The lady is seen kneeling down and offering her man the ring while the crowd behind her cheer and beckon the man to accept his proposal.
He accepts and allows her to put the ring on his finger, then proceeds to hug her as onlookers jubilated over an act considered so rare in this part of the world.
The incident reportedly happened in a school which is yet to be identified.

Here’s what I wish we’d known back when we got married:
1. You’re going to fight. Every couple fights, but the amount of fighting, and what you’ll fight over will be shocking. When you’re young, and money is tight, and you’re learning things about each other, and still figuring out who you are, there will be heated misunderstandings. The key is learning how to communicate effectively and authentically.
2. You’ll probably struggle with jealousy.
When you’re young, you might not be so great at managing difficult emotions, like jealousy. Unfortunately, getting married only amplifies that. After all, you’ve made the ultimate commitment to each other, so you’re likely to feel jealousy if your partner even suggests anyone else exists. You want to be their one and only.
3. You’ll still be attracted to other people.
There are some beautiful people out there and you’ll look. And when you get married young, most of these people are single. Look once and let it go, that second look is what will hurt your marriage.
4. You will need some time apart.
During the honeymoon phase, everything is chocolate and champagne. But it doesn’t take long for the day-to-day of marriage to set in and you’ll soon realize you need time apart. Don’t worry when you do need a little space; time apart will help you miss and appreciate each other more.
5. Merging your lives can get messy.
When you get married, you’re combining two lives into one. Topics like money can get tricky. Maybe you’re still figuring out how to earn it or save it. Your vision for your lives may change as you get older; it may not be what it was when you dated. 9. You have to fall in love all over again … every day.
A wise counselor taught us that love isn’t a feeling. It’s a decision. There will be days when you think you’re falling out of love, there will be days when you think about calling it quits. Love is a decision to stop listening to your emotions, and choose to stay together through the tough times.

A New Jersey woman has been found guilty to charges of conspiracy to defraud the United States after a fake marriage with a Nigerian man.
The 28-year-old woman, Ajia Strauss who was arraigned before a Pittsburgh federal court on Thursday February 13, 2020, pleaded guilty to entering a sham marriage with a Nigerian man, Mosuru Ogunbiyi, 36, who was living in Pittsburgh so he could become a permanent resident.
According to prosecutors, Ogunbiyi returned to western Pennsylvania where he was already living after the marriage was conducted in New Jersey on June 3, 2016. He was said to have paid Strauss $1,500 for the fake marriage.
They falsified documents, made untrue statements to Citizenship and Immigration Services, staged loved up photos, claimed they lived together and also opened a joint bank account.
After Ogunbiyi filed for permanent residency status in 2017, text messages revealing their discussion about Strauss’ address and learning more about each other before the fake marriage were obtained by authorities.
The duo were indicted in July 2019 and the Nigerian man who pleaded guilty to same offence in December 2019, has already served two and a half months in jail and is also likely to be deported.
Strauss could face up to five years in prison and $250,000 in fines, authorities said. She is scheduled to be sentenced in Pittsburgh on June 3.

A Nigerian lady has narrated how she saved an accident victim’s life despite being told to leave him because “he is already dead and this is Lagos”.
According to @Ennyy_Jewel, the accident occurred around 5:45am on February 14 at Marina, Lagos. She further disclosed that a Nigerian police van which stopped after being flagged down, left without helping.
The victim who seems to be in his late 50s survived the accident which left him with a head injury, after being rushed to the hospital.

Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie, has reacted to the statement made by the Minister of Works and Housing and former governor of Lagos State, Babatunde Fashola, that Nollywood movies, could be fueling kidnapping and ritual killings given the number of persons the police have arrested with human skull and other body parts, with the motive of money ritual.

Nigerian star, Savage Trap Queen has finally explained how she got herself tangled into adult movies.
In an interview with Daddy Freeze, the porn star disclosed that she was invited to an audition she thought was for a reality show by a friend.

English club, Manchester City has been banned by European football governing body, UEFA, for two years and hit with a £25m fine.
ManCity, coached by Pep Guardiola and owned by Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan of the Abu Dhabi ruling family, were found guilty by Uefa’s Club Financial Control Body (CFCB) of falsely inflating their sponsorship revenues to make it look like the club was making more money than it was spending on player purchase, when submitting financial accounts as part of the Financial Fair Play (FFP) compliance process.
FFP was formed by UEFA to prevent European clubs from spending more money than they make as income.
With FFP, European clubs stopped overspending on player wages, restricting the amount owners are able to use of their own cash to cover losses.
With this new ban, Man City will now be suspended from any UEFA European competition for the next two seasons.
Man City have announced that they will appeal the case with the Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS).
The verdict passed by FIFA follows an investigation that after German magazine Der Spiegel “leaked” emails and documents in November 2018 alleging Man City owner Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan was mostly funding the £67.5m-a-year sponsorship of the club’s shirts, stadium and academy via Etihad airline.
A statement from the club on Friday said: “Manchester City is disappointed but not surprised by today’s announcement by the UEFA Adjudicatory Chamber. The Club has always anticipated the ultimate need to seek out an independent body and process to impartially consider the comprehensive body of irrefutable evidence in support of its position.
“In December 2018, the UEFA Chief Investigator publicly previewed the outcome and sanction he intended to be delivered to Manchester City, before any investigation had even begun. The subsequent flawed and consistently leaked UEFA process he oversaw has meant that there was little doubt in the result that he would deliver. The Club has formally complained to the UEFA Disciplinary body, a complaint which was validated by a CAS ruling.
“Simply put, this is a case initiated by UEFA, prosecuted by UEFA and judged by UEFA. With this prejudicial process now over, the Club will pursue an impartial judgment as quickly as possible and will therefore, in the first instance, commence proceedings with the Court of Arbitration for Sport at the earliest opportunity.”

Earlier today, the Oluwo of Iwo, Oba Abdulrasheed Akanbi, was accused of beating up the Agbowu of Ogbagbaa, Oba Dhirulahi Akinropo, during a peace meeting to resolve a land tussle among monarchs within Iwo axis.
Oba Akanbi was accused of attacking Oba Akinropo in the office of the Assistant Inspector General of Police (AIG) Zone 11 Bashir Makama, who convened the peace meeting which other monarchs, top police and government officers attended.

A young man has reportedly won an election conducted in Giade, Bauchi State to choose lover for a young lady.
This was disclosed in a Twitter post by Mubarak Umar, on Friday.
According to Umar, the lady simply identified as Khadija could not choose between two young men named Inusa and Ibrahim.
Neither of the men was also ready to accept defeat without a contest.
An election was therefore conducted by elders of town on Khadija’s request, with Inusa scoring a higher number of votes.

A fetish object scared students, workers, and visitors of University of Ibadan after it was placed in front of the main entrance gate by unknown persons on Friday morning.
The image carved in human form had never been seen in front of the gate until the morning of February 14.

A senior staff member of UI who spoke with Tribune Online stated that it wasn’t strange for members of the Non-Academic Staff Union (NASU) of the institution to place fetish objects in strategic areas of the school when they embark on strike to scare people away.
The NASU leadership on Thursday, called on its members in UI to begin an indefinite strike action against the school authorities to press home its demands for better welfare package.
