Tacha’s ‘godmother’, Jaruma has reportedly deleted all of Tacha’s photos and details off her Instagram Page, and this is coming as a shock to many.
Jaruma has been a strong force behind tacha, and this move comes as a surprise to many.
Recall during the early stage of the Big Brother Naija game, Jackye accused Tacha of bringing ‘juju’ (voodoo) in the house, in form of bracelets… and Jaruma apparently, is known for her ‘Kayamata products’, including such bracelets.
Following Tacha’s disqualifcation last night, it has now been revealed that Jaruma has deleted Tacha’s photos from her page.
Tacha’s fan base seems to be shrinking after her unfortunate disqualification from the Big Brother Naija reality show.
Recall that Tacha was disqualified for physical violence during a fight with fellow housemate, Mercy. Mercy, on the other hand, was issued two strikes by Big Brother for not stepping away from a volatile situation. (Read here)
In the latest development, Jaruma who has been a strong force behind Tacha has deleted all Tacha’s photos after her disqualification last night.
Nigerians have taken to social media to react to the trending snippet video of Zlatan Ibile mocking Tacha’s alleged body odour in a yet-to-be released song.
After Tacha’s disqualification, social media with agog with wild celebrations, hilarious memes and whats not, so Zlatan decided to jump on the wave and he released a snippet of a song he was making in honor of Tacha (but the lyrics have been deemed demeaning).
Some Nigerians then wasted no time in calling out the Rapper and even his close friend, Naira Marley took to his comment section to drop a ‘Not cool’ statement. Naira Marley wrote: “Not Fair Sha” (See screenshot above)

I stay online all day trying to befriend them. After convincing them, I will make them apply for my leave so that I can see them”, Ebesike confessed.

Ex-housemates of the 2018 edition of Big Brother Naija, Khloe and K. Brule, have both taken to social media to accuse Big Brother of biased treatment.
Reacting to the ‘Tacha Brouhaha’, Khloe and K.Brule recounted their disqualification for getting into a scuffle. Although Khloe was later voted back into the show, she got evicted soon after and now has accused Big Brother and the organisers behind the reality show of using them as ‘scapegoats’ to sell their show.
She wrote:
Dear BIG BROTHER NIGERIA for over a year now I kept asking myself what happened that day me and my sweet @k.brule was disqualified and I still can’t get a perfect answer but yah all claim it’s big brother rules BUT even in my season a lot more happened that’s 100 times worse than that night but nothing was done, Now this season, things has been happening and nothing was done as well.
I just want to know what This show really stand for now cos I can show what I signed,what it says and the rules BUT yah all will say “ it’s big brother house and his rules “ lol
This is called CLOUT cos of voting money. But who am I to say anything ? I’m just Khloe the scapegoat ahahahahahaha
On this day I wanna say @k.brule I’m sorry I allowed us to be a scapegoat and I love you with all my heart ❤️ pls forgive me ?
@bittobryan thanks for stating the obvious cos now I can forgive myself and rest cos werey ni everybody ..
I know a lot of people will testify to me always saying “it’s a reality show and that means showing your real self” but that would have been justified if I wasn’t disqualified for things that was later done”even more “ and no action was taken…
Let no one come with the “ you were voted back “ we all know what that was for and what was achieved @antolecky sorry I tried to say it’s fair on us even though I knew it’s called “Used”.
Let me stop writing before I spill the tea #DropPen??
Nollywood actress, Matilda Obaseki has defended Tacha from critics following her eviction from the Big Brother house.
The former Tinsel Actress stated that Nigerians hated on Tacha because they couldn’t break her.
Her post on twitter reads ;
The toxicity of #BBNaija19 will not be forgotten. Old men and women came on twitter n cursed each other out! We ❤️ the softporn,cheered,jeered,bodyshamed,slut-shamed a young woman for daring to stand up for herself. Tacha wasn’t perfect but at least she wasn’t a hypocrite
Controversial On-air Personality, OAP, Daddy Freeze isn’t pleased with Big Brother’s Judgement on Tacha following the altercation she had with Mercy, her fellow housemate, on Friday morning.
