Rape Allegation: Police seize Pastor Fatoyinbo’s International passport

Detectives from the Force Criminal Investigation Department(FCID), Abuja, investigating the alleged rape against pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo on Wednesday, August 28 conducted a search on the residence and office of the embattled pastor in Abuja.

According to a report by Daily Sun, the police also seized the passport of Fatoyinbo, as part of the bail conditions granted to the pastor. Fatoyinbo was also made to provide two level 16 officers with landed property in Abuja, before he was allowed to be taken on bail.

He was however told to be reporting to the FCID on a daily basis until investigation is concluded. The COZA pastor who attended another round of interrogation Wednesday, has since been released to go home. A source told Daily Sun that part of the investigation that took place on Wednesday was a search on the home of the pastor and his office by detectives.

According to source, “the home of the pastor and his office were searched today by detectives investigating the matter, but I cannot tell you what they found, but defiantly they were looking for incriminating documents and other evidences that was revealed by witnesses during the discreet investigation conducted in the matter.

“Also part of the bail conditions given to pastor Fatoyinbo is that he provides two level 16 officers who have landed property in Abuja, and that his international passport to be deposited with the police which he has done”.

Earlier this week in the Big Brother House, Tacha was issued a second strike after Biggie played videos of her disobeying the house rules.

Big Brother gathered the housemates in the lounge and played several videos of Tacha’s disrespect to authority and fellow housemates.

Biggie also said Tacha undermined the world of Big Brother. Tacha had two weeks ago received her first strike for provocation.

During a diary session yesterday in the video, Tacha who is closed to the Verge of being disqualified, goes down on her kneels to apologized to Biggie for undermining his instructions and been disrespectful.

In her word;

“Please forgive me, i promise i would never consciously or sub consciously be disrespectful to you in any type of way. My apologies to Ebuka and to everybody oyt ther and most especially to you and the authorities. This is a huge platform, this is my life basically Biggie. I don’t want to be out of the house out on disqualification, i would rather be evicted through vote and not to be disqualified on strikes.

I am very very sorry Big Brother. Any type of way, i’m not trying to defend anything at all but Biggie pls i’m sorry, pls forgive me. I’m growing and i’m learning i don’t know everything, i’m still growing and the house is a social experiment. Nigerian male cross-dresser, Bobrisky has replied Otunba Olusegun Runsewe, the Director-General of the National Council for Arts and Culture, who last week, said he is a National disgrace and will soon be dealt with by the government if caught on the street.

In his word, ”Bobrisky is a national disgrace. He started by selling and using bleaching creams, now, he has grown boobs, bums and hips. If a Bobrisky is doing well with his immoral lifestyle, how do you convince Nigerian youths to do the right thing? Bobrisky has the right, but not within the Nigerian environment.

There are others like him, but they live outside the country. If we don’t address Bobrisky as early as possible, he will form a team that will spread like wildfire. This will result in a lot of suicide cases, because the typical Nigerian parent would not want to see their child become a Bobrisky” Runsewe said in an interview

Well, Bobrisky appears not to be taking Runsewe’s comment lying low as he has fired back at him. In a post shared on Instagram, Bobrisky stated that he is ‘waiting’ for Runsewe.

”I heard someone in the Govt talked about me few days ago. Pls tell him am waiting for him. Is then he will know I roll with his boss in the government and not someone in his level. So he left other serious issue in Nigeria to address Bobrisky. But I am popular sha”.

Big Brother Naija housemate, Ike has said Khafi has found a new sense of purpose since her love interest, Gedoni got evicted from the Big Brother Naija House.

While commenting on how he felt about the current head of house, Ike told Biggie that Khafi is a nice person and thus far she has not been over-zealous with her role as head of house. He further said that Khafi seems to have moved on from being upset over Gedoni’s eviction as the head of house role gave her responsibility and a new sense of purpose.

