The police on Tuesday confirmed the death of the third student in the Federal University of Technology, Owerri, FUTO Foursome sex.
The state Commissioner of Police, Rabiu Ladodo, who confirmed the death of the third student, Aka Uche, 27, in the FUTO foursome sex, disclosed that substances suspected to be Tramadol and Indian hemp were found in the hostel where two out of the four students died on Tuesday. The police commissioner who urged parents to discourage their children from taking to drugs, told Punch’s correspondent;
“Yes, I can confirm to you that the third student is dead. I just got the information today (Thursday) that he has died. He died in the hospital where he was admitted. His death has risen to three the number of persons who died from the incident. The girl among them is alive and I learnt that her condition is stable.”
The state Police Public Relations Officer in the state, Orlando Ikeokwu also said, “On April 2, information was received from the caretaker of the Sunshine Lodge in Ihiagwa, Owerri, that the students of the Federal University of Technology, Owerri, Ugochukwu Kingsley, one Richard and one Aka Uche were engaged in a sex romp with one Onyinyechi Okafor, also a student of the same university.
“Police detectives from the Nekede Division promptly mobilised to the scene and found the four victims completely naked and unconscious. The police operatives recovered substances suspected to be Indian hemp and tramadol from the scene.
“The victims were immediately conveyed to the police clinic and two of the victims, Kingsley and Richard, were certified dead by the medical doctor on duty.”

A Nigerian man, who is a Sailor has revealed how he and his crew members saved a Nigerian husband from the ‘hands of his wicked wife’.
The sailor identified as Romeo Nwabueze and his crew found a charm/juju which was allegedly done by a lady on her man and his mother and thrown into the sea.
The lady, identified as Temitope, put a picture of herself and her man, Ramon Abiodun, inside a small wooden casket and did a similar thing for his mother named Baisat. This was purportedly done for them to love her endlessly.
She then added a written incantation to the two caskets before throwing it into the ocean. The incantation reads thus:
“May Abiodun never question whatever Temitope says. May he always give Temitope all the money he makes in his entire life.

More drama between Nollywood Actress, Tonto Dikeh and her ex-husband Olakunle Churchill.
Again, Tonto Dikeh may face the law squarely over an alleged forgery of car documents and also ‘illegal sale’ of a Prado SUV belonging to the company of Churchill.
Ace Solicitors, Lawyers to Churchill on the 4th of April 2019 submitted a letter petitioning the Office of the Inspector General of Police, saying that Tonto Dikeh allegedly forged ‘ownership documents’ of the said vehicle and sold it.
Apparently, the said vehicle was acquired by Churchill through his company, Big Church Group at the cost of 22 million naira.
The vehicle was however, converted to home use, when the actress welcomed their child, Andre.
After the Divorce, he left the white Prado SUV toyota SUV, which she thereafter allegedly forged ownership documents of the car and eventually sold it.
According to Olakunle’s counsel, ‘we make this submission to the police, not because he’s interested in having the vehicle back, but just to keep the police informed, so as not be dragged into any issue over whatever the vehicle may be used for, since he wasn’t aware of the transaction or even the person that acquired the vehicle’.

The Lagos State Police Command, yesterday, said it has dismissed Inspector Ogunyemi Olalekan from the Nigeria Police Force after he was found guilty during an orderly room trial of involvement in the killing of Kolade Johnson.
The State Police Command in a statement issued by the police public relations officer, Bala Elkana, a Deputy Superintendent of Police, said apart from Olalekan’s dismissal he has also been handed over to the Criminal Investigation Department, Panti, for prosecution in a conventional court.
According to Elkana, Olalekan and Orji were tried on three counts bordering on discreditable conduct, unlawful and unnecessary exercise of authority and damage to clothing or other articles contrary to Police Act and Regulations.
The police spokesman explained that the Adjudicating Officer, CSP Indyar Apev, awarded the punishment of dismissal from service and prosecution to Olalekan, who was found guilty, pointing out that there was no evidence linking Orji to the shooting and he was found not guilty.
“The two Police officers alleged to have been involved in the shooting of Kolade Johnson on Sunday, March 31, 2019, were apprehended and subjected to an Orderly Room Trial by the Command.
“The Orderly Room trial commenced on Monday, April 1, 2019 and ended on Thursday, April 04, 2019. They were tried on three count charges: (1) Discreditable Conduct (2) Unlawful and Unnecessary Exercise of Authority and (3) Damage to Clothing or Other Articles contrary to Paragraph E (iii), Q (ii) and D (i) First Schedule, Police Act and Regulations, Cap 370 LFN 1990.
“The trial started with the reading of charges and taking of plea. Five witnesses testified.
“At the conclusion of the trial, the first defaulter, Inspector Ogunyemi Olalekan, was found guilty of discreditable conduct by acting in a manner prejudicial to discipline and unbecoming of members of the Force by shooting and killing Kolade Johnson; unlawful and unnecessary exercise of authority by using unnecessary violence, by using AK 47 rifle on the deceased in total neglect to the provisions of Force Order 237 on the use of firearms.
“The Adjudicating Officer, CSP Indyar Apev, awarded the punishment of dismissal from service and prosecution to the first defaulter.”
“There was no evidence linking the second defaulter, Sergeant Godwin Orji to the shooting, he was, therefore, found not guilty and discharged and acquitted.
“The first defaulter, Inspector Ogunyemi Olalekan is handed over to the Criminal Investigation Department, Panti for prosecution in a conventional Court.”

