Cruel mother allows boyfriend rub hot pepper on her kids’ genitals as punishment

A rather wicked mother allowed her boyfriend rub hot pepper on her children’s genitals as punishment, the police has said.

Sabrina Emerick, 25, and her 37-year-old partner, Robert Saladaga who were arrested in Greenville, South Carolina, in the United States, were accused of abusing Emerick’s two boys.

According to local authorities, Saladaga put hot pepper on the genitals of one of the children as punishment for urinating on a sofa. He also fired BB guns at a youngster and held a pillow over the five-year-old’s face, according to detectives.

Warrants say Saladega rubbed hot sauce on the child’s face, eyes and mouth making him vomit and forced him to take hot or cold showers when he got into trouble.

Meanwhile, their mum passively “allowed her children to be placed at unreasonable risk of harm”, investigators said.

The couple were each charged with unlawful neglect of a child and two counts of cruelty to children, Greenville News reports.

Saladaga is also charged with assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature, according to warrants. The abuse of the boys, aged five and seven, occurred on multiple occasions dating back to at least September 2017, police said.

Following their arrests, Saladaga and Emerick have been released on bail.

Father who visited daughter in school almost killed after he was labelled a kidnapper

Thanks to the timely intervention of police operatives, the life of man who had visited his 12 year old daughter at her school would have been lost after they saved him from being lynched after mob mistook him for a kidnapper.

The said man, Enoch Mensah Nortey, was at the St Lawrence Catholic Basic School in the Central region of Ghana, to visit his daughter but some residents raised false alarm that he had gone there to kidnap some of the school children.

He had sought permission from the head teacher to see his daughter who lives separately from him only to leave the head teacher’s office to meet a thick crowd waiting to pounce on him.

The crowd, according to eyewitness, kept building up as the school is located close to a market at Abura, a densely populated area in the Cape Coast metropolis.

The central regional police command confirming the incident said they received a call from someone about the situation and the operations team led by the Deputy Regional Commander DCOP Enoch Bediako Twum moved to the scene where authorities of there confirmed that the man was there to visit his daughter and was not a kidnapper.

The police rescued Enoch Mensah Nortey and escorted him out of the scene and sent him to the regional police headquarters. DSP Irene Oppong, regional police PRO, told 3news.com the police is investigating the case with the full cooperation of Enoch Mensah.

She however cautioned the public against false alarm on kidnapping because it is a criminal offence and culprit would be prosecuted

Empire actor, Jussie Smollett has reportedly been arrested, and he’s now in police custody. This was revealed on Twitter by Chicago police spokesman Anthony Guglielmi.

The actor is facing a felony charge for allegedly filing a false police report.

Taking to Twitter, the police spokesman said Jussie Smollett “is under arrest and in custody of detectives.”

His bail hearing will be taking place later today. However, his lawyer believes he has the right to be seen as innocent until proven guilty.

“Like any other citizen, Mr. Smollett enjoys the presumption of innocence, particularly when there has been an investigation like this one where information, both true and false, has been repeatedly leaked,” his attorneys said in a statement.

He went on to state that they intend on mounting an aggressive defence for Jussie Smollett m

“Given these circumstances, we intend to conduct a thorough investigation and to mount an aggressive defense.”

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has raised the alarm over the circulation of fake Dollar notes ahead of Saturday’s Presidential and National Assembly elections.

In a statement personally signed by the Acting Chairman of the Commission, Ibrahim Magu, the agency stated that the warning follows intelligence gathered in the build up to the elections.

The Vice President of Nigeria, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo has donated the sum of N1 million naira to Veteran Actor, Babatunde Omidina, popularly known as Baba Suwe.

Osinbajo made the donation through the Office of the Youth Organising Secretary, APC Lagos, Aregbe Idris who was also in the company of popular Nollywood actress, Remi Surutu and other musical acts.

The donation was made as a kind gesture supporting the treatment of the comic actor who is reportedly battling with diabetes amongst other ailments. When asked how they are related, she replied: “We’re first cousins. Our moms are sisters.”

The lady added that she and her cousin are sexually active. When followers expressed concern that their kids will be inbred and will likely have genetic maladies, she said she doesn’t care because she is on birth control.

What’s shocking in all of these is that a number of Twitter users declared support for their love and confessed they are also having s*xual relationships with their cousins.

Nigeria’s first super model Yemi Fawaz dies at 64

The woman who pioneered professional modeling in Nigeria and became Nigeria’s first super model, Yemi Fawaz, has died.

Yemi Fawaz died yesterday February 20th at New York Lenox Hill Hospital. She was 64 years old. Ms Fawaz had been battling colon cancer for a while. She also had a hole in her heart and her kidney had began to fail her.

Yemi Fawaz started her modeling career and became a super model in the late 70s. She also established a modeling school and did a lot for the fashion industry in Nigeria.

She packed up her bags and left Nigeria in 1997 and didn’t return until 2016. She is survived by her 33 year old daughter. May her soul rest in peace.

An 18-year-old boy has been arrested after attempting to steal a vehicle in broad daylight at the Verulam market in South Africa.