When Biggie asked Ike about the challenges he’s faced in the house, Ike said ;

Lami, the boyfriend of recently evicted-Big Brother Naija housemate, Jackye has revealed he personally spent 1.5million naira on votes for his girl but the ‘votes didn’t count’.

Lami took to social media to share videos and receipts of how the money was spent on voting, Lami requested the organisers to allow his tech firm carry out an audit of Delloite servers and questioned how much money other housemates spend on voting to get their numbers up.

It appears Big Brother Naija housemate Khafi has found another companion since the eviction of her love interest, Gedoni.

Gedoni’s journey in the Big Brother house ended on Sunday, August 25, for having one of the lowest number of votes.

Since then, the tears keep flowing as Khafi seems not to have gotten over the pains of seeing the fashion designer leave the house.

Khafi had earlier told Cindy that she feels lonely that her stress reliever and boo was evicted from the ‘pepper dem’ house.

Recall that Khafi and Gedoni over time stirred reactions on social media, as a result of their frequent engagement in sex.

Just when we thought the Head of House feat was a consolation for the police officer, Khafi was spotted brooding on Tuesday afternoon.

As Khafi lay on the bed she shared with Gedoni, a teddybear-like object wearing the fashion designer’s cap was seen lying close to her.

Perhaps the object is another representation of her lover.

An Italian car crash victim has died after being looked after by his parents for 31 years while he was in a coma.

Ignazio ‘Cito’ Okamoto from Brescia, was involved in a collision on March 19, 1988, and suffered a brain haemorrhage at the age of 22. His friend was killed in the crash but he survived the incident. Ignazio spent two years in a clinic, but his parents decided to take him home to try to bring him back to health.

He has now died at the age of 54 after suffering cardiac arrest. Ignazio’s mother Marina told La Stampa: ‘for 31 years we lived cut off from the world. The doctors had told us that he wouldn’t wake up but we cared for him every day, hoping that maybe…’

His father Hector, a 77-year old Mexican with Japanese roots, added: ‘now life has changed. I woke up this morning at 5am and I didn’t know what to do. I went to the garden to water the flowers. The last few nights I slept in Ignazio’s room, even though he is gone, to be near him.’

He said he had left his job in 1990 to look after his son, with Marina working to support the family. Mr Okomoto said he had never thought about euthanasia for his Ignazio.

A Dangote truck carrying a full load of cement lost control and crashed into a BRT Bus at Ogolonto area of Ikorodu, Lagos.

The BRT bus driver is currently in a critical state and at least ten passengers were injured and have been taken to the hospital by the Lagos state rapid response team.

The driver of the Truck eloped immediately after the incident which has caused heavy traffic on both sides of the road.

According to a statement from LASEMA, recovery operation is still ongoing

“On getting to the scene of the incident, a Dangote truck fully loaded with cement had a brake failure and had a head-on collision with a Primero blue Mass Transit bus with registration number LSR-228XS conveying 40 seated and 20 standing passengers.

“All passengers on board suffered various degrees of injuries with one female passenger losing her life and the driver suffered severe life-threatening injuries with his leg totally decapitated.

“The combined efforts of the Agency’s Assets (Medical Unit, Tiger unit, Papa Eagle and Cobra unit) are on ground working alongside LNSC, Nigeria Police, FRSC and LASTMA to ease vehicular movement and ensure a swift recovery of the accidented truck.

“Recovery operation ongoing”.

Venita was nominated for eviction alongside Frodd, Esther, Tacha, Cindy and Sir Dee.

The housemates were nominated after an arena game challenge between two groups, the Enigma and the Legends which had the former emerge as winner.

The two groups were told to move cotton balls to a plate using a spoon. The group with the most cotton balls in their plate emerged winner.

Venita speaking to Seyi and Elozonam after arena challenge said she is scared of eviction on Sunday and the reality outside the house.

“I’m afraid of reality, eviction is scary in this house.

“I don’t know what people outside think about me. Emotionally I’m not stable and I feel so tensed.

