Nollywood actress and mother of one, Tonto Dikeh is alleged to be facing deportation from Dubai after she was involved in a heated in fight.
According to report, the actress was involved in an altercation with a security guard after she was denied entry into an event.

She is quoted to have called the white security guard a ”Nigga” while yelling and cursing and asking him if he knows who she is………”Do you know who i am?Do you fvcking know who i am”
When it got out of hand the Police was called in and she was taken away…….

Earlier this year, the marriage between Nollywood Actor, Gbenro Ajibade and Osas Ighodaro hit the rocks and there were rumors that the marital crisis started over neglect of their daughter.
Gbenro in February, called out Osas on INSTAGRAM, and revealed the cracks in their marriage, fast forward to August, Osas yanked off Gbenro’s name from her social media page and it has remained like that since then.

Instagram comedian, Lizzy Jay has revealed how hard it was combining schooling and entertainment as she had a major difficulty shuffling between Lagos and Ibadan.

US Universities and the Importance of Accreditation: What you need to know about any University claiming to be US accredited.
Accreditation is important because it helps determine if an institution meets or exceeds minimum standards of quality and helps students determine acceptable institutions for enrollments.
Some universities claim that they are Approved or Registered in a particular state. This does not mean that they accredited but that they can operate as a business in that state.
In the US to be an Accredited university such university must be accredited by one of the Regionally Accrediting Organisations which are the following:
Generally speaking if a US university is not accredited by one of the above accrediting organizations then is not considered accredited.

How to Spot a Non-Accredited University
Typically such universities instead of listing one of the above regionally accrediting agencies they will mention that they are Approved or Licensed or they are authorised etc. They will not simply state that we are accredited by such and such Regionally Accredited Agency as per above examples.
Some US universities delivering online degrees are claiming to be licensed under the Degree-Granting Institution Rules of a specific state and not under one of the Regionally Accrediting Bodies. The issue is that states do not accredit universities and they do not offer state accreditation. States provide an approval for such an operation to operate as a business. Specific programs still need to be accredited by one of the regionally accredited bodies if such programs are to be considered accredited.

Seven internet fraudsters A.K.A ‘Yahoo boys’ have been sentenced to various jail terms by Justice Ibrahim Buba of the Federal High Court Enugu.
Among them is one Alex Chibundu who was sentenced to a month imprisonment on one count charge bordering on obtaining by false pretence. Chibundu, alias Bentley Diego in September 2019 allegedly attempted to defraud unsuspecting persons with the account name “Bentley Diego” on Facebook.
The charge against him reads,” That you Alex Chibundu in September, 2019 in Enugu within the jurisdiction of this Honourable court, fraudulently presented yourself as Bently Diego, and using Facebook account with intent to obtain money from unsuspecting victims on the internet and thereby committed an offence contrary to Sections 22(3)(b) and punishable under sections 22(4) of the Cybercrimes( Prohibition Prevention, etc ) Act, 2015. The defendant pleaded guilty when the charge was read to him. Consequently, his counsel, A C Agu pleaded with the court to temper justice with mercy as his client has become repentant and promised never to return to crime.
The judge, having reviewed the facts of the case, convicted and sentenced the defendant to one month imprisonment starting from October 15, 2019 when he was arrested. He is also to forfeit a Samsung phone and the sum of $18 USD recovered from him. Also delivering judgment on a separate charge, Justice Buba convicted and sentenced one Ezirim Onyekachi to three months in prison on one count charge bordering on obtaining by false pretence.
The charge reads,” that you, Ezirim Onyekachi sometime in September, 2019 at Enugu, within the jurisdiction of this honourable court fraudulently impersonated one Daniel Walter and sales manager of Samsung, with the intent to gain advantage for yourself and thereby committed an offence contrary to Section 22(3)(a) of the Cybercrime (Prohibition , Prevention etc ) Act , 2015 and punishable under the same Act”.
Onyekachi pleaded “guilty” when the charge was read to him. The sentence is effective from October 24, 2019 when he was arrested. Similarly, one Ugwuoke Victor Onyekachi who presented himself as Sofia Aurello, a Brazilian, with the email address: arnolollvar77@ gmail.com, was also sentenced to two months imprisonment effective from September 26, 2019.
Also, Mark Henry Aniazoka was convicted on one count charge bordering on impersonation and obtaining by false pretences. Aniazoka presented himself as Benneth Nathan and fraudulently obtained the sum of $1000(One thousand dollars) from one Lina John. He pleaded guilty to the charge preferred against him and was convicted and sentenced to 2 months imprisonment. He is also to return the sum of $1000 to the victim Others convicted by Justice Buba are Chigozie Anieke ,Ikechukwu Alexander andAkabuike Belolisa. The trio were convicted on separate one count of personation and fraud. They were sentenced to two months imprisonment each.
The charge against Anieke reads,”that you Chigozie Anieke (aka Henry Desmond) in September,2019 in Enugu within the jurisdiction of this honourable court fraudulently presented yourself as Henry Desmond , using your email account [email protected] with intent to obtain money from unsuspecting victims on the internet and thereby committed an offence contrary to Sections 22(3)(b) and punishable under Section 22(4) of the cybercrimes (prohibition,POrecention0 etc, Act,2015.
The charge against Alexander reads ,”That sometime in 2019 at Enugu within the jurisdiction of the Federal High Court of Nigeria, you intentionally made use of a Chevron Limited document dated September 27, 2019 titled,” contract award certificate “ without authority, for the purpose of interfering with its use by Chevron Limited and you thereby committed an offence contrary and punishable under Section 25(1) of the Cybercrime(Prohibition, Prevention etc. ) Act,2015”.
Belolisa was arrested on October 18, 2019 for impersonating one Cameron Hodgson and obtaining the sum of $2,400 USD from his victim. He was ordered to forfeit the sum of $2400 to the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