South Africa’s reaction unit received the callout this morning (Thursday) from a passerby who noticed a man trying to apprehend the suspect.

The Officers arrived on scene a minutes later & found the suspect in an enclosed area of a wholesaler. He was placed under arrest & handcuffed. Two (2) other suspects fled on foot prior to the Officers arriving on scene.

According to the 67 year old Parkgate resident, he had parked his 1995 model 160i silver Toyota Corolla on Wick Street – Verulam near the Market when three suspects attempted to open the left front window.

The suspects were in possession of tools to start the vehicle but fled when they were noticed. The arrested suspect removed his sandals at the scene and attempted to flee on foot.

The resident was released after the complainant declined to open a criminal case. The suspect picture is being circulated in the interest of the public.

Producers for “Empire” are deliberating on a possible suspension of star Jussie Smollett after he was charged Wednesday with a felony, Variety reported late Wednesday.

Smollett told police last month that he was attacked by two people who allegedly yelled racist and homophobic slurs at him, tied a rope around his neck and poured a chemical substance on him.

Chicago PD eventually questioned two brothers, Abel and Ola Osundairo, who were in the vicinity of the event. The two men were arrested and questioned, but later released. Local Chicago media reported that the brothers told detectives that Smollett had paid them to stage the attack

Manchester United player, Anthony Martial has tendered a public apology to his fiancée Melanie Da Cruz.

The French attacker took to social media with a picture of the both of them in a boat and captioned it:

The two Nigerian brothers accused of staging the attack on Jussie Smollett in Chicago were caught on surveillance camera buying some items Chicago police believe were used in the “attack”.

The video shows Ola and Abel Osundairo at the checkout counter with items such as ski masks, gloves, bandanas, sunglasses and red hats. In another footage, the brothers were seen leaving a store after buying items allegedly used in the attack.

The brothers bought the items the day before the “attack” on Jussie.

Following their arrest, the brothers said Jussie Smollet was the one who hired them to stage the attack.

The brothers were at court Tuesday, ready to testify for the grand jury, but were called off at the last minute because Jussie’s attorneys are going to speak to police.

Chicago Police say Jussie is now “officially classified as a suspect in a criminal investigation” and detectives began presenting evidence on Wednesday afternoon to the grand jury.

The “Empire” actor has been charged with felony disorderly conduct for filing a false report after allegedly staging the attack against himself in Chicago.

Liverpool Winger, Sadio Mane’s house robbed

Liverpool’s Senegal International, Sadio Mane had his house robbed while he was playing for Liverpool in a Champions League last-16 first-leg match against Bayern Munich at Anfield on Tuesday.

Mane played the full 90 minutes during the goalless draw at Anfield.

But during the last 16 first leg tie, the Liverpool Echo reports that a number of people forced entry into his Merseyside home in Allerton.

The BBC reported that watches, mobile phones and car keys were stolen.

A forensic investigation of the home has now been carried out by police, and officers are appealing for the stolen items to be returned.

Detective Inspector Phil Mahon said: “We are appealing for anyone with information in relation to this burglary to please come forward and assist our enquiries.

“While the occupants were not present at the time of the incident, this will no doubt be a distressing experience for them and I would ask the offenders to do the right thing and return the stolen items to the owner in any way possible.

“We know the watches in particular are of significant monetary value and I would also like to appeal to anyone who might have been offered the items for sale since the burglary to contact police.

“Likewise if you saw anything suspicious in the area, or have any dashcam or CCTV footage, please get in touch.”

Man Punches His Own Lawyer In Court After Being Sentenced To 47 Years. (Video)

A man let his emotions get the better of him as he punched his own lawyer after a judge sentenced him to 47 years in prison. David Chislton had just been jailed for pistol-whipping his girlfriend and setting his apartment complex on fire at the court in Cleveland, Ohio, USA.

After the sentence had been read out, the 42-year-old hit his lawyer, Aaron Brockler, in the face with both of his handcuffed fists, Cleveland.com reports.

Both men fell on the floor and police deputies jumped on Chislton to restrain him, a witness told the site.

Chilston also bit Mr Brockler’s leg before the lawyer was dragged away from the confrontation. “It was pretty fun,” Mr Brockler, who sustained a small cut on his face, said.

Chislton was sentenced to nearly two dozen charges, including multiple counts of aggravated arson and felonious assault. He pistol-whipped his girlfriend in 2017 and threatened to kill her after she accused him of sexually abusing her 15-year-old daughter.

He then set fire to the building during an hours-long standoff with police.

Chislton was sentenced to 47 years in prison and is likely to have additional charges filed against him.

Yakubu Mahmood , Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC),has announced that the commission is ready for this Saturday, February 23rd and March 9th elections.

He made this known at a press conference in Abuja today February 20th, Mahmood said that the deployment of voting materials to the 774 Local Government Areas of the country will be completed on Thursday February 21st. Mahmood also added that the commission has completed the configuration of the Smart Card Readers (SCRs) which will be used for the accreditation of voters during the elections.

However, Yakubu denied claims that election materials are missing in some states. He said all the materials that have been transported to some state are in well secured places.

Recall that the elections were postponed last Saturday February 16th due to logistics.