Tacha was disqualified on grounds of violence but Mercy, who provoked the act, got only two strikes.
Daddy Freeze believes that Mercy should also be disqualified as she and Tacha assaulted themselves during their faceoff.
His post on social media reads ;
Dear Big brother, just in case you missed the clip here it is again, we can clearly see Mercy assaulting @symply_tacha twice once with how she flung her hair in Tacha’s face, the second time when she grabbed the iron in a threatening manner; THAT’S ASSAULT! – Question what is Mercy still doing in the house if Tacha was disqualified? – Mercy needs to be disqualified as well, unless you are employing a different metric for both of them, which in my opinion reeks hypocrisy! ~FRZ
So Tacha has been disqualified from the Big Brother house and social media has been set abuzz with the report as many viewers are in support of Biggie’s decision.
Tacha was one housemate who was quite certain of her stay in the Big Brother house until the last day but her expectation was cut short after she was abruptly disqualified from the game for violating house rules.
In light of this, fans have stormed social media to react to the situation and more particularly, have started outing Nigerian entertainer, Peter Okoye who promised that should Tacha not emerge the winner of the show, he’d compensate her with the prize money.
Well, it’s obviously the situation at hand and fans are calling on the singer to fulfill his promise to her with immediate effect but it looks like his wife will disown him should he do such a thing.
Reacting to a post on Instagram about Peter remitting the money, his wife, Lola Omotayo questioned who the money will be remitted to… In response to a post by Tunde Ednut, Lola Omotayo-Okoye wrote, “60 million fun tani” meaning, “60 million for who?”
Nigerian Singer, Peter Okoye has gone on Instagram Live to clarify the statement he made about his support for Tacha.
Recall, in August 2019, Peter Okoye of Psquare in an Instagram live video reportedly promised to give Big Brother Naiaja housemate, Tacha the ’60 million Naira’ prize money if she doesn’t win the show.
The moment came today and Tacha got disqualified due to bad behavior which automatically meant she was not going to ‘smell’ the ultimate 60 Million Naira Prize and Fans trooped to Peter Okoye’s page to demand he keeps his promise. (Read Here)
Peter Okoye has now clarified the statement, saying he never said he’d give Tacha 60 Million Naira Cash but he’d put her on a pedestal to make up to that amount of money.
He further went on to say that anyone who has proof of him saying that he’d give Tacha the money should show it and get 10 Million Naira from him.
Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Jackye has reacted to the recent disqualification of controversial housemate, Tacha as she says she’s a walking time bomb.
She took to her Instastory to share what you see below,
It should be recalled that while she was in the house, she’d somewhat accused Tacha of being fetish and as a result, they never got along in the house.
As the rest of Nigerians are not necessarily fazed by the news, save her fans, the software engineer also doesn’t seem surprised as she says she saw it coming and she wishes the best for her as she leaves the house.
A while back, Jackye listed out the names of all the guys who asked her out during her stay in the house.
Speaking on The Report Card with Hero Daniels on LITV, Jackye, who always spoke about her relationship outside the house revealed that Frodd, Omashola, and Jeff were all part of the guys that came to her for a relationship.
Controversial Ghanaian Media Personality, Afia Schwarznegger has made a claim of being the richest woman in Ghana as she reacted to troll comments of being ugly.
Afia who has also been been called ugly and likened to a swine by her former friends Mzbel and Mama Ngege, revealed that she has a commercial farm which generates lots of income for her. Afia stated that though she is ugly, she has businesses that generate millions for her on daily basis.
Fans and followers of the Big Brother Naija reality TV show have stormed the social media page of Nigerian Singer, Peter Okoye, to inform him of Tacha’s disqualification from the show and to remind him of his promise to give Tacha the money if she doesn’t win.
Now that Tacha has been disqualified for ‘acts of violence’ from the on-going show, Nigerians have taken to social media to remind Peter Okoye to fulfil his ‘promise’.
One twitter user wrote ;
My own now is Peter P Square promised Tacha the grand prize if she doesn’t win. That’s 60 Million naira, my mans was probably hoping she’d win.