A nine-year-old boy in Uganda has married a six-year-old whom he has been reportedly dating for five years in a traditional wedding.
The Primary Four pupil at Buyende Light Primary School and the girl were given a ‘matrimonial hut’ to live in as a couple.
The two started dating when the boy was three years old while the girl was three months old, after they were allegedly born with ‘two teeth’.
“My son was born with two teeth and his wife was also born with two teeth. His birth came with overwhelming blessings and his name should unite both Baganda and Basoga [tribes],” said the boy’s father.
According to the girl’s mother, the girl started speaking immediately after birth.
“She started speaking immediately after birth! When I went into labour, I asked what baby it was and I was told it was a girl. However, the midwife stunned me when she said my baby had been born with two teeth and nearly dropped her,” said the mother to the girl.
The boy’s teacher described him as a disciplined boy in school.
“I think this is the Kintu our forefathers talked about (in ancestral history). This one advises me despite being his teacher,’’ said the teacher.
It is reported that it was not a normal wedding ceremony, as the ‘couple’ sat adjacent to two three-feet long snakes which elders said are meant to protect them.
The police in Uganda are investigating the incidence, which goes against the law of the land where marriage can only happen between people aged 18 and above.

A Miami social media influencer whose usual wont is to flaunt designer bags and a lavish lifestyle on the gram has been arrested by Colombian authorities for her family’s alleged massive money laundering scheme.
Colombia-born Jenny Ambuila, 26, lived a lavish lifestyle in Miami, frequently posting her designer wares, expensive car, and her luxury vacations in Europe on Facebook and Instagram.
But Jenny’s jet-set fairy tale lifestyle came to a sour end when she was arrested last Friday along with her father, Omar Ambuila and mother, Elba Chara and another customs official while on vacation in Colombia.
Prosecutors say Ambuila’s father worked as a mid-level customs officer at the Colombian seaport of Buenaventura and allegedly pocketed millions of dollars in exchange for letting untaxed goods pass into the country.
Their arrests are a part of a Colombian investigation to stop smuggling into local markets before they’re flooded with contraband goods.
Authorities hope their arrests can help untangle a larger web of corruption at the seaport.
‘This is a fundamental case in our fight against smuggling. We are going after all of this corrupt structure, and the resources behind them,’ Andres Jimenez, a Colombian prosecutor, told a local radio station.
The Office of the Public Prosecutor in Colombia said Ambuila, who was the head of the Internal Work Group of Cargo control of the Dian for the past 27 years, made a monthly salary $3,000 as a ports inspector, according to El Tiempo.
Jimenez says he received at least $600,000 in bribes since 2012 in overseas payments and could have received much more.
Those illicit funds were then allegedly sent to Ambuila’s daughter to the University of Miami, where she studied from 2013 to 2017 and earned a bachelor’s degree in finance.
‘In exchange for their illicit act, these two people (Ambuila and the other official of the Dian) and other alleged accomplices would have received millionaire dividends that were hidden through front companies or were turned over to their relatives to acquire goods and services that would exceed their economic capacity,’ prosecutors said.
‘For example, the two officials did not have salaries over 6 million pesos, however, they recorded income and purchases for much higher amounts with no clarity of their origin,’ they added.

President Buhari today departed Abuja for Amman to honour an invitation by King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein of Jordan to participate in the World Economic Forum on the Middle East and North Africa holding at the Dead Sea, Jordan.
President Buhari will deliver an address at the opening of the plenary alongside King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein and United Nations Secretary General, António Guterres, and join world economic leaders in an informal gathering at the King Hussein Bin Talal Convention Centre.

