Assets declaration: What Saraki’s victory at Supreme Court means to Nigeria – Dogara

Assets declaration

Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon Yakubu Dogara, has congratulated the President of the Senate Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki on his victory at the Supreme Court.

He stated that the victory has proven that institutions in Nigeria are working.

In a statement issued on Friday, Speaker Dogara said he received the news of the apex court’s verdict with joy.

He said: “The judgment of the Supreme Court today has once again reinforced our confidence and belief in the nation’s judiciary as the last hope of the common man.

“As Democrats, this has again reaffirmed the independence of the judiciary as protected by our constitution under the doctrine of separation of powers and principles of checks and balances.

“No doubt, the Supreme Court’s judgement will help in no small way in strengthening the independence of the legislature as the first organ of government under our constitutional democracy and presidential system of government.

“The almost three years trial has now been finally put to rest and has shown that no matter the allegations only the truth prevails in the end.

“He commended the doggedness and fighting spirit exhibited by senator Saraki who refused to be distracted by the long trial and remained resolute and focused on his legislative duties as president of the Senate.”

Dogara urged Saraki to see the trial as a test of his leadership, calling on him to forgive and put the prosecution behind.

Senate President, Bukola Saraki reacts to his victory at the Supreme Court

Saraki reacts

The President of the Senate, Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki has reacted to the Supreme Court ruling that upheld his earlier Appeal Court victory on Friday.

The lawmaker reiterated his confidence in the judicial process and the ability of the Judiciary to do justice to all manner of men and in all circumstances.

According to DailyPost, he signed a statement, and forwarded it to them after the judgment of the Supreme Court.

He expressed gratitude to all Nigerians who have supported him since the case commenced three years ago.

“At the end of a tortuous journey of 1018 Days counting from September 22, 2015 when the case began at the Tribunal, I am happy that I have been vindicated.
“The Supreme Court has affirmed that there is no evidence of false declaration of assets.
“The court also observed that certain agents took over the responsibility of the Code of Conduct Bureau in this trial, and one can infer that this was done towards a pre-determined end.

“This outcome has gladdened my heart and further strengthened my belief in this country and as well as my faith in Almighty Allah, who is the righter of all wrongs.

“God has vindicated me today before the judgement of man, and I am most thankful and humbled at His grace and infinite mercies.

“Through it all, I refused to be shaken, knowing, as Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. said, that the arch of the moral universe may be long, but it bends towards justice. I knew the day would come when justice would prevail and I would be exonerated.

“I have always believed in the infallibility of our Judiciary, secure in the knowledge that our courts – the last refuge of the oppressed – would never condemn the innocent. This outcome is also a vindication of my belief in the rule of law.

“As I said in my first appearance at the CCT, this is a politically motivated case.

“The case was trumped up in the first instance because of my emergence as the President of the Senate against the wishes of certain forces.

“Ordinarily, I doubt anyone would be interested in the asset declaration form I filled over 15 years ago.

“What we have seen is the opposite. Instead of working together in the interest of the nation and to seek to do better for our people, we are fighting one another and using legal instruments to mount baseless accusations against one another.

“Instead of exhibiting the need for unity and working day and night for that purpose, we are stoking the fire of division and rancour.

“I maintain that, above all else, my CCT trial has been a flagrant vilification of my person, and shows that some people are after their personal interests rather than the national interest.

“As a result of the war of attrition, various arms of government have wasted resources needlessly. It has been three wasted years across board in this country.

“Three years that would have been devoted to tackling issues affecting Nigerians, including: economic recovery, insecurity, youth unemployment and strengthening national institutions – were wasted on malicious prosecution.

“People were ready to trade off three years that would have been devoted to fostering cooperation, unity and economic progress for their selfish ends.

“It is my hope that those who are behind my persecution will see the handwriting on the wall and leave me to do the work for which I was elected, so I can continue to give my all to this great country of ours.

“As many have rightly observed, it is plain to see that the anti-corruption fight is being prosecuted with vindictiveness, to target perceived political opponents.

“I believe in the need to fight corruption, but I will never be party to the selective application of the law or the rhetoric of an insincere anti-corruption fight.