Now he’ll be in 60 Million naira gbese because somebody refused to use Nivea Roll On
Nollywood Actress, Funke Akindele has taken to her social media to commend Big Brother Naija Housemate, Mike, for his gentle personality.
Recall that Mike recently had an argument with Tacha, and during the course of the argument, Tacha rained insults on him and pushed him aside, an action which could have prompted a negative reaction from Mike.
Rather than retaliating, Mike chose to ignore the ranting Tacha, a decision which portrayed the nature of a true gentle man.
Funke Akindele voiced out her opinion on the housemate via her twitter platform, calling him the definition of a true gentleman and also revealing that she’s learning alot from him.
See her post below;
His wife had also commended him for the manner which he handled the situation.
Her post read;
‘Life is a teacher and there are people that will always test you just to get the reaction they’re looking for. Thing is it’s how you react that shows true CHARACTER & what makes you the BIGGER person. .
In my husbands defence which I had no doubts about, he handled himself well with composure as always because he was raised to be a true gentleman!’
The fate of housemate, Mercy has finally been declared as she’s been issued two strikes from Big Brother over her breaking of the Big Brother house rules earlier today.
Mercy and Tacha had earlier today indulged in a brawl that saw the latter disqualified from the show and the former issued two strikes. Unlike Tacha, Mercy is quite remorseful over her actions and after she was issued strikes, she’s seen crying as other housemates comfort her.
Moments ago, Biggie announced how Tacha had categorically broken a section of the constitution and as such, led to her disqualification from the house while stating that though she sought the full 90 days in the house, she however won’t be making it.
Mercy on the other hand, still has a chance to become the winner of this year’s edition of the game but should she break another of Big Brother’s house rules and is issued a strike in result, she most definitely won’t have the chance of making it to the finals.
In light of the dispute between herself and fellow housemate, Mercy, Tacha has been disqualified from the Big Brother house as she vehemently disobeyed the constitution of the Big Brother house.
This comes after the altercation that occurred between the two housemates earlier today, Friday in the house – videos of the duo have been making rounds on social media as fans and viewers of the show pondered the fates of both housemates following their brawl. (Watch the videos here, if you missed it)
Moments ago, Biggie announced how Tacha had categorically broken a section of the constitution and as such, led to her disqualification from the house while stating that though she sought the full 90 days in the house, she however won’t be making it.
In no time, the Instagram socialite, without acknowledging any of the housemates in the house, is seen leaving in an unapologetic manner.
US Rapper, Remy Ma has sparked an online outrage over her comment in which she said women who sue for money after being raped to prostitutes.
Remy Ma said this on the recent episode of Revolt’s State of the Culture in which she discussed the rape allegations against NFL player Antonio Brown with Joe Buden, Brandon “Jinx” Jenkins and attorney Eboni K. Williams.
“This s**t sounds crazy to me,” Remy said. “Every time we here about [an alleged rape], it’s never like it happened this morning, yesterday, [or] over the weekend. It’s always five..seven years ago, this happened.”
“It’s all about money because one of the accusers is asking for $2 million,” she said of Brown. “If you raped me, my sister, my daughter, my anything, I don’t want your money, I want you castrated. The things that I want done are crimes.”
Williams however countered her comment by saying that women who seek compensation might be using the money to pay for therapy and other things.
“Could that be compensation though? Because I hear that a lot, ‘if it was a rape, first of all, why are you not going to criminal court? Why are you not going to the police and he’s not arrested?’ [Brown’s] first accuser went the civil route. She filed a lawsuit, she’s asking for money, but some people feel like that’s the compensation that they want.”
“That’s called prostitution,” Remy replied.
“It seem like in a lot of the alleged sexual assault cases, the women are asking for money,” Remy added. “To me, any exchange where sexual acts are being compensated with money, that’s prostitution.”
Budden noted that prostitution involves consent to which Remy replied, “Really? In one instance they’ll be like ‘it was so horrible, he did this to me… but give me $2 million and I’ll go sit over there and I won’t tell anybody.’”
