To celebrate, they have decided to share with the world the story behind their birth.
In their narration, they termed themselves as the miraculous Nigerian triplets because their parents were actually expecting top give birth to twins, but the trio came unexpected.
Read their story below:
“Let me tell you a quick story about our birth.I’m sure you guys won’t expect this lmao
So according to my mum, when she was pregnant she was expecting just one child, just a child. But later on,she started getting bigger than usual then she got worried and decided to go to the hospital for a scan but it kept on showing that she was pregnant with just a child.
She would go to the hospital twice almost every week because she was so concerned about the size of the pregnancy since she was having just a child.
So About five months later(Ikr,that’s a long time)she went back to the hospital and they finally told her she was pregnant with twins, she was so surprised and at the same time relieved that the babies were fine.
So,she started buying two pairs of everything, same shoes, same clothes and all.
Then when she was due which was eight month three days(multiple births don’t actually stay till the usual nine months, most of them)she went to the hospital and then the doctor told her she was going to deliver her babies(twins)through cs.
After some hours they finally got the twins out(Tomisin and Tomiwa)but according to my mum when the doctor was about closing up they noticed a movement and they were concerned, thinking something went wrong they had to undo the stitches, and then it turned out that they found another baby(Toni)
What would you do if you found out you were originally meant to give birth to twins but then it turned out you gave birth to triplets?lmao
When my mum regained consciousness, the doctor told the nurses to bring in the triplets,my mum thought she heard wrong so she asked “what triplets ?”then they explained the whole thing to her and she was filled with joy and was having mixed emotions.Who wouldn’t?
So there wasn’t any clothe for Toni(the last child)they quickly had to get a substitute till they went to buy her stuff, ours actually because we had to wear the same thing.
So why Toni and I look more alike is because we shared the same placenta and Tomisin had hers.” Happy birthday @.tomiwa. @toni.xox_ @thomisin_ ….. #triplets #beauty #birthdaygirls

Dr Chris Okafor’s converts church private jet for commercial purpose
Months ago it was rumoured that Dr. Chris Okafor, the General Overseer of Liberation City church had purchased a private jet.
The church gave a veiled denial and simply dismissed the report as rumors.
Shortly after, Legit news published another report captioned “Pastor Chris Okafor’s Private Jet is not his Property, it was Chartered”.
It was further gathered that the ‘Chartered jet’ news was right.
According to an insider: ” That jet was hired by one or two guys whom the man of God often calls “my sons in the Lord”.
They are actually not Nigerians. They are from Southern Africa. They hired the jet to convey him to the location of a project they wanted Dr. Okafor to commission for them.
Those guys are known millionaires”, the source squealed.
Revealing further, the source added that there’s another angle to the story.
“The real news is, there’s actually a private jet! Not the one that Legit wrote about. There’s another one. That one is the authentic one. They’re not talking about that because that is actually the jet that the man of God claims his partners purchased for him.
His partners bought the jet to enable him carry out the works of ministry…but the thing is, Dr. Chris, I learned has been a bit too reluctant to openly announce that he now has a private jet, wondering how his congregation will receive the news.
Rather, he instructed his partners who allegedly bought the jet to convert it to commercial use on behalf of the ministry, since “it was going to be too much of a burden for the ministry to maintain a private jet at this time” according to the man of God.
Now, the jet is undergoing a re customization and re registration process in Southern Africa. I hear they’re set to put the jet up for VIP hire services. Trust Igbo man and business. That is the news they’re keeping away from the public and honestly, I don’t see the need for all the secrecy. Makes absolutely no sense.
Personally I was eagerly waiting for him to flaunt his new jet and give us some missionary reasons why he needed one. I was so waiting…he dodged it!”.

