It was a dramatic sight to behold as students of Olabisi Onabanjo University engaged each other in a fight over a man.
A female student of Olabisi Onabanjo University, OOU got a severe beating after being accused of sleeping with another student’s boyfriend.
The dramatic incident happened this morning at Limelite hall in Ogun state.
One of the OOU students involved in the fight identified as Bolu, was accused by one Blessing, Bolu of sleeping with her boyfriend, Saheed, on multiple occasions, under the guise of marketing some products to him.
The door of Bolu’s hostel room was reportedly broken down, as Blessing led her team in as early as 6:30a.m. It was gathered that Bolu admitted to sleeping with Saheed only once, however Blessing insisted that they did it many times even on her (Blessing’s)
Relationship expert, Joro Olumofin has said that it is very wrong for a married man/men not to take their wives to the club.
In a video posted on his private Instagram page, he said;

A prostitute has narrated her horrifying experience which happened during an encounter with a client. The male customer died on top of her during sexual intercourse.
People said the hotel in Roodepoort, South Africa where the incident happened was well known as a sex stadium and that the man was the third one to die there while having sex.
“We don’t know what these magoshas (prostitutes) are doing to them. Maybe it’s excitement that kills them,” a hawker who trades nearby told Daily Sun.
The sex worker involved, who later spoke to the SunTeam about the ordeal, said the man was on top of her when he started struggling to breath.
“I called out his name and started to speak to him but he stopped responding,” she said.
Seeing that the man was not moving, she shifted him to the side of the bed.
Terrified by what had just happened, she called the manager of the hotel to see the man lying motionless on the bed, and paramedics and the cops were called.
“I was shocked. This is the first time I’ve came across something like this. “It is scary for a person to die on top of you, more so if you don’t know him,” she said.
Another sex worker said: “You need to be cleansed because it’s bad luck for this to happen.”
The man, who is believed to be from Tshepisong near Kagiso, was certified dead at the scene.
Sex workers milled around at the front gate of the hotel where they waited for their customers.
The manager of the hotel confirmed the incident.
Roodepoort cop shop’s spokeswoman, Sergeant Juliet Mogale, said an inquest docket was opened.
Officials of the Civilian Joint Task Force (CJTF) have apprehended a suspected female suicide bomber in Borno state.
It was gathered that the young girl who covered herself in a hijab was nabbed while patrolling along Semari-Usmanti behind the University of Maiduguri (UNIMAID) in the state capital.
The suspect was then handed over to the Nigerian army.

The wife of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential aspirant Hajiya Titi Abubakar has said that her husband is not a thief and would never steal if elected. Mrs Abubakar made the remark when Atiku Women Prayer Group visited in her residence in Abuja.
She said Atiku is rich and contented and was never in the race to steal money.
“He only joined the presidential race to give back to the society that had given him so much.
Hajiya Titi said ;
“Atiku Abubakar lost his father at a very tender age and was raised by his mother with lots of challenges as she had to sell her wrappers to see him through school and raise him to be what he is today.
“Because of the challenges he passes through in life as a youth and the challenges encounter by his mother when raising him he developed soft spot and likeness for women and youths.
“That is why he has promised forty percent of his cabinet position for women and youth if he emerges as Nigeria’s president in 2019.”

The Police in Abuja, has arrested some “one chance” robbery suspects who specialised in robbing their victims of valuables and using dangerous weapons to inflict injuries on their victims.
Onyebuchi Ifeanyikwu, 40, Anthony Sunday, 35, were arrested on the 10th of November, 2018, at their hideouts in Tungan Maje.
The suspects had robbed and inflicted serious injuries on a lady who boarded their car as a passenger en-route Nyanya from Arab road Kubwa on 9th November, 2018 at about 5:30a.m.
Few minutes into the journey, the suspects diverted their victim to Zuba axis where she was robbed of her cash, phone, two ATM cards and other valuables before she was abandoned.
The following were recovered from the suspects as exhibits: knives, nails, some female underwear, one phone, some jewelries, one bag containing women clothes (belonging to one of their victims) and a Honda Accord car.
Legendary comic book writer and editor Stan Lee has passed away at the age of 95, at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California.
Family attorney has confirmed that the architect of the contemporary comic book has died. Born Stanley Martin Lieber in 1922, he was best known as the writer, editor and publisher of Marvel Comics, and the creator of Spider-Man, X-Men, and Black Panther, among many others.
Lee worked with Jack Kirby and Steve Ditko to create comic book superheroes with relatable human foibles, such as the Hulk, Doctor Strange, Daredevil and the Fantastic Four. In collaboration with writer Larry Lieber, he created the characters of Iron Man and Thor.
“I was bored with stories of perfect heroes who had no faults,” Lee once told the Sydney Morning Herald. “They didn’t seem interesting to me. It seemed to me if I could take someone like Spider-Man – he’s worried about money, he’s not that successful with girls, he’s worried about his aunt and her health. It’s the kind of hero that any reader can identify with, because he has the same problems they have. I know I would rather read that sort of story.”
In 1971, Lee ran an anti-drug storyline in ‘The Amazing Spider-Man,’ in which Peter Parker’s friend Harry Osborn became addicted to painkillers. The popularity of the issue eventually led the CCA to relax its guidelines.
He was also known for making cameo appearances in film adaptations of Marvel comics. While even some of those ended up being hit-or-miss, the Walt Disney Company bought out Marvel Entertainment in 2009 for $4 billion and made the Marvel cinematic universe, led by The Avengers films, into a series of box office blockbusters.
As well as making cameos in movies based on his own characters, Lee appeared in low-budget productions too. The comics titan made an appearance in Kevin Smith’s 1995 comedy ‘Mallrats’ to give comic-inspired life lessons to a heartbroken slacker. Lee would later describe the role as his favorite cameo.
Lee’s wife Joan, a British-born hat model who later got into voice acting, passed away in July 2017, due to complications from a stroke. She was 95, and they had been married for 69 years.They are survived by their daughter Joan Celia “JC” Lee, born in 1950.