But wait o!! Wasnt Mercy’s Hair pulled ??? Why hasn’t the other #Bbnaija Housemate been disqualified for getting physical
Infact #Bbnaija should not disqualify anyone so that hateful people can witness Lambo winning Live and know that it’s not by fighting everyone upandan. #Bbnaija2019 please forgive them. Just give strike so we proceed to vote.
Embattled Senior pastor of the Commonwealth of Zion Assemblies COZA, Biodun Fatoyinbo, has reacted to the fresh interviews granted by his former spiritual father, Pastor Emmanuel Oset, and also his one time spiritual mentor, Pastor Busola Olotu.
In an interview with Adesuwa Onyenokwe, Pastor Olotu said she had a revelation where she saw Fatoyinbo on bed with another lady and when she challenged him in shock, he told her that he had a “Grace for such things“.
Pastor Olotu said after her revelation, she met with Fatoyinbo’s then spiritual father, Reverend Emmanuel Oset, and to her shock, Pastor Oset replied, “So he is still doing this thing?”.
Pastor Oset in another interview with Onyenokwe, also said that many ladies had come to him in the past to make same allegation as Busola against Fatoyinbo.
Well Fatoyinbo has reacted to their comments. In a post he shared on his IG page, the clergyman insinuated that both Oset and Olotu are envious and jealous of him.
The Big Brother Naija, this season, has stayed true to her word as the show served fans ‘Hot Pepper’ day in, day out.
The housemates have recounted the heated altercation that occurred between Mercy and Tacha in the early hours of Friday and in a funny way, mimicked the duo.
The female housemates’ fight began when Seyi called Mercy to the lounge so they could read Biggie’s scroll, but the video vixen came out late for the reading.
This, however, did not go down well with Tacha who rained insults at her.
The two ladies rained insults at each other, Mercy flipping her hair on Tacha’s face twice and attempted to use the pressing iron on her while Tacha pulled Mercy’s hair.
Mercy referenced Tacha’s ‘Body odour’ claim in her response to the self-acclaimed Port Harcourt first daughter and later on, Tacha decided to smell good by spraying a fragrance.
Shortly after the heated argument, male housemates, Mike, Omashola, Elozonam, Frodd who saw the moment as a form of entertainment, mimicked Tacha and Mercy.
Former Housemate, Isolomo has joined the social media conversation on whether or not housemate, Tacha shoould be disqualified from the house, after her clash with Mercy earlier today.
Recall there was a bitter clash this morning, that almost went all physical.. We saw Tacha pulling Mercy’s wig, and the latter picking up the iron.
Isilomo who has always given an excuse for Tacha’s ‘attitude’, has said she can no longer condone Tacha’s attitude. She says, Mercy flipping her hair is not an excuse to act like a barbarian.
Admitting that she always made excuses for Tacha before now, the reality show star who was one of the first housemates to be evicted commended Mercy for her self control.
Read Isilomo’s tweets below;
“If we are being fair here, Tacha should leave this house this morning .what nonsense, to physically put your hands on another housemate?? BULL SH*T.”
“I really really really Commend mercy. That’s level of self control? I don’t think I’d have had it”
“So mercy flipped her hair in her face and that is an excuse to act like a barbarian???. Once you are physical first you have already lost the argument….against my better judgment I always make excuses for Tacha, but today she should GET THE F**K!!!”
One of the 2017 edition of Big Brother Naija, Kemen has shared a glimpse of BBNaija rule book, which clearly outlined how housemates should behave while in the house.
The rule book stated that violence which includes goading, provocation, bullying and victimization will not be tolerated in the house as the reality show encourages individual expression.
Kemen wrote; “I just want to know…. If the particular BBN season has a RULE BOOK. cos I still have a copy of mine, and here is what it says about prohibited behaviours worthy of disqualification … It’s a game but rules make the players better.”