“I believe in fighting corruption and I have made my own humble contributions to the fight against corruption in this country.

“As a presidential aide, I initiated the process that led to the enactment of the Fiscal Responsibility Act.

“I was the first governor to establish the Price Intelligence Unit which later metamorphosed into the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) at the federal level.

“In the history of this country, the highest fraud, the most brazen corruption has been the Fuel Subsidy scam.

“No one wanted to talk about it or confront entrenched powers. As a Senator on the platform of the ruling party at that time, I sponsored a motion on the floor of the Senate calling for investigation that led to the unprecedented exposure of the massive corruption in the fuel subsidy regime.

“That was my only point of departure with the former President. My antecedents speak for themselves.

“I thank Nigerians for standing by me through the difficult period of this trial.

“The support of ordinary Nigerians and their faith in me, as well as their sophistication and discernment in seeing this case for what it was, has been a source of strength to me.

“I am most grateful for the support of my Distinguished Colleagues and the Honourable Members of the 8th National Assembly for their unflinching support and regular attendance at the various proceedings.

“They were unfairly criticised for accompanying me on court appearances, but it is now clear that they did so because they believed that injustice to one, is injustice to all.

“They have been the true embodiment of esprit de corps. I thank them for banding together in the face of an unconscionable attack on the institution of the legislature.

“I thank my legal team for their determined and principled stance, and for their knowledge and diligence, which saw this case to its just conclusion.

“My gratitude to all my friends, political associates, supporters and the good people of Kwara State – all of whom have been solidly behind me.

“I thank my family for enduring this trial with their usual grace and fortitude.

“My immense gratitude also goes to the international community for their interest in this case.

“The Nigerian press have kept watch and I appreciate their vigilance in ensuring that all the facts were held up to scrutiny.

“To my supporters, yes, there is a reason to rejoice, but our celebration must be tempered with the sobering lessons of the attempted injustice from Day One of this trial.

“We all have to canvas for fairness in the fight against corruption. We should see this verdict as an inspiration to champion the rule of law, promote democracy and its institutions as well as tolerance of divergent views.

“The overwhelming support of so many, and the insistence on ensuring that due process and truth prevailed, has made this verdict possible,” he stated.

Daddy Freeze slams troll who blasted him for interviewing Guru Maharaj Ji

Freeze slams troll

Controversial OAP, Daddy Freeze had an interview with Guru Maharaj Ji, a spiritual leader on one of his shows on Cool FM.

After the show, some of Daddy Freeze’s fans were of the belief that he shouldn’t have interviewed Maharaj, they even went ahead to say Freeze has been brainwashed.

Daddy Freeze took to his social media page to reply the trolls and also educated them.

“Why are people so stupid? Dingleberries like @donslime and @danilpstar, dumbed down by decades of religious lies, are refusing to see the light of the true gospel, as they continue to embrace extinct belief systems propagated mainly by charlatans.

“Sat Guraharaj Ji’s people called me, informing me that he was in lagos and wanted to discuss with me. What should I have said? No?

“Although I was a bit apprehensive initially, I do not regret having this interview with him. He was more ‘christian’ than your so called GOs.

“He spoke about love, kindness and forgiveness, something your GOs have largely neglected due to the quest they have for the money gospel.

“I repeatedly told him that I am a Christian teacher and preacher, so as not to create any confusion for his followers or our congregation.

“He was extremely polite and his comportment impeccable, his enlightenment also showcased itself naturally as he spoke calmly.

“He referenced Jesus from time to time and played down the false ‘Money for miracles and healing’ Gospel your GOs swear by.

“Some people said I was with an occultist, I laughed

“the greatest occult is when a popular GO asks you to pray to his magic wand, comb your hair backwards with an ‘anointed comb’ and the greatest form of idolatry is when you proceed to worship his chair afterwards, so please shut it!

“I learnt a lot from SAT Guru Maharaj Ji and I am exceedingly glad our church the #FreeNation in Christ had the opportunity to interact with him and exchange love and well wishes. Our belief systems might be different but mutual respect, love and tolerance should be our forte”.

