According to NYSC Bye Laws which strongly advised her members not to take part in any political campaigns whatsoever, Davido might be penalized with an extension of 3 months in his service, and may not get paid.
One of The Bye-Laws states that: “Any member who takes part in partisan politics is liable to extension of service for a period not less than three (3) months without pay.”

They Didn’t Caught Me: Photos of James Brown, the Igbo Dancer Who was Arrested for ‘Being Gay’
Many weeks back, the Lagos State Police command arrested and paraded about 57 men for alleged homosexual activities at the Kelly Ann Hotel/Event Centre in Egbada, Lagos, on a Sunday Morning.
The police said on arrival, young men numbering about 80 were met in a hall taking different types of drinks including banned substance like Tramadol, Shisha laced with substances suspected to be Marijuana. When the men sighted the police, they took to their heels but the police arrested 57 of them.
One of the arrested suspects, a 20-year-old man identified as James Brown told journalists they were attending a birthday party and that he is not a homosexual.
James Brown immediately went viral, with one of his statement “They Didn’t Caught Me”, “Did They Caught Me” going viral on Social Media.

5 students suspended for wearing hijab to school in Lagos
No fewer than five students of Isolo Senior Secondary School were sent out of school by their principal for putting on hijab to school.
After being sent out of school on Wednesday, the students converted a tricycle, popularly known as ‘Keke Napep’ to their classroom.
It was learnt that the Principal, Mrs. J O Sadare, had on Friday announced on the Assembly that students should not wear hijab to school.
After the announcement on Friday, some of the students wore the hijab to school and were given a letter to come with their parents on Tuesday.
When the students got to the school with their parents, the principal walked them out of her office after their insistence that their daughters must put on the hijab.
Narrating the incident, Amir (President) of the Muslim Students’ Society of Nigeria in Lagos State, Alhaji Saheed Ashafa, described the incident as disappointing in a press statement.
He said: “The entire drama started on Friday in the school when the Principal announced to the students that no one is allowed to wear hijab in the school. Surprisingly for her, some of the students still wore the hijab to school on Monday. She gave the students letters to invite their parents to school. In the letter, she threatened that the students will not be allowed into the school without their parents.
“When she shared the letter, majority of the students fidgeted and agreed to stop wearing the hijab. She collected the letters and let go of those ones, but about five of them refused to return the letter. When we were contacted, we asked the parents to honour the Principal’s invitation.
“They went there with our (MSSN) representatives but were embarrassed by the Principal who gave them the option of either their children’s education or religion. She eventually walked them out of her office after they insisted that their daughters must put on the hijab.
“The parents subsequently proceeded to the Education District in charge of the school and they were assured that something would be done. With the hope that her (the Principal) superiors should have spoken with her to realise that what she was doing was wrong with the sub-ssisting Appeal Court judgement, the students went to school on Wednesday (today) and were still prevented from entering the school.
“These are Senior Secondary School Two and Three students who need to study hard for their examinations. When we got to the school this morning, we saw some of the students copying notes for lessons they have missed on Monday and Tuesday while the others were teaching themselves old lessons inside a tricycle on the street. This is disastrous for us. While there colleagues were in the classrooms learning, they were on the street just for being Muslims.”
As we speak, the assistant head girl, who is one of the students who refused to put off her hijab has been removed and replaced.
Ashafa explained that the Lagos State Government has continuously disobeyed the Court of Appeal ruling granting the use of hijab in schools.
He said: “We wish to inform the general public that we have been very peaceful on this matter. Even when some of the principals harassed our members, we go there to engage them amicably. We will not allow this to stay. This Principal must be sanctioned, removed and the students must return to school immediately.
“As a law-abiding student-based organisation, we approached the Court of law on the usage of hijab by students. At the Lagos State High Court in Ikeja on October 17, 2014, Justice Modupe Onyeabo banned the use of hijab in public primary and secondary schools in Lagos State.
“But we headed to the Court of Appeal. A five-man special appellate court panel, presided by Justice A.B. Gumel, on July 21, 2016, overruled the October 17, 2014 judgment of Justice Modupe Onyeabo of the Lagos State High Court in Ikeja, which banned the use of hijab in public primary and secondary schools in Lagos State. While striking down Justice’s Onyeabo’s verdict, the Justice Gumel panel held that the ban on hijab was discriminatory against Muslim pupils in the state.
“Dissatisfied with the decision of the appellate court, the Lagos State Government approached the Supreme Court after failing to secure a Stay of Execution, but no judgment has been delivered yet. In law, where there is no other contrary judgement, the subsisting judgement remains valid.
“Thus, the ongoing harassment of our members is not only unconstitutional, an infringement, but also a contempt. Again, we repeat that this will never be allowed to stay. We will give this lawless, anti-democratic and anti-masses government what it wants and likes to witness.”