“I believe more than one housemate is leaving this Sunday but If Africa decides to save me I would understand that a lot is on my shoulder,” Venita said.

Tacha made the promise on Monday while speaking to Sir Dee following strikes issued her by Big Brother.

Recall, Biggie on Sunday evening issued Tacha a second strike for disobeying BBNaija rules and undermining authorities.

Big Brother had gathered the housemates in the lounge and played several videos of Tacha’s disrespect to Ebuka and fellow housemates.

While warning her, he said, “a last strike will get you disqualified from the reality show.”

Tacha who seemed to be remorseful about her second strike told Sir Dee on Monday evening that she feels she has been optimistic in a wrong way and would henceforth turn a new leaf.

EFCC Arrests 33 Suspected Internet Fraudsters In Imo State

Thirty three suspected internet fraudsters were on Monday August 26 2019, arrested at their hideout in an early morning operation by Operatives of the Abuja and Enugu Zonal Office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, in Owerri, Imo State.

The suspects are Clinton Emere, Obinna Okonkwo, Ogochukwu Ogbonna, Joseph Udom Kousin, Prince Ewunone, Franklin Michael, Tolli Ameiche, Anderson, Berthel, David Franklin, Aboi Etealu, Chinubu Nwosu, Marizu Chidiebere, Dominic Terry Joseph, Christopher Nwosu, Peter Gift Uche, Edinalo Ifeanyichukwu , Ndubuisi Ikenna, John Frank, Anowe Precious, Joseph Levi Chima, Samuel Oria, Tochi Mmerom, Chimezia Cleansman, Okonkwo Obinna, Uchendu Gift, Nkwodi Nnamdi, Izywa Munachi, Ekone Aniche, Opara Donald, Aniche Tochukwu, Anelka Okon and Ebizien Franklin Udochukwu.

Items recovered from them include laptop computers, mobile phones, 2 Lexus RX350 SUV and a Toyota Solara salon car.

The suspects have made useful statements and will be charged to court as soon as investigation is completed.

Big Brother Naija evicted housemate, Gedoni, has given reasons for celebrating, after he was evicted from the TV show.

Recall that after Gedoni was evicted, he had said “Thank you” immediately Ebuka mentioned his name for eviction.

This, however, did not go down well with Khafi, as she broke down in uncontrollable tears and was comforted by Tacha, Mike and other housemates.

Reacting on Monday, Gedoni on his Twitter page said he had decided to thank God whether he was evicted or not.

He said, “I knelt down in thanks because I had decided to thank God if evicted or saved.”

Meanwhile, Gedoni also denied having sex with Khafi.

According to him, Khafi has been celibate for eight years, we never had sex.”

Enyimba FC player, Stephen Chukwude was spotted in a viral video being harassed by a policeman because he owns a Mercedes Benz.

Chukwude was heard asking the police officer what else he wanted after showing him his I.D card and also opening his car’s boot which all confirmed he is a footballer. However the policeman countered his statement by alleging that any youth who owns and drives a Mercedes Benz is a yahoo boy (internet fraudster).

This all happened before the police officer started dragging the footballer’s phone after noticing he was being filmed.

Nigerian born US singer, Jidenna in a video has revealed the reason why Nigerians are known for scam all over the world.

Reacting to the recent arrest of 77 Nigerians by the FBI, Jidenna said Nigerians are smarter than a lot of people, hence the reason why they excel in sports and other sphere of life including scamming.

Speaking during an interview on the Breakfast Club, Jidenna said: ‘ I don’t scam na. But yes, I have done a lot of things, I used to sell chains in China Town. I do buy some cheap stuffs, cheap female jewelry and sell them high to some high boys in the suburbs. I think that was a scam. But I never did the fake relationship thing. Never!”

Popular Ghanaian actress, Efia Odo has revealed that she stopped going to church because she does not understand what Christianity is all about.

The Kwese TV presenter admitted believing in the existence of God and Jesus Christ but stated that Christianity is complex as there are so many contradictory dogmas and sects within the Christendom.