Her father Started Molesting her from Age 6 – Lady shares touching story

Certified Relationship and a Marriage Coach, Vanessa Willie speaks to a young lady identified as speaks to Gift who was sexually assaulted by her biological father from when she was six years.

It started when her mother was in the police academy and even when she came back and noticed things were different, Gift didn’t open up to her. Her dad had threatened her with his gun and a knife. He had also threatened to kill her and her mum if she mentioned it to anyone.

Her mum only found out 6 years later, when Gift was 12. She got angry and left Gift’s dad, but family, friends, and their church convinced her to go back to Gift’s dad and she did. This affected Gift badly, and at some point, she took her parent’s names and photos to a herbalist and even contacted assassins to have them killed.

Her mum forgiving her dad and returning to him sent Gift into a life of fraud, robbery, and drug abuse from the age of 12. But today, Vanessa has moved on from that and is living her best life.

Read below:

Three years ago, Gift started her journey of recovery and healing with Vanessa after being abused by her biological father for many years. She was only six years old when the abuse began. First, he used his fingers. Then, it graduated to full-blown intercourse.

It became a regular thing and got so bad that for a period of time, she couldn’t attend school due to a whitish, smelly, purulent discharge from her private part and the unbearable associated pain.

This was Gift’s dilemma for years and her Mom was non-the-wiser initially. She couldn’t open up as her father had threatened to kill her and all she held dear if she dared utter a word.

Gift is a living proof that a little act of kindness and a little show of love, can turn the life of anyone around for good. She’s a single mother of two, who braved all the odds despite the abuse and dysfunctionality of her family to etch her name in the never-ending list of Survivors with Heart like an Amazon.

Bovi hilariously asks for his 5k as he wishes RMD, a happy 57th birthday

Bovi hilariously asks

Today is actor, Richard Mofe-Damijo’s birthday and he turns 57 year old.

Comedian, Bovi, took to IG to share a hilarious story of RMD as he wished him a happy birthday.

Read below:

”You can take the man out of warri; but you can’t take warri out of the man. The popular gist amongst comedians is that “RMD no Dey drop” ? “Rmd use plier hol him money” ??, “Rmd na akagum”??? Personally I get scared to participate because in all honesty, he’s always given me when I ask (on a very serious code sha).

So we are back stage at this massive event. Rmd is special guest seated in the front row. ? His entrance was heralded by a rapturous applause. The next comedian going on stage is De don and De don says “na RMD stinginess I wan talk of today???. I go finish am”?? I step in and plead with De don to tone it down but he’s having none of it. So we reach a middle ground. I tell De don that to make the joke sweet, after yabbing Rmd, he should say “to prove say Rmd stingy, bros give me five thousand naira.” ?. Rmd will then proceed to give him the money to prove De don wrong.??.

We sneak to Rmd ?? in the audience and let him in on the plan. We actually mopped up the 5k and gave it to him. All he had to do was hand it back during the act. Phew!!! I guess you know how this ends. De don gets on stage and thrills the audience on the legendary tight fist ?? of Rmd. And to sign out on a high, he goes to Rmd as planned and dares him to prove he’s not stingy by giving him 5k only (our combined 5k to make d joke sweet).

The Hall goes quiet. In slow motion, Rmd takes the microphone ? and to our collective horror, he announces ???“I gree, I stingy die. I no go drop”. ??‍????‍????‍??.And that’s how the 5k that we contributed went into thin air till this very day?‍???‍??. Bros you know they say you don’t turn down requests on your birthday. So Happy birthday bros @mofedamijo but I take God beg you, free our 5k. ?? ??????”

Supreme Court Drops CCT case against Bukola Saraki

The Supreme Court has set free the Senate President, Bukola Saraki of charges in the case of false assets declaration at the Code of Conduct Tribunal, CCT.

Saraki’s appeal was upheld by the court and therefore discharged him of the remaining three charges against him.

A five-man panel of the apex court led by Justice Dattijo Muhammad unanimously upheld Saraki’s appeal, by dismissing the remnant three counts, declaring the evidence led by the prosecution as hearsay.

The Danladi Umar-led CCT had, in June last year, terminated the trial upon an application by Saraki, by dismissing the entire 18 counts preferred against the Senate President.