Thief nabbed and beaten mercilessly for robbing female victim then romancing her after (Photos)
A suspected thief was on Wednesday, arrested and beaten mercilessly after he made an attempt to romance his victim just after robbing her in Delta state.
It was discovered that the suspect allegedly gained access into a lady’s house with the intention to steal along Yoruba road extension in Sapele area.
After stealing the lady’s phone, the thief decided to embark on another mission, this time to feed his sexual appetite.
According to the female victim, she felt someone romancing her leg in her sleep and as she opened her eyes to see a stranger in her room, she immediately raised an alarm and shouted before neighbours gave the suspect a hot pursuit.
“I was not aware of when he was robbing me because I was deep asleep but was awoken when I realised something was rubbing on my legs. I opened my eyes, only to see a stranger in my room”
It was revealed that the suspect later identified as Julius, was beaten mercilessly by the mob to the extent that he pooed on himself.
The lady disclosed that she’s sick and took some drugs that’s why she slept off and didn’t notice when the suspect entered her house.
The stolen phone was later recovered.

Fight breaks out in church after pastor tells woman her best friend is behind her problems (Video)
Drama ensued in Alleluia Ministries International church in South Africa after the church’s pastor told a woman that her best friend who was standing beside her is the cause of her problems. One of the women is named Pamela and the other is Japa.
During the prophecy, Pastor Lukau told Japa that her business partner who usually invests so much in her business has suddenly turned his back on her.
Japa agreed that this is true and the pastor went on to say that the business partner has also demanded that she returns the plane tickets he bought for her and has also taken back the money he gave to her.
Japa also agreed that the pastor was right – the pastor then went on to tell her that the cause of her problems is someone very close to her. At this point, congregants were looking shocked.
The pastor then goes on to name the person behind her problems and it turned out to be Pamela – Pamela admitted to this and apologized repeatedly, saying she was jealous. “Pamela Why?” the pastor kept repeating.
As Pamela tried to apologize to Japa, Japa lunged at her and began fighting her in church. Church members seemed surprised and amused by this as the fight went on.
Both women were soon separated by church officials.

Thieves break into canteen to steal pots of soup in Lagos
On Tuesday morning at Adejonwo close, off Jonathan Coker road, Fagba area of Lagos State, residents were surprised after thieves burgled a canteen and carted away with their pots of soups.
According to The Guardian, Testimony Kitchen was broken into and the thieves carted away coolers of soup, meat, rice and beans.
The owner of the canteen had prepared the soup and some food overnight for early callers the following day. To her shock, she resumed on Tuesday morning and discovered her shop was burgled.
She was so downcast and disoriented – her customers, many who came to get food for their kids set for school, were also astonished.
Narrating the incident, a neighbour, Mrs. Ayodele Adebayo, said:
“I have witnessed four similar incidents in the past few weeks. People are hungry and what they have resorted to is breaking into people’s shop to steal foodstuff, soup and meat. If you catch them they will explain to you that they are hungry and have no other option.
The family who stole my co-tenant’s food was even asking whether they could still get more to eat. It is that bad. People are really hungry. Recession has only ended on the pages of newspapers.”

Above pic shows me trying to catch a glimpse of my son seconds after he was born and placed in my arms. It took me the whole of two minutes to push him out. I recorded it and I’ve watched the video over and over again in wonder. I thought I would be in the labour room for hours especially because of my age and how people say the older you get, the harder it is to give birth but my son was placed in my arms exactly 2mins 19secs after I began to push. .

I saw many comments on here of people praying I deliver like the Hebrew women and your prayers were answered. My delivery went so well. I can’t wait to go through this journey of pregnancy and child birth again. By far the most amazing experience of my life. And the guys at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta are the best. . I’ll recommend them. .

Nollywood Actor, John Okafor, popularly known as Mr. Ibu has finally reacted to the trending news of a Lady who said she had a one-night stand with the actor.
Mr. Ibu had a chat with The Punch Newspaper, and he said although he posed for the photo with the fan, but he never had any sexual relation with her.

“I initially called police to arrest the woman, but she came to my house with her family to apologise that she would not have posted the picture had she known it would cause trouble. The actor described the offensive statement as the handiwork of unknown enemies who were planning to tarnish his image.

