A Nigerian lady, Victoria Adewole, is seeking for help to retrieve her three kids that were allegedly taken away from her in September 2008.

In a video she posted on social media, Ms. Adewole who was in tears, said she lives in Sweden and that the Swedish government forecfully took away her kids on grounds that she is not mentally stable.

In the Video, Adewole said she has gone through medical examinations and that doctors have certified her mentally stable but the Swedish government have refused to hand her back her children.

The Gender Section of the Lagos State Police Command is currently investigating a case of rape reported against one Razaq Oluwaseun Oke(28) right, and Don-Chima George(left) 25, of Dallankester Hotels, Lekki, Phase one Lagos.

The duo allegedly took a girl, 23, to a club on Saturday, February 2nd, 2019, unknown to her that they had ulterior motive. While at the club, they mixed the young woman’s drink with a substance that made her weak and almost unconscious.

Satisfied that the drug was beginning to affect the victim, they quietly left the club with her to Dallankester Hotels in Lekki Phase one, owned by the father of one of the suspects named Don-Chima George.

At the hotel, they allegedly took turns to rape her. As if that wasn’t enough, they filmed the abuse.

When the victim woke up from the induced sleep, she confronted the suspects who denied having carnal knowledge of her. Not satisfied, she placed a call to her elder brother complaining that she had been violated.

The brother immediately invited policemen from Maroko Division led by the Divisional Police Officer, CSP Isah Abdulmajid to the scene.

On searching the suspects, the DPO recovered their phones and went through their video recordings where he saw a video of the suspects sexually abusing the apparently unconscious victim.

The state Commissioner of Police, CP Edgal Imohimi has directed the Gender Section of the Command to investigate and diligently prosecute the suspects to serve as deterrent to others.

A Nigerian man was allegedly shot dead by armed robbers after his wife flaunted wads of cash on her social media page.

His brother who shared the news revealed that the deceased’s negligent wife had flaunted wads of cash on her Facebook page and it was moments after that that they were attacked in their residence.

He wrote,

“I receive this shocking news yesterday.

My brother was sh*t d*ad by an unknown armed r*bbers at his resident.This is as a result of his wife’s negligence.

His wife posted on her Facebook account these bundles of money he was paid by his company.

Nigerians online have been enraged by a video made by a white man who disrespected a Nigerian woman based in Canada.

The man whose identity is yet to be known, shared the video on social media – in the video, he disrespectfully interrogates a Nigerian elderly woman who was begging for money on the streets of Canada.

The Nigerian woman says she needed to raise funds to pay for the medical needs of her 14 year old son who is sick.

The white man who is an American, called her a ”Black b*tch” with no self respect and dignity before bombarding her with very disrespectful questions.

The craze of plastic surgery in Nigeria is gradually rising and could soon become commonplace in the country, especially in Lagos.

While there are skilled doctors who are trained for the high-risk cosmetic surgeries, quack doctors have also infiltrated the practice, leaving casualties in their wake.

A Lagos-based cosmetic surgeon identified as Dr. Anu is currently on the run after she reportedly carried out a cosmetic surgery on a client, resulting in her death.

Anu who is the owner of @med_contour on Instagram, (personal Instagram handle @sisi_any) was approached by Nne for a BLL, liposuction and fat transfer on December 31, 2018, and got complications from it.

It was reported that Anu who usually hires or imports foreign doctors to help her out with the surgeries, decided to personally do the procedure on the victim as she wanted to try her hands at what she had been seeing the doctors do.

Unfortunately, things became complicated leading to the victim’s death.

According to unconfirmed sources, Nne’s sister waited a long time for Anu to finish the procedure on her sister but decided to go into the theater and find out what the delay was. This was when she saw the almost lifeless body of her sister on the operating table with Anu by the side not knowing what more to do. Apparently the victim has fallen into a coma due to the complications from the surgery.

She was allegedly rushed to Vedic Hospital in Lekki and was put on life support. She was later moved to LUTH where she died on February 3, 2019. The medical reports say that fat had entered her lungs, leading to her death.

Several reports revealed that Anu who is an American citizen is not a certified surgeon but got clients due to her popularity in Lagos.

It’s also gatehred that she called up other clients stating she was refunding their monies to them. She, however, is no where to be found. Insiders reveal that this is not her first mishap. According to them, she has done failed surgeries for two Lagos big girls which had to be corrected at another hospital. Anu has since gone private on both her business and personal accounts and details about her whereabouts are yet to be confirmed.

A Nigerian entrepreneur, Omotola known as ‘Jesusbaby’ on Twitter took to the microblogging platform to advise women to stop having sex with lowlife poor boys.

Omotola stated that the lowlife poor boys will drag them down since they have nothing to lose and just as expected, the Tweet gained a lot of reaction, with many people calling her out.

She tweeted,

A twitter lady has taken to the micro blogging site to search for a husband for her 45-year-old mum who is a widow.

Sharing photos of her beautiful mum, the Twitter user wrote that her mum is gainfully employed and a christian and she is on a mission to find for her a suitor who must also be gainfully employed and must be 45 years or above.Well her tweet has since gone viral and it has been shared thousands of time. Hopefully she will find a lucky man for her mum.

A 3 months pregnant woman, Susan Atieno, 24, is nursing serious stab wounds at Coast Provincial General Hospital (CPGH) in Mombasa following a botched murder by her husband.

28-year-old Daniel Okello, took his own life after trying to kill his wife in a bizarre incident that stunned their neighbours at Sisi kwa Sisi in Changamwe.

She was stabbed four times in the chest, and other parts of her body, during the attack at about 1am on Tuesday.

When NTV Kenya met Ms Atieno at the hospital for an interview, she could not speak but doctors said tests confirmed the baby was still alive.

She appeared shocked, likely because the man was the father of the child and because the foetus survived the vicious attack.

Neighbours said that a few minutes after they responded to Ms Atieno’s cries for help, her husband’s body was found hanging from a tree metres from their house.

Police reports stated the man fled from the house as his wife screamed for help then committed suicide.

Neighbours said the two were in a good mood for the better part of Monday so they were shocked when they learned of the incident.

Ms Shamsa Rajab further noted that the couple had hosted guests that evening and that their room was “full of activities”. She said everything seemed alright before Mr Okello went inside their house to sleep.

“At around 11pm we were with the wife at the veranda conversing about our children’s welfare in school. She did not complain about anything to do with her marriage. We did not see any signs of misunderstandings between them,” the woman said.

Mr Okello’s sister, Jane Otieno, said she went to his one-room house after a neighbour called and found a pool of blood.

Ms Otieno said her brother, who had been working as a metalsmith, had attended the burial of their father in Nyanza.

“While at home, he did not show any signs that his marriage was not faring well. We still don’t know what could have caused him to kill his wife and commit suicide” she said.

Changamwe divisional police commander Peter Omanwa said investigations were launched.

“We understand that this is purely a domestic violence matter. The only person who will tell us the motive is the wife. We are waiting for her to be in a stable condition so that we can get to the bottom of this,” he said.