According to Punch, Justice Centus Nweze upheld Saraki’s appeal and dismissed the Federal Government’s appeal.

Justice Nweze agreed with the CCT that the evidence led by the prosecution at the tribunal was entirely hearsay.

He held that the Court of Appeal was wrong to have restored three out the 18 counts earlier dismissed by the CCT when it agreed that the evidence led by the prosecution was hearsay but went ahead to isolate three of the counts as having been proved.

Justice Nweze quoted a part of the Court of Appeal’s judgment where it held that “the prosecution failed to call those who have direct knowledge of the facts sought to be proved, to testify”.

Faulting the Court of Appeal’s turn around to restore three of the counts based on the evidence it had declared as hearsay, Justice Nweze said was “equivalent to judicial equivalent of a forensic somersault”

“Celebrity marriage break-up is like plane crashes.” – Seyi Law

Seyi Law in an interview with Punch, spoke on why celebrity marriage breakups seem like a rampant thing.

According to him, it is because they are always in the limelight.

He also pointed out that people never talk about the good ones because they love to focus more on the crashed ones.

“The truth of the matter is that we get to see celebrity break-ups because they are always in the limelight. We have celebrities that have stayed together in marriages but people hardly talk about them. They like talking about the bad ones.

“Celebrity marriage break-up is like plane crashes. We hardly talk about flights that took off safely and landed safely. So, break-ups happen everywhere in all professions; but people don’t talk about them because they are not in the limelight.

“Marriage institution is sweet and tedious at the same time, we just keep hoping that we’ll keep understanding one another.”

On comedy being a lucrative business, Seyi Law said;

“A lot of people know that comedy is lucrative. If you see how far I’ve come, then you’ll know how lucrative the profession is. This is basically the business I do. I got married out of it. I am able to take good care of my family. So, I will say it’s quite good.”

Asked what his fans should be expecting from him in the last six months of the year, the ace comedian said, the Seyi Law 2018 tour that started in Canada in February and had moved to Dublin and London would continue in Port Harcourt, Abuja and other cities in Nigeria and Africa.

On a man who abused his daughter on social media last year, Seyi said, “We have sorted that out a long time ago. Thank God, we were able to come to a comprise.”

“Boko Haram will end soon” – Yemi Osinbajo

Yemi Osinbajo says Boko Haram

Yemi Osinbajo said on Thursday that the celebration of the 2018 Nigerian Army Day at Mongunu in Borno North was a proof that the “end of the Boko Haram terrorists group will come sooner than later.’’

Osinbajo, who spoke at a “Mini Trade Fair and Military Equipment Exhibition as part of activities to mark the day, also said that it was a proof that the terrorist had been “substantially degraded.

According to him, Borno and the entire region (North East) will surely bounce back, and with the support of the rest of the country, make up for the years of bloodshed and destruction.

The vice president said that the Sambisa forest, once the symbol of Boko Haram’s domination of the region, had been reclaimed, while the work of rebuilding had started in many communities across the state.

“Indeed, we are here to celebrate all of these wonderful successes, and progress.

“At a point, a few years ago, it felt as though they – terrorists were succeeding.

“As a result of the insecurity, social and economic life rolled to a halt in many parts of the state, as Boko Haram controlled a large territory and acted like the de-facto government of the state.

“The town of Monguno, which today is playing host to us, was a few years ago firmly in the hands of the terrorists.

“Today, thankfully, the tide has turned, in large part on account of the gallant and heroic work of the Nigerian Army. And it is on account of this that we are here today, to celebrate.

“We are here to celebrate the gallantry of our soldiers, men and women from every part of Nigeria, of different faiths and tribes and tongues, gathered to fight and defeat a common enemy.

“We are also celebrating the resilience of the people of Borno State, and reaffirming that our primary obligation to them, as a Government, is to ensure that they are able return to their communities and rebuild their lives and livelihoods in peace and safety,’’ the vice president said.

Osinbajo expressed delight over the progress being recorded by the ongoing Operation Last Hold designed to rid remnant of terrorists from the Lake Chad Basin and Northern Borno.