“I used to attend church when i was young, i would follow my mum to church but as i grow up, i stopped attending church because I don’t really understand what this religion is all about” she said.

Femi Otedola offers scholarship

Femi Otedola has offered scholarship to University level to a little girl who was filmed singing his daughter, DJ Cuppy’s new song, Gelato.

Otedola received the video of the girl and was wowed by her performance. He shared the video on his Instagram page and announced his offer of a scholarship to her.

“My Daughter. Can you find this girl? I will provide her scholarship from now through University! …”

Festus Keyamo, the Minister of State for Niger Delta Affairs, has reacted to the trending photo of him posing with Jerry Ikogho, who was recently arrested by the United States of America Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) for allegedly committing online fraud.

Ikogho was among the 77 Nigerians arrested last week for online fraud. He is number three on the 77-man list.

Nigerians trolled Keyamo on Twitter after photos of himself and the Ikogho surfaced online.

However, in an interview with The Cable, Keyamo said himself and Ikogho were both born in Ughelli, Delta state, and grew up as friends. According to him, the picture was taken in 2011 at the burial of the father of one of the two other men who appeared in the picture.

The senior advocate said the suspect is from “a decent home” and hoped the FBI got their facts right.

“He is my childhood friend. We were born in the same town (Ughelli). We attended same church from birth. His parents and mine, best of friends, till tomorrow. His siblings and mine too. Only left for the US about 10-12 years ago. Can’t deny him. It’s a family relationship from birth. He’s from a decent family. Hope they got their facts right. The wife has sent the charge to me.

The authorities clearly stated that he may not have known of the fraudulent schemes but he helped one or two of them to transfer funds illegally for a fee. And he didn’t declare excess money at the airport. Wish him well.

“In fact that picture is even at the burial of the father of the guy on the far right about 8 years ago. The guy is in the same childhood group like all of us. Likewise the guy on the far left, a lawyer, who died at the National Hospital here in Abuja about 5 years ago” Keyamo said

Reality TV star, TBoss, has confirmed she was pregnant and has welcomed her first child.

After months of speculation, Tboss decided to confirm the talks via a post shared on her Instagram page this morning.

The 35-year-old said she had to keep her pregnancy away from social media because she was scared of the negativity of some users.

TBoss wrote;

What is it about our Generation that’s Always so eager to post up our private lives on Social Media?

We get Good news- SM, Not so good news- SM, Someone offends us, someone owes us money, breakups, new home, new car, new shoes, fake designer shoes, borrowed stuff- There’s Absolutely No Mystery anymore. You wanna know about a person? Just look up their SM pages & you’d get a pretty close picture of whom you’re dealing with.
I agree I’m not exactly social media compliant but I’m also guilty of sometimes putting more than I ought to have out there thereby subjecting myself to being misinterpreted, misquoted, misunderstood & highly misjudged.

And that’s why it was extremely difficult for me to keep my pregnancy all to myself.
I mean it was without a doubt The Best news I have ever had & God knows I wanted to shout it out so as to be heard to the ends of the earth BUT I had to …

I was Afraid. I was afraid of exposing My best news to the negativity of little & sad minded people of which unfortunately happen to be a lot… I wanted to enjoy this journey, savor every little moment, understand what was happening to me, my body, keep my sanity for my good & the good of my unborn child.
Pregnancy is indeed a roller coaster ride and as Ecstatic as I was, it really hit me.

My friends all knew- if you didn’t oh well- maybe that’s your cue. I went shopping & out a lot & took lots of photos with my beautiful fans – Selfies Only of course & never felt the need to cover up or hide anything- And why should I? Do you know the struggle a lot of women go through to get what I have? A Free Gift from God! And you think at 35 I ought to feel some type of way because someone has an unsolicited opinion about me? Ha Ha Ha… Silence is NOT denial.

My silence was just that: Silence- until I was ready to speak about it.