The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC has distanced itself from the “server results” which the Peoples Democratic Party and its presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, are laying claim to as the “true results” of the February 23 election.
INEC stated this in its reply to the petition filed before the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal by the PDP and Atiku to challenge the outcome of the February 23 election.
The commission, through its lead counsel, Yunus Usman (SAN), said the results of the poll were never transmitted or collated electronically.
It added that it kept no such server where such electronically transmitted results could have been obtained.
INEC had on February 27, 2019 declared that the All Progressives Congress alongside its candidate, President Muhammadu Buhari, won the February 23 election with 15,191,847 votes to defeat his closest rival, Atiku, who it said polled 11,262,978 votes.
But the petitioners stated that “from the data in the 1st respondent’s (INEC’s) server…the true, actual and correct results” from the “state to state computation” showed that Atiku polled a total of 18,356,732 votes to defeat Buhari who they said scored 16,741,430 votes.
They said the results were the total votes scored by the candidates in 35 states and the Federal Capital Territory Abuja, as there was “no report on sever” about the results from Rivers State as of February 25, 2019.
By calculation, Atiku and the PDP claimed to have defeated Buhari by 1,615,302 votes. But the commission, urging the tribunal to dismiss the petition, said in its reply filed on April 10, that the petitioners’ claims were false.
The INEC’s Director, Information and Communications Technology, Mr Chidi Nwafor, in his witness statement on oath attached to the reply, specifically denied the “server results” which the petitioners were laying claim to. He said all the results were collated manually and were never transmitted electronically.
Nwafor added that Buhari was duly elected by majority of the lawful votes cast at the presidential election.
He stated,
“That the petitioners are claiming that votes recorded at the various polling units were electronically transmitted, and stored in the 1st respondent’s (INEC’s) server. That the petitioners are also claiming that based on the server contents, they and not the 2nd and 3rd respondents won the presidential election.
“That these claims of the petitioners are false as I know as a fact that the 2nd respondent was duly elected by majority of the lawful votes cast at the presidential election and scored at least a quarter of the lawful votes cast at the election in 33 states and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, more than two-thirds of all the states of the federation and the Federal Capital Territory.”
Nwafor also stated,
“That the petitioners did not win the majority of the lawful votes cast and did not satisfy the mandatory constitutional requirement to be declared winner having polled 11,262,978 and one quarter of all lawful votes cast in 29 states and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja as against the 2nd respondent who scored 15,191,847 votes cast and one quarter of the lawful votes cast in 33 states and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
“That the lawful and recognised computation of results is manually done using Electoral Form EC8 series and not the table pleaded by the petitioners given that the said table is not the result collated and declared by the 1st respondent. That I know as a fact that the details contained in the table in the paragraph 22 of the petition are inaccurate.
“That I know that mode of transmitting/collating election results is manual, using Forms EC8As, EC8Bs, EC8Cs and EC8Ds and not electronically done. That I know that the Manual Technologies 2019 and demonstration videos referred to in paragraph 27 are internal training materials.”
Nigerians were taken aback when popular comedienne, Helen Paul, revealed that she was a product of rape while celebrating the doctorate degree she recently got from the University of Lagos.
In a recent chat with Sunday Scoop, the talk show host said she didn’t regret sharing the true story of her birth.
She stated,
“I chose the occasion to reveal the story of my birth because I dedicated the degree to my mother. There is time for everything and I felt it was time to tell the world. Apparently, it’s not even my story; it’s my mother’s.
I am humbled and grateful to God for seeing me through the programme. Everyone was happy for me in my family. Even when I finished secondary school, everyone was excited for me. We celebrate each other in my household.”
Helen said despite her father’s misconduct at the time, she had never held any grudge against him. She stated,
“I am on good terms with my father. Is there anyone who doesn’t have a cordial relationship with his or her father? That can only happen if you are a terrible child. Regardless of what your father might have done to you in the past, your father remains your father. If I said I was not affected by it while growing up, that wouldn’t be honest. It could affect anyone but I used my situation to my advantage. It inspired me to always do more and be the best, instead of being depressed.”

“The Command will not relent in its efforts in ridding the force off these criminal elements. Those involved in extra judicial killings and abuse of power are promptly identified, isolated, tried through internal disciplinary proceedings, dismissed from service and prosecuted in conventional courts,” he said.

The Federal Government has once again clarified its stance on the removal of fuel subsidy, saying it had no plan to do so in the immediate future.
The Minister of Finance, Mrs Zainab Ahmed, said this on Sunday at the briefing by the Nigerian delegation on the outcome of their meetings with investors and institutions at the IMF/World Bank meetings in Washington DC.
Ahmed spoke in reaction to IMF’s advice to federal government to remove fuel subsidy, which might have led to panic buying in the country.
“There is no imminent plan to remove subsidy. IMF said that fuel subsidy is better removed so that we can use the resources for other important sectors.
“In principle, It’s a good suggestion, but in Nigeria we don’t have any plans to remove fuel subsidy at this time because we have not yet designed buffers that will enable us remove the subsidy and provide cushions for our people.
“So there is no plan to remove fuel subsidy.
“We will be working with various groups to find an alternative if we have to remove it. We are not yet at the point of removing fuel subsidy yet,” she said.
Ahmed described the outing in Washington DC as a successful one, which provided Nigeria with the opportunity to review developments in the global economy and proffer potential solutions.
She said that the general advice for Nigeria is to prioritise cost-effective policies that would increase resilience to shocks, boost productivity and raise incomes of the bottom 40 per cent of the population.
“In my capacity as representative of 23 African countries, I addressed the IMFC and issued a statement calling for normalisation of trade relations among the contending parties and called for concerted efforts to supporting multilaterism and avoid protectionist sentiments.
“At the G-24 meeting, I drew the attention of the World Bank to some of the challenges we face in implementing our portfolio like the implementation of the new environmental and social safeguards framework which tends to slow down implementation of our infrastructure projects.
“My engagement at the IMFC also focused on the global policy agenda.
“Governors underscored the importance of strengthening market competition, encouraging innovation, tackling weak governance and corruption and meeting the SDGs.
“Governors underlined the importance of strengthening international coordination and cooperation to tackle shared challenges, given the potentially damaging effects of trade tensions on global economic developments, and impact of natural disasters on developing countries,” she said.