The vice president noted in the last three years, life was gradually returning to many parts of Borno as schools had reopened, airlines resumed flights, religious celebrations held, major roads and highways reopened.

He said that he had no doubt that NADCEL and events lined up to mark it in Mongunu “will go a long way towards changing the negative narrative of terrorism, hunger and danger that have defined the North Eastern part of Nigeria, and the entire Lake Chad Basin, in the last decade.’’

Osinbajo commended the army which he said had fought wars at home and abroad, to secure the country, and keep it united, though it suffered loss and setback.

He specifically commended the Chief of Army Staff, Lt.-Gen. Tukur Yusuf Buratai for “inspiring the Nigerian army to turn the tide against Boko Haram.’’

“With the success of yet another Army Day Celebration, this time in the heartland of a dying insurgency, Gen. Buratai has left no doubt about the quality of his leadership.

“And today, we are all proud to associate with the Nigerian Army, for the ongoing victory in the North East.

“Long may that victory continue, even as it extends to other troubled parts of the country,’’ he said.

The vice president acknowledged the sacrifice made by members of the armed forces and other security agencies in the fight against the terrorists, saying “we are also here to remember.

“To remember the tens of thousands who have lost their lives to this needless violence; the innocent civilians, and the vigilante and military dead, who paid the ultimate sacrifice to preserve the security and sovereignty of Nigeria.

“We will never forget. And we shall continually strive to work to build a Nigeria in which terrorists and bandits shall have neither sway nor leeway.”

“I would have been a Medical Doctor if not for Financial Problems” – Seyi Law

Stand-up comedian, Lawrence Oluwaseyitan Aletile, AKA Seyi Law, is renowned for bringing smiles to the faces of Nigerians but many do not know he would have chosen a different career path in life.

In an interview with PUNCH, Seyi Law revealed he gained admission to study Medicine twice but lack of finance did not allow him to pursue the offers.

According to him, his mum, who financed her education, could not afford the fees, he eventually studied Computer Science at Lagos State Polytechnic.

On celebrity recurrent break-ups, Seyi lambasted those that are always criticising celebrities who had issues in their marriages.

He said, “The truth of the matter is that we get to see celebrity break-ups because they are always in the limelight.

“Marriage institution is sweet and tedious at the same time, we just keep hoping that we’ll keep understanding one another,” he said.

On how lucrative comedy is, Seyi noted, “A lot of people know that comedy is lucrative. If you see how far I’ve come, then you’ll know how lucrative the profession is. This is basically the business I do. I got married out of it. I am able to take good care of my family. So, I will say it’s quite good.”

Movie Producers can no longer afford me — Actor Jim Iyke

Nollywood actor, Jim Iyke, has stated that movie producers can no longer afford his fees and that is why he is no longer seen in many films these days.

According to thenet.ng, the Nollywood lover boy said, “I have not been away, it is the producers who cannot afford me. So, I know my worth. But I have been busy creating opportunities and jobs for Nigerian youths so that we all can live better lives,” he said.

He added that he always interpreted his roles professionally and would still act if he got the right pay.

Speaking on the notion that the present crop of actors lacks creativity and talent, Iyke said, “It is wrong to say today’s artists lack productivity and talent. When the likes of Ramsey Nuoah, Emeka Ike and I were acting, that was what was said about us as well, but I did not let it bother me. We learnt on the job and we got better with time. So, I think they will also get better with time,” he noted.

Catholic and Protestant fight for right to preach in a bus in Anambra state (video)

Catholics & protestants fight

A Catholic woman & a Protestant man were seen in a commercial bus in Awka, Anambra State fighting for the right to preach in the bus.

Juliet Ifediba who narrated the incident and shared the video said the man stood up to preach first but the woman stood almost immediately to begin praying the Rosary.

This led to a fight for who will be allowed to preach.

Sharing videos of the altercation, Ifediba wrote:

Something happened in this bus on Tuesday

according to my mum who entered this bus in awka. She said “look at the man in black suit is a pastor. As the pastor stood up to pray, there is another elderly woman standing up.”.. And from what my my mum learnt the woman is a Roman Catholic. So immediately the woman interrupted the pastors prayer and started with her’s (which is rosary)she prayed the rosary for more than 30mins.

