The Imo state police command arrested two Nigerian men, identified as Onumajuru Victor, 20, and Chibike Chikere, 25, for abducting a 19-year-old girl named, Debora Ginikachukwu and raping her.
According to the police, a gang of five armed men kidnapped the victim and took her to their hide-out on August 29, 2018.
However, operatives of the Imo State police command, acting on a credible intelligence, rescued Debora unhurt and subsequently arrested the above named suspects in possession of her handset.

A cannabis baron who got apprehended by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, Kogi State’s chapter, has said he had to join the hard drug business to keep both body and soul together due to hardship.

About two days ago, a Covenant University student who was allegedly framed up and expelled after spending 5 years in the school, took the institution to court and won the case against them.

An Uber driver was last week Wednesday, September the 5th, robbed at gunpoint by some criminals in Lagos – according to the police, the driver got a ride request from the said men via the Uber app.
The police source which spoke to LIB, revealed that when the victim arrived at the pickup location, the criminals boarded his vehicle, flashed their guns at him and took him to an ATM in Moloney street in Lagos Island where they feigned they wanted to steal from him.
They however did not take any money from his account, and instead forced him into the boot of his Toyota Corolla 2006 car with registration number GGE 740 ER.
The criminals then drove him to the Third mainland bridge where they dropped him off. The CCTV footage obtained from a bank, shows the period the criminals took the driver to the ATM.

While speaking in a new interview with NewsmakerNG, Victor M Bills, who later deleted this post due to the appeals of his friends, opened up on why he thought the passing away of his dad was good news, and the reason about his obvious happiness at his father’s death.
He disclosed that he was in no way sorry about the statements he wrote on Facebook, as his father’s demise was an answered prayer. According to him, his dad had denied him the essential fatherly love he needed ever since his mother got separated from him about 26 years ago due to an unknown reason.
These were his exact words: “I can’t paint him white when I’m dying inside me. He always laughed and told me I would suffer and die before him. But the reverse is now the case… He wasn’t God.
“He deprived me of fatherly love… And still didn’t wish me well. So his death was a great relief to the family… I’m not regretting anything. My friends asked me to delete the post. But I don’t regret posting it.
“Now I wonder the kind of tribute the children will write for him and what people will know him for other than evil. I just pity him, because even at gunpoint I’ll never agree that he had an atom of love for me.
“He cursed me every time he saw me. We never had a loving time as father and son. I’m not fabricating stories. I’m telling you the truth. Don’t know why he hated me so much.
“Before now, anytime I met new friends I told them my dad was late so that they wouldn’t bring up topics about him. I always talked about my mum. So, when they saw my post about him, they were surprised I had a dad all the while. Even friends from secondary school.
“He didn’t attend his children’s wedding or even wished them well. Rather, he rained curses on them, just to frustrate them. Does such a man deserve to be given a befitting burial? He was heartless and never believed he would die soon.”
However, Victor who hails from Amaraku, Isiala Mbano in Imo State could not but celebrate his mother who took up the responsibility of taking care of him and his three siblings.
He said: “I believe in the strength of thorough womanhood from my mum. I thought about how life would have been if my mother wasn’t hardworking and industrious. What if my mum had hooked up with another man after their separation. What would I have done?”
As for whether he planned to grace the occasion of his father’s burial, the Abuja corps member said he would not only be more than happy to miss the funeral, he would also ensure his siblings and mother do not spare the time to do same.
Towards the end of the chat, Victor said that, with the post he shared on Facebook, he hopes to awaken every parent who treated their children in ill manners due to the fact that they were hurting from the scars meted to them by their spouses.
“Just trying to encourage my peers that if they hate any lass, they shouldn’t transfer their hatred to the children. Too bad that parents do so with belief that certainly the child will forgive them later in life, even after punishing such a child emotionally.”

Yesterday, a man climbed a telecom mast to protest the re-election of President Buhari.

It’s not like I wasn’t getting pregnant, I was, but I kept loosing the pregnancies. I stopped counting when I had lost over 19 babies (19 miscarriages), because after all, it was not an achievement, I told myself there was no point keeping records.
I took drugs and drank concotions till I was almost shapeless, people kept telling me “Sandra ure getting fat oh, u better watch it”, without knowing what I was going thru, how would I have told them that it was the hormonal drugs that was making me fat.
A lot of things were said, a lot of gossip went out, I heard them all but still smiled with the people that said them, after all, they were “friends”, and some family.
One said she went with me to whr I did the abortion that cost me my womb, another said I have plans of leaving my husband that’s why I didn’t want to get pregnant for him, another said I should keep buying cars, instead of building my home and filling it up with children, another said God has not given me my own kids bcos I don’t appreciate other people’s kids, another said im eating the children in my womb tru witchcraft, another said God will not bless me with my own kids bcos I have a bad character. I was called barren, a man, a wood, infertile, a witch……. the list of names and gossip is endless.
I prayed, oh believe you me, I prayed, I fasted, I cried, I went to different churches, I was in the chior, I cleaned the church on Saturdays. To a large extent I was faithful to God, yet nothing happened, and I kept asking God why he hated me so much.
But when it was time, it was time. God showed up, He proved himself strong, he showed me He didn’t hate me.
After 6 years of marriage, 6 years of waiting, 6 years of praying, 6 years of crying, 6 years of fasting, 6 years of mockery, 6 years if gossip, 6 years of pain, God decided to dry my late night tears with this beautiful miracle, MY BABY GIRL.

Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Nina is not having any of the humiliation brought to her by cross-dresser, Bobrisky, as she’s fired back at him(her) after he’d blasted her recently.
After the transvestite said she deserved to be humiliated more following a troll by social media influencer, Tunde Ednut, before going on to say that he regrets supporting her and giving her an iPhone X, Nina took to her Instastories to say she would love to return the gadget whenever he wants it back.
It should be recalled that a while after she left the Big Brother house, Nina got trolled by the same Tunde Ednut for supposedly using an Android phone – this caused Bobrisky (who was still supporting her then) to stand up for her and get her an iPhone.
Things got cold when Nina turned to Bobrisky’s archenemy, Toyin Lawani, who even bought her a car… ever since then, Nina became exasperating to Bobrisky and at every chance he got, continued to shade her.
Well, Nina won’t have any of the humiliation anymore as she’s taken to her page to tell the effeminate that she’d like to return the iPhone X.

There still seems to be bad blood between Nigerian cross-dresser, Bobrisky and former Big Brother Naija housemate, Nina, after the former reduced her to an inanimate object recently and even called her a ‘bastard’ while addressing a troll by singer, Tunde Ednut.

Plunging into the troll post, Bobrisky who is Tunde Ednut’s rival, recounted how much he suffered to be friends with Nina – according to him, though he is not cool with Tunde Ednut, but Nina deserves more shades.