He said:
“I know that I have enemies. They were the ones who put that write-up to tarnish my image, but they can never succeed because I have never stepped on anybody’s toes and I will never do it. I only want to upgrade people and make them happy.
“Some people are trying to pull me down. I’ve witnessed instances where hackers used my account to defraud other people and upload all sorts of nonsense about me. But I always tell people that I am not the owner of those accounts.”
On his ongoing movie project, Ibu described it as the biggest he had done till date, while disclosing that a major Hollywood actor had been billed to appear in the movie.

Angel Christopher, the quite curvaceous Nollywood actress, is not letting her guard down despite all the excessive offers she’s been getting from men who want to have a feel of her sexy body.
Speaking with Inside Nollywood, the Delta State-based role interpreter, who has starred in over 20 movies, shared the embarrassing encounters she often faces because of her natural endowments.
“Nothing is new. People normally assume so many things about me. Some men just see me, and the next thing they do is ask me to marry them, without even knowing me. Others go as far as telling me that they would love to have s*x with me. Just like that!
“Some even ask if I am human being or mammy water, while others send me different snapshots of their manhood to prove they are capable and can handle me well in bed.
“I just read and laugh and when I am not in the mood to laugh, I block them through their social media handles. Case closed! In fact, men find my body irresistible,” she gushed.
With a strong belief that the man of her dreams would eventually locate her, Christopher, who doubles as a beautician, rejected the offer of being a second wife.
“Nothing is wrong with being a second wife, but I can’t settle for less neither am I meant to eat left over. The Bible made us to understand that it’s one man, one wife. So, why should I go dragging another woman’s husband when I can get mine?
“I am a jealous lover and I hate sharing. I want a man who is God fearing, understanding, tolerating, caring, calm and playful.
“I don’t mind if he is short, ugly or poor, because when you truly love someone, his or her looks won’t mean a thing to you,” she hinted

Linda Ikeji confirms Sholaye Jeremi is the father of her son
Billionaire Blogger has kept the identity of her baby daddy hidden for a while now.. But right now, it seems as though she has finally put all doubts to rest her son is without a father.
Linda confirmed that the father of her baby who she described as a tall, dark and handsome Itsekiri man is none other than Sholaye Jeremi, a Delta state oil magnate.
The rumours are true after all, as there were speculations that Sholaye Jeremi was the man responsible for Linda’s pregnancy soon after the announcement, the rumours also say that Jeremi has refused to marry Linda despite the pregnancy
Linda has however named her son after Jeremi. According to her, her son will be called Jayce Jeremi.
“Nigeria air suspended” — Minister of Aviation, Hadi Sirika
The Minister of State for Aviation, Hadi Sirika has announced that the Federal Government has suspended its controversial national carrier project, Nigeria air.
According to Sirika, the decision to suspend the procurement of Nigeria Air, was taken at the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting.
He also took to his Twitter feed to confirm the development.
“I regret to announce that the Federal Executive Council has taken the tough decision to suspend the National Carrier Project in the interim.
“All commitments due will be honoured. We thank the public for the support as always,” he tweeted.

Police arrest two Ladies after fighting in public in Lagos.
Two ladies were arrested by the police in Lagos for conducting themselves in a disgraceful manner by engaging in a messy public brawl. The women identified as Ozioma Ezekwe, 24 and Franca Ogochukwu, 26, were said to have fought and tore their clothes as a result of bitter rivalry over an undisclosed matter.
The incident happened at Oyebede Street in Ejigbo Lagos where they engaged in the messy fight that attracted other neighbours.
The cause of the fight was not disclosed by the police and the two women also seemed not willing to disclose what led to the brawl.
However, it was learnt that they had a disagreement which led to exchange of hot words before it degenerated into a fight. They fought publicly before the police arrested them and detained them at the Ejigbo Police Division.
It was gathered that the female DPO frowned at their conduct and directed that the two women be charged to court for affray. The investigating police officer then charged them before the Ejigbo Magistrates court.
They pleaded not guilty.
The prosecutor, Inspector G. Simon, did not oppose their bail condition but asked the court for a short adjournment for hearing.
The Presiding Magistrate, Mr. L.K.J. Layeni, granted them bail in the sum of N50,000 with one surety in like sum.
They were remanded in prison custody pending when they will perfect their bail condition.
They matter was adjourned till 14th November, 2018.
According to their neighbours, the women have not really stated what the cause of the fight between them was as they were said to have remained silent over the real issue. It appeared it was what only both of them knew about and were reluctant to reveal even at the police station which angered the police.
Their neighbours believed that they might have done an odd together and were not ready to reveal as it might implicate both of them.