Meanwhile the pastor was waiting. But all of a sudden a man ask the woman to cut the prayer short so that the pastor can start with a general prayer which everyone knows(cos not all passengers are catholic) others supported the man. But the woman paid deaf ears and wasn’t ready to stop.. She said. “we hv 21decades to pray” only the few catholic passengers understood and they was like, “madam PLS cut it short let’s pray a general prayer.. Immidiately the woman started shouting on Top of her voices as if someone is dragging rosary with her.,, then the pastor who was waiting patiently found out that the intention of the woman wasn’t to pray a peaceful prayers rather to bring a denominational fight….started a praise song through the as that video is a evidence that shows that 98% of the occupants of the bus join the pastor in praises.. The woman was left alone with hers..

“You won’t believe what happened”. Mum said. “The woman brought out a status of mary and began to shout sooooooooo loud. Creating a scene”. It was somehow funny to me. Her prayers goes thus… Mary Mary Mary Mary Mary.. She was shouting Mary.. And singing all rosary hymn… All of a sudden war of prayer broke out passengers started casting out any spirit of distractions in the woman.. My mom made a comment heard in the background of the video. “God there is war in ur temple cos of ur name..

But mine is….. The woman wasnt dragging God with the pastor rather she was praying to mary(watch the video).
From the video I don’t understand.. It seems the woman is crying too….

“Every other man I dated was a distraction” – Annie Idibia talks about loving 2baba

Annie Idibia pens

Annie Idibia has confessed that every other men she dated before her husband, 2baba was just a distraction.

The mother of two made this confession while responding to questions from her fans earlier this morning.

According to Annie who is obviously obsessed and totally in love with her husband, if given the opportunity, there is still no man she would rather be with, every other man was just a distraction.

She vividly recalled their first meeting and how strong the attraction was even before they spoke a word.

During the days of Tuface’s ‘distractions’ and confusions before finally settling for his true love, Annie reportedly mingled and dated other guys but of course her heart was always with Innocent Idibia until that day he went on one knee and made everything right!

Nude release Update: Ex-boyfriend replies, said his ex-girlfriend infected him with Staph, shares proof

We reported a while ago on a lady named Annie who called out her ex boyfriend for threatening to release her nude because she broke up With him.

However her said ex-boyfriend has now narrated his own side of the story.

He accused his girlfriend of always meeting men for money. Sharing his own side of the story and screenshots of messages between then, he tweeted:

First let’s start from how I have to tolerate things like these because this babe legit couldn’t stop and whe b she goes to see these men, she tells me she doesn’t do a thing with them. They just give her money.

Our first fight was around that time. Our present fight is because I don’t want her to be seeing men again and truth be told you don’t need the money for anything at this time you’re at home doing nothing and when she needs sub I sub for her because she’s saving her money.

Last week she said she was going out and this was legit how the chat played out. She was going to see man. I didn’t say anything she turned it to fight

IDK why I skipped this. Make e no be like say I lie about the eko hotel

So since that pancake day. I sent her a Vn asking saying if you want pancakes it’s not like it’s not something I cant afford. Why do you have to see someone for that one when do I can literally get you this?

This babe has put me through a lot. Yes I’ve been calling her the entire to see if we could meet up and talk and she said no. Let me get more screenshot because this nude thing isn’t me

This was from yesterday. I can’t post screenshots of me going on and on begging this babe to leave these men let’s focus on our relationship. You’re 20 and you have time to make money. You don’t need to see men for money.

What I have gone through in her hand is emotional torture. This was on Monday when she poured out her mind. I’ve asked her severally should we break up she’ll say no. Next minute she’s talking like we’re fighting.

This is any time I interact with a babe on the TL. The same babe that sees men won’t even let me have female friends.