The rule about violence in the BBNaija Rule Book reads; “Any house-mate who becomes physically violent will be removed from the house immediately. Violence can refer to self-inflicted violence, or violence towards another. Violence includes provocation, goading, bullying and victimisation”
With this, Tacha risks disqualification, as she apparently, provoked Mercy first, by pulling her hair, before the latter picked up the iron.
Though many are arguing that they may both be disqualified!
Emotions are flying everywhere, Tension be going up! And we aren’t surprised, because we are almost at the end of the Reality TV show, and this is expected!
Earlier this week, the housemates were tasked to leave their mark in the house by painting their unique individual graffiti on the wall.
As part of his graffiti, Omashola chose to paint his fellow housemates.
However, Tacha wasn’t pleased by this and proceeded to clean off her image.
While Omashola wasn’t happy about Tacha’s move, Mercy found her actions wanting and shared her thoughts with her love interest, Ike.
Describing Tacha’s actions as unnecessary, Mercy revealed that the move “weighed Omashola down a lot”.
Ike, however, suggested that Tacha’s actions sprung from the fact that the show was coming to an end “and she wants to be CeeC”.
“He [Omashola] told me he’s angry but he already knows that she’s doing this thing because we’re reaching the end and she wants to be CeeC.”, he said.
Agreeing with Ike, Mercy shared that she was glad Omashola didn’t give Tacha the attention she seemingly sought, and went on to describe her as a low-budget version of the ex-Big Brother Naija housemate. “She can’t be CeeC; she no even hard. She’s forming to be hard, but that is how CeeC is. This one [Tacha] is a wannabe, low-budget CeeC.”
Some reactions;
@DemolaRewaju: There was a certain class about CeeC – we saw her emotions almost come out with Tobi before she bottled up, she had an education that showed through even in her craziest moment and she wasn’t paranoid, they really disliked her. This though, is crassness on display, cringeworthy.
@unclemidetush: Tboss was bossy, blunt yet logical. Cee-C was rude, I mean very rude, dictatorial; yet intelligent. But how do you manage to stan someone who reeks of disgust naturally?
@thelma4hommies: Team Lambo what did your queen say that is Peppering the Internet whore like this ??????????? the pepper is too much she no gree rest ?? Low budget ceec wanna be. Black knuckle headmistress calling someone knuckle misstress. Girl is clearly delusional
@Morris_Monye: I still remain a CeeC fan. I loved(and love) that girl with all my life. She was bitter because she felt ganged-up but a very elegant girl with class. This other person however, is something strange and bizarre. I thought she was misunderstood but i don’t even know.
@fadeojamomi: Ceec never made it so difficult for me. I supported, Voted and Campaigned for her till Finals.. Tacha has made it so hard for me to continue supporting her. My support is hereby withdrawn. When she’s done fixing herself, i will re-stan…
@JohnRaji10: This girl has unlocked a new level of nastiness. How do y’all do it? How do ppl like this girl? For all those that called CeeC all sorts last year and support this girl this year, please balance me, how?? I hope she gets disqualified.
@MoninuolaGrey: Ceec only came for anyone that came for her!! She respected herself and her house mates. Don’t compare ceec to this uncultured smelly swine please!
@Mazimum_: Nobody complained of CeeC smelling bad and she seem more educated & sounded more intelligent than the queen of black knuckles.. In fact, Tacha is simply ignorance on fire! #BBNaija
@Callmeruinah: why are you people putting Tboss, CeeC and tacha in the same sentence? tboss was nothing like these other babes.
@london_used: Ceec was beautiful,intelligent and had a touch of attitude…….Tacha is……Tacha is…. Please Tacha’s name shouldn’t be mentioned when we are talking about Ceec
This morning, Mercy and Tacha had a ‘brutal’ face-off, that led to series of thrown punches, before other housemates intervened.
During the blast session, Mercy told Tacha that she really needs to take care of her body,
Mercy tagged Tacha an Instagram Beggar with bad breath and body odor.
Tacha of course, during the faceoff acted like she wasn’t concerned about the ‘accusation’ as she went on defending herself, insulting Mercy and even went as far as pulling her wig.
However, Tacha was later spotted spraying perfume on herself while still verbally abusing Mercy.