President Buhari will depart Amman Sunday for Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) to participate in the ninth edition of the Annual Investment Meeting, April 8-10, 2019.

A teacher at Afe Babalola University, Ado Ekiti, ABUAD, punished students who were late by asking them to sing or dance and the song one of the students sang had other students break out in laughter.

Half of Japan’s ‘workaholic’ citizens are reportedly unhappy that they’ve been given a ten-day holiday to mark the abdication of Emperor Akihito after 30 years on the Chrysanthemum Throne.
According to a report by Daily Mail, a series of special holidays to mark Akihito’s stepping-down – and the presumed coronation of his son Crown Prince Naruhito on May 1 – will combine with the annual ‘Golden Week’ of four public holidays into a 10-day break.
But a survey conducted by Asahi Shimbun newspaper has revealed 45 percent of citizens ‘felt unhappy’ about getting a week-and-half off, with only 35 percent saying they ‘felt happy.
Some reportedly said they would have nowhere to go for a break, while others said they were so busy that they would still have to go to work.
Working parents were also said to be unhappy about having to make alternative childcare arrangements.
‘For parents in the service sector, the 10 days of holiday is a headache. After-school care, nurseries — everything is closed,’ one tweeted.
Pizzeria worker Takeru Jo, 46, said:
‘I won’t be able to take days off. On the contrary, we’ll be super-busy.’
‘To be honest, I don’t know how to spend the time when we are suddenly given 10 days of holidays,’ finance worker Seishu Sato, 31, complained.

A young Nigerian man has emerged as the best graduating student of the University of Lagos, UNILAG, after he wrote the target down on gaining admission.
According to the young man identified as Adeyeye Oluwaseyi, he decided to work towards the achievement in UNILAG because he never got any accolades when he was in primary and secondary school.
Taking to his Instagram to celebrate his achievement, he wrote:
‘Becoming the best graduating story was not without enormous challenges, but the journey started with a very strong determination and belief to achieve this feat. This goal was written years back, and to the glory of God became a reality yesterday (3/04/2019). A young promising beautiful girl has passed away after she was stabbed by her ‘estranged boyfriend’ for allegedly ending their relationship.
The deceased has been identified as Ulumma from Imo state, and she was reportedly attacked by her ex-boyfriend last week Thursday.
The boyfriend has since been identified as Chibuzor.
She was rushed to the hospital where she was treated till she finally gave up the ghost on Monday, April 1st. Report has it that the suspected killer has been arrested and is in police custody. She died days before she was billed to write her Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) on April 11th.

