay. Many promises were made between Lilo and Eric about fidelity but promises don’t mean anything in the heat of the moment. It will be interesting if Eric finds comfort in the arms of any of the other female Housemates.
With two weeks done and eight left to go, all the Housemates have to do is stay focused and play their way to N85 million worth of winnings.