A Nigerian graduate, who emerged the only First class student in her department, has taken to her social media page to recount how she failed her first JAMB and had to wait an extra year.
The lady identified as Toun Banjo was thankful for the gap she had, saying delay is not denial and it made her snag a certificate in software engineering while she was waiting for her big break into the University.

A Nigerian student of the Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO) is trending on social media for the right reason after he successfully and skillfully built an airplane for his final year project.
The unidentified mechanical engineering student built the airplane for his final year project. To the excitement of many students, the airplane successfully flew into the air like any real airplane during a test run.

Nigerian Veteran singer, Tubaba Idibia has finally reacted to Blackface’s non-stop threat of suing him on air and via social media.

13-year-old Ovey Friday has lost both his hands after his stepmother took him to a native doctor and coals of fire were heaped on his tied hands after he was accused of being a wizard.
The stepmother had accused him of sleeping with her in the dream and she needed him to confess and also get the spirit out of him. She took him to her native doctor in Wulko Community, Nasarawa Eggon Local Government Area, Nasarawa State where hot coals were placed on his tied hands. The incident led to a permanent deformity of his right hand while the left hand was amputated at an Abuja hospital yesterday November 14th.
Spokesperson of the Nasarawa state Ministry of Youths, Eche Amos, who shared the news on his Facebook page this morning, said the suspects have been arrested by the Police and will soon be charged to court for ”culpable homicide.”
To the glory of God, 13-year-old Ovey Friday, a victim of domestic violence from Wulko Community, Nasarawa Eggon Local Government Area, Nasarawa State, had a successful operation at Cedar Crest Hospitals, Abuja(all expenses paid).
His left hand was amputated below the elbow to save his life.
Ovey, whose biological mother is now late, was accused of witchcraft by his step-mother who alleged that the teenager was making love to her in her dreams, an allegation the young boy repeatedly denied.
He was then taken for exorcism where, with the collusion of a native doctor, Ovey’s hands were tied together and coals of fire poured on them to force him to confess to the allegation, yet, he claimed his innocence.
The effect of the burns led to Ovey’s (left) hand’s amputation and permanent deformity on the other(right) as it had degenerated into gangrene.
While Ovey’s father, Friday Dio, an okada rider based in Lagos is yet to surface since this incident happened, all the suspects involved in this abominable act have been arrested by the Police and will soon be charged to court for culpable homicide.
Efforts are underway to fix a prosthetic hand for him.

Relationship expert and Blogger, Blessing Okoro, has revealed she had suicidal thoughts during the much publicized ‘Onye Eze’ scandal she went through earlier this year.
Blessing who has since moved on from the scandal recently took to her IG page to reminisce on that embarrassing moment, saying she was ready to take her own life.

Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo has reacted to the court judgement which exonerated him of rape and also awarded N1m against his accuser, Busola Dakolo as damages.
Recal it was earlier reported that, Justice O. A. Musa who presided over the case said the rape allegation was sentimental, cruel, empty and an abuse of judicial process. He further stated that the damages awarded against Busola Dakolo should be 10 times higher but was reduced in order not to discourage others who have legitimate claims.
Pastor Fatoyinbo in a statement released on his behalf by his Senior Executive Assistant Pastor Ademola Adetuberu, dedicated his victory to God and those that stood by him.
According to him, the enemies of the church wanted to use him as a scapegoat. The Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA) also prayed for his accusers, those that have been raped and those that have been wrongly accused.
“The victory is of the Lord. We dedicate it to those who stand by us. The victory belongs to God not to me or COZA. We will not share in His glory. The enemies are after the Church and not after me per se.
“They only used me as a scapegoat to launch the attacks. We know that faithful is He who has called us.
“I salute the courage and the support of my beautiful and godly wife, my lovely children, members of COZA family and those who stand by us.
“May God be praised in your life. I bear no grudge against those who were used by the adversary of the Church but instead, I pray for them that we should come together to fight the common enemies of the Church.
“My soul goes to men who are wrongly accused and women who are or have been abused. May God heal the wounds of everyone of us in Jesus Name,” he quoted the Pastor as saying.
Relationship expert, Okoro Blessing and reality star, Ifu Ennada are not in good terms as both parties clash on Instagram.
Okoro Blessing accused the reality show star of “having a sharp mouth and trolling” over an undisclosed issue. She also warned that she is an extremist and will definitely come for Ifu Ennada one day with all dirty facts about her being put out.

