Controversial plastic surgeon, Dr Anu of MedContour Services Ltd, has been arrested following a failed comestic surgery that led to the death her patient.

Her trial according to popular investigative journalist, Fisayo Soyombo, kicked off today, July 3rd, at the Federal High Court, Ikoyi, Lagos.

The case is; ‘Federal Republic of Nigeria v. Dr. Adepoju Anuoluwapo & MedContour’, and the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission is the prosecutor (FCCPC).

Among the allegations against her is that a failed cosmetic surgery by her led to the death of one Mrs. Nneka Miriam Barbra Onwuzuligbo.

Following her arrest on Wednesday, the trial of cosmetic surgeon Dr. Anu of MedContour Services Ltd is about to kick off at the Federal High Court, Ikoyi.

Jason Njoku has given an update about his mother who survived Coronavirus earlier this year.

According to the co-founder and CEO of iROKOtv , his mother is still struggling to recover after surviving Coronavirus and leaving the hospital on March 21.

• Before the show kicks off, anyone who shows signs of ill health will as expected not to be a part of the show.
• The production crew will work in (socially distanced) shifts.
• There will be no live audience at the Sunday night eviction shows.
• There will also be no unexpected celebrity visits to the house.