This babe legit couldn’t stop frustrating me even after we had this talk early last month. We got and she just went from bad to worse this was before the jibowu pancake guy

But now I saw her thread accusing me of posting her nudes. This babe should show me the WhatsApp proof that’s if she didn’t clear the chat o. And that chat she sent on WhatsApp isn’t hers. I can tell from the guy In the background. It’s her friend’s WhatsApp

Lmao as much as think she deserves whatever she gets because me I’ve spoken to like people today. I didn’t know how they knew we were fighting like there’s a committee of her ex’s she treated badly so she should ask the rest. Maybe it’s Jaye the one you cheated on.

Or Benedict the one you cheated on with me and broke up with. Then wrongfully accused him of rape and I had to write a letter of apology with you so you’d submit to the police station he reported you to

Nobody should tension me about nudes again. I’m not that guy can I face my heartbreak in peace now?

The daniel gist is different. She had sex with this guy already. And they still talk. I’m not saying don’t talk to your friend but does he know I exist? She said he wouldn’t be a problem. Fast forward to June 3rd, her grad day. I went to school and we left together

We lodged somewhere. After mekwe she started giving attitude and pressing phone texting the Daniel boy. I started seeing “” inside chat. I said let me sleep. 3am I woke up to pee and this babe gave me her phone to help her charge.

I said fuck it. I no dey read chat but make I see just this one. If nothing dey, then nothing dey. This guy asked her for gives and she went “Oya na” I went to check my chat maybe it was when we broke up but it wasn’t.

She told me she wanted to go for j cole concert. “I’ll over at Moni’s boyfriend house with Moni” dw nothing will happen. In the chat she asked him to pay her Uber money so she can come.

I confronted her in the morning. This girl didn’t feel remorse or anything. I asked her does he know you have a boyfriend and she couldn’t talk so we broke up.

If you want him why are you wasting my time. I asked you before Anita will he be a problem and you said no.

See I can’t start saying every story of all the times she did what she did. Nobody should accuse me of anything. She has people she sends nudes to. No be me. She now wanted to even play victim card and Called me a psycho

Lmao the same me she claimed to be her best boyfriend. Understanding and stuff? Is now a psycho. The kind of man you deserve is torturing people in hell fire.

“How Nigerian Ladies are eating up entire salaries of boyfriends in Nigeria”

There is a popular saying that there is no romance without finance in Nigeria, leaving several matured men to grab their pillows all thorugh the night due to their inability to run a relationship with the opposite s*x.

A report shows how it is expensive to manage the financial affairs of a lady in the country, in the face of a dwindling economy and country which has become the poverty capital of the world ahead of India.

Joro Olumofin who is a relationship expert and self-acclaimed love doctor has this to say:

The Average salary of a Nigerian man with Bsc & Msc is N120,000 a month. Is this enough to maintain a relationship?

Based on Direct Observations and Psychometrics men complain that ladies are not bringing a lot to the relationship to support their income in dating & courtship.

Here are a list of things that most girlfriends demand from their boyfriends with his N120,000 Salary

1. Monthly Hair & Beauty maintenance – N30,000

2. Monthly Outings (Cinema, Clubbing, Restaurants). -N25,000

3. Data & Airtime – N12,000

4. Monthly Allowance – N25,000

5. Miscellaneous- N30,000

This sums up to N122,000 which is more than most bachelors salaries. It’s sad that N120,000 a month is not Enough to maintain a girlfriend.

“Only evil-minded people will say I am condoning killings” – President Buhari

Buhari appoints

President Muhammadu Buhari on Thursday said the claims that being a Fulani, he must be encouraging the killings being perpetrated by armed herdsmen in parts of the country seemed to him that there was no limit to the evil in the minds of men.

He wondered how anyone in their right minds would suggest that he, who emerged as President with substantial votes from the affected areas, would do any harm to the same people who voted for him.

Buhari said this while receiving members of the Christian Association of Nigeria from the 19 northern states and Abuja at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

The President said it was unfair for anybody to accuse his government of not doing anything to stop the killings.

Buhari said, “When some (people), for clearly political purposes, attempt to suggest that this government is doing nothing about the killings, and that I, being Fulani, must be encouraging these satanic acts, it seems to me that there is no limit to the evil in the minds of men.

“Otherwise, how can anyone in their right minds suggest that I, as an elected President even with substantial votes in the affected areas, will for any reason do harm by an act of omission to those same people?