The ancient city of Ibadan was lit with ecstasy on Wednesday as hundreds of winners who emerged in the reward promo of telecommunications company, Globacom, received their prizes in the presence of a tumultuous crowd at the popular Bodija Market in the heart of the capital city.
The Oyo State Commissioner for Environment, Honourable Kehinde Ayoola, as well as the Iyalode of Ibadanland, Chief Mrs Theresa Oyekanmi, graced the event. Others who witnessed the event were the Chairman, Bodija Market Traders Association, Alhaji Lamidi Musedeeq, while Nollywood actors Yemi Solade and Odunlade Adekola were also in attendance.

Chief Abiola Egbelade, an Isese leader of Ibadan origin who won a Keke tricycle, said he was surprised when he received a call from 121 informing him of his good fortune. “I was surprised when I got the call”, he added saying, “I will not use the tricycle for commercial purpose. I will cruise it round the city so that everyone will see what Globacom has done.”
Ojedele Solomon, a corps member serving in Oyo State said he did not believe he won a generating set until persistent calls came from Globacom. A young Nigerian woman, Toluwalope took to Facebook to share her alleged ordeal in the hands of a Keke driver recently.
Posting photos of herself after the alleged attack, she wrote;
“For the very first time in my life I was physically assaulted by a man yesterday in public . A keke driver who got mad because I insisted he drops me at my bus stop, give me my money or put me in another keke or even take me back to where he dropped me.
A keke driver who stripped me in public because he could.
You know what, nothing will be done to him. He would walk a free man today because he’s in Nigeria where criminals roam free free. (It doesn’t matter that I can identify him and that I took the keke from a park, it doesn’t matter that people saw him assault me, it doesn’t matter ) Where people ask that we forgive and forget and leave it to God.
I’ve never felt this much hate for a person. I’ve never ever felt the urge to inflict pain on one person like I feel right now.

“I knew sharing my frustration on the group would make me feel better due to comforting words but never did I expect the kind of love I received even beyond Facebook.
Sister Kezie Vivian and Sis Opeyemi Iyiola showed up, when they offered help, I didn’t believe they will go this far.
Sister Vivian showed up even with her baby. This touched me greatly.
I could be very shy and I knew I couldn’t go to the police station to make a report myself. Sis Vivian promised to go with me. I got to the station before her, met a police woman, narratedy ordeal how the keke guy beat me up and left me with injuries and she legit asked, ‘so what do you expecr us to do? ‘ My spirit sank and I felt this would be a waste of time till Sis Vivian came in and turned it all around. I was listened to.
Sis Vivian then followed me to the park where I took the keke from. We planned on hanging around without saying anything hoping to find him, enter his keke, make him drop us close to the station where he’ll be arrested.
We stayed for hours and he didn’t show up.
I went back on Saturday night and spoke to a lady who sold at the park, she was mad and asked why I didn’t talk when I came on Friday with my Sis Vivian. She said she saw when it all happened. She could als identify the guy. On Sunday, he didn’t show up too.
On Monday, I went back with Sis Vivian. The keke guy wasn’t at work again. He obviously knew what he had done and stopped coming to work. The chairman of the park asked one of them to go and look for him wherever he was and bring him. They brought him to us.
We were taken to the keke head office at the area as they said they had to make a complaint to the union too. As soon as we got there and the complaint was made, they started beating him. I didn’t asked that they beat him I only wanted him arrested but they did anyway.
He knelt at my feet begging.
Unfortunately, the keke wasn’t his and it was only given to him to do business with, to remit daily. He had failed to remit for days. The keke was seized.
Guy wasn’t arrested in the end but I found closure. I’m glad I didnt just sit at home crying without sharing what happened because I planned on saying nothing to anyone.
I’m glad those people at the park didn’t cover him up but exposed him. I’m glad.
And I’m glad I’m a part of this group. I remember I and sister Vivian telling them when they kept begging us not to involve the police that it was not in our hands as our sisters group, Female in Nigeria is aware about this and we are representing them. The head of the council legit said he knows the group and that we should beg them.
Finsters came through for me. More were willing to get involved but I couldn’t carry all along.
Just imagine if I had showed up at the keke park with 30 frowning sisters.