A resident of Abuja, Musa Wakatu has climbed a telecommunication mast in protest against Atiku Abubakar over an alleged land encroachment by his American University of Nigeria (AUN).
The elderly man climbed the mast at Nicon Junction in Maitama area of the federal capital territory (FCT) on Monday morning.
The university is owned by Atiku Abubakar, presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Wakatu, who threw leaflets from the mast to the crowd who had thronged the area, alleged that Abubakar, through his university, had encroached and fenced his landed property at Bajabure in Girei local government area in Yola, Adamawa state, and built structures inside.
He said he had protested on the same matter on March 14, 2012 when he climbed a mast at federal high court in Abuja but nothing was done.
“I wrote a complaint letter to the former IG Mr. Hafiz Ringim and delivered to force headquarters on 5th December 2011 with visitor tag No.054 without any positive result,” the leaflet read.
He said he was lured to collect money as compensation from AUN which he rejected but was later locked up in the cell.
Wakatu said a policeman identified as Ibrahim Iro detained him in Yola.
He said he sold a house he inherited from his father to pursue the case in the court without any result.
He added that he was ready to pursue the case to the world court in order to get justice.
The leaflet also contained his bank account name and number seeking financial assistance from Nigerians to enable him get lawyer for the case.
A detachment of policemen, who arrived the scene, appealed to Wakatu via phone to descend from the mast but he vowed not to.
The contractor handling the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway project, Julius Berger has said that the project will be completed by 2021.
The Operations Manager, Julius Berger, Thamm Olaf, told the Senate Committee on Works, led by its Chairman, Kabiru Gaya, on Sunday, that the project, which was to be completed in 2017, was stalled due to paucity of funds and the recent expansion, Punch Metro reports.
Gaya and other members of the committee, who were on an oversight visit to road projects in Lagos, however, stated that they were not happy about the slow pace of the work, despite the efforts and funds that had been put into it.
He said the Federal Government had spent a lot of money on the road and others across the country and had moved cost of road infrastructure from N500bn to 600bn in the 2019 budget to accommodate more road construction.
“The project is good as it will take care of traffic but we are not happy with the speed and so we expect the contractor to increase the pace of work, even though there were amendments on the road,” he said.
Gaya also told journalists that the contractor of the Tin Can Island Truck Park, Borini Prono, had said that the project, expected to ease traffic congestion around Apapa Wharf, would be completed in December.
He said the project had reached 97 per cent completion while construction of the shoreline, recently added to protect the park, had commenced.
He said:
“When we visited this site in 2015, the construction was less than 70 per cent; now it is 97 per cent because money has been paid and we insist that it must be finished by December.
“We have also said that the facilities are not good enough for a trailer park; there should be more toilets, restaurant and even a small clinic.”
The committee also inspected the Apapa Wharf Road, a two-kilometre concrete road being constructed by AG Dangote and expected to be completed before the end of the year; the Leventis Bridge, which is expected to be completed by Julius Berger by the first quarter of 2019; and the Third Mainland Bridge, which would be partially closed in 2019 for rehabilitation.
Other roads inspected during the tour were the Ikorodu-Sagamu Road being handled by Arab Contractors with a completion date of 2021, and the 1.5km NNPC Mosimi Access Road, which had been stalled by a debt of N1bn.
Although the Lagos-Badagry Road project was not inspected, the Federal Controller of Works, Adedamola Kuti, however, stated that the Federal Executive Council had re-awarded the contract and work would commence soon.

One of Nigeria’s most successful women internationals and former Super Falcons midfielder, Ajuma Ameh-Otache, has died at the age of 33.
According to reports, Ajuma died on Saturday, November 10th. She had been battling a rare muscular disease.
Ameh-Otache, who played for Nigeria at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens, also won the African Women’s Cup of Nations that same year.
Ameh-Otache also played for the Super Falcons at the 2003 All Africa Games in Abuja.
The former Pelican Stars player was in charge of Goodland Rangers Football Club of Lagos and made headlines as a successful female coach in charge of a male side.
She is survived by her husband Peter Otache and three children.