A couple of calls later and Stefany would learn that her boyfriend, 36-year-old Johnson of Ogun State descent, had been shot dead by a police officer as he ventured out to catch a Live English Premiership football game, in the Mangoro, Onipetesi suburb of Lagos, Nigeria’s commercial capital.
“So, I called the mum and I spoke to his friends that were right there and they confirmed it that he is dead and they are trying to take him into the morgue”, Stefany says, her words threatening to drown in more tears.
“Nobody could tell me the full story then. They just said it is SARS. I was even thinking, I don’t get. Why would SARS look for Kolade. He doesn’t…when he sees police like this, he would rather make a U-Turn or something. He doesn’t like to get into their trouble…” she adds.
Police brutality once more
SARS is an acronym for the police Special Anti-Robbery Squad.
For years, SARS has become synonymous with extra-judicial killings, human rights abuses, extortion and excessive use of force when dealing with members of the public.
However, the world would later learn that the police unit culpable for the disturbance and shootings in Mangoro on the day, was the lesser known but no less deadly Special Anti-Cultism Squad (SACS).
Stefany says, “So, I came on the internet and I saw the story trending and I was very surprised”. She adds that the bereaved family is inconsolable at the moment.
“No one in the family is finding it easy. No one wants to believe it is true. Especially his mum. His mum hasn’t eaten. As of yesterday, when they broke the news to her in the morning, the only thing she had till I left her in the morning was tea. And even when they induced her to sleep, she refused to. She’s elderly, she’s sickly, because she has high BP. They induced her with sleeping injections but it didn’t even have an effect on her”, Stefany shares further.
Kaylo and who he was
‘Kaylo’ is what Stefany called Kolade Johnson and how she still refers to him. She would never come to terms with the fact that her Kaylo is no more, she says.
“He was my fiancé. We didn’t have a child together but he has a child. We had many plans (including getting married). Many plans.
“Kaylo was a very easy going person. Very friendly. Very, very friendly. Anybody that has met him and spent time with him would tell you that he didn’t like trouble, he didn’t like stress. He was very helpful, very homely. He was just a good person. He was a peace maker who didn’t like to oppress anyone. He didn’t like anyone being oppressed. That’s who Kolade was”.
Kaylo and Stefany were self-employed—eking out a living in Lagos’ arduous and unforgiving streets. They were essentially ‘legitimate, honest hustlers’.
Stefany says: “I am into fashion and entertainment, I do tailoring. I sell accessories and make-up. Kolade didn’t have a stable job per se. He was self-employed as well. He was doing music by the side, he had this Agric business he was trying to run, farm feeds and stuff like that. That’s what he was doing to keep up for the moment…”
And then March 31 happened.
Since Kaylo’s death, Stefany has been clutching a pair of black and red slippers. It was what her fiance wore on the day the stray bullet hit him, cutting short his life and plans with her, in an instant. It’s what she says she’ll always keep with her as a way of helping her deal with the loss of her Kaylo.
“This is all Kolade left me”, she says amid tears. “This is all Kaylo left for me…
The police command has arrested the officers alleged to have taken Kaylo’s life.
Five Star Music Star, Kcee has said that the music industry is full of fake people and that there are certain people who have monopolized the gains of the music business, making it hard for others to enjoy its dividends.
While speaking with Saturday Beats, Kcee said he watched Waje’s emotional video which saw the vocal powerhouse saying she may retire from the music business as it has not been profitable.
Reacting to the video, Kcee said;
I saw Waje’s video and I was touched. I was supposed to say something about it but I was busy with my album project. However, I spoke to a few people about it. The truth is that the industry is a fake one; I am not just talking about the Nigerian music industry, but globally. Everybody is struggling. I have been in this business for 19 years and at every point in time, you have A-list artistes and they are about ten.
“These set of people are the ones making all the money. There are hundreds of artistes behind them struggling to get to make it to the top ten list. These other artistes keep spending the same amount of money (the A-list artistes spend) to just get there and they also have to live like a celebrity. This costs a lot of money. If you do not have the drive and focus to keep the fire burning, it is going to weigh you down”
On his contribution to the music industry, he said Nigerians need to start regarding him as a living legend.
“Of course I am a living legend if you do not call me that, I would call myself that. I know how the journey has been; it has not been easy. It has been so tough, it has always been up and down but I have been able to move from one generation to another and I have also contributed my quota as an artiste in the industry, so I stand as a legend right now. For me to be in the business for close to two decades is not a joke,” the singer said.

Johnson was was killed on Sunday, March 31, 2019 when officers of the unit, led by Olalekan, were attempting to arrest another man because of his dreadlocks in the Mangoro area of the state.
When he was paraded alongside Sergeant Godwin Orji as the main suspects in Johnson’s shooting on Tuesday, April 2, Olalekan said he didn’t intend to shoot the deceased father of one.
According to him, he only shot once in the air after his team was mobbed while trying to arrest a suspected cultist.
He said, “We heard a distress call that we should move to Mangoro. So, on getting there, we saw a group of guys smoking Indian hemp. We thought they’re cultists and effected an arrest there.
“Suddenly, they mobbed us, me and my boys. So, in terms of escaping them, I fired up.
“I didn’t know how it got to meet the guy in question that was shot dead, I don’t know. I only fired one up.”
Eyewitnesses contradict Olalekan’s story
Contrary to Olalekan’s version of events, an eyewitness, identified as Mr Nana, who was with Johnson when he was shot, said Olalekan trained his gun on them.
“Kolade stood right beside me, he didn’t talk. I was the one that spoke. Next thing I saw was he pointed a gun at us and shot twice,” he said.
Nana said he and Kolade left the relaxation spot where they were watching an English Premier League game on Sunday after hearing pleas for help outside.
They discovered that the officers were trying to arrest Ismail Folorunsho, a young man who appeared to have been targeted for arrest because of his dreadlocks, a common practice by the anti-cultism unit.
Folorunsho told Channels Television that he was trying to board a bus when an officer came out of nowhere to arrest him.
He said attempts to question the officers about why he was being arrested and where he was being taken to led to him being assaulted.
The struggle that ensued was what drew Nana and Johnson to where the fatal shooting eventually happened.
