Fast rising Nollywood actress, Juliet Njemanze is one actress who has been able to carve a niche for herself with her ability to interpret scripts flawlessly.
In this interview with Juliet Ebirim, the Imo State-born actress who is the first child and the only girl out of four siblings, talks about her career, relationship and what makes her tick. Read on…
What’s your impression about Nollywood?
Looking at where we started, I’m so proud of where we are now. Nollywood is doing amazingly well. The new movies being released are so good that they can be compared to Hollywood movies.
Do you think you are a spiritual person? Are you the ‘church’ type?
I’m not ‘churchy’ but I’m spiritual. I’m very in touch with my spiritual side. I love God and I pray and read my Bible. I might not necessarily go to church every Sunday or attend church programmes, but I’m spiritual.
Does that influence the kind of roles you do? There are certain characters I can’t play and there are certain things I can’t do. If the role requires my being blasphemous or saying something that goes against my faith in God, I won’t take up the role. I can’t do sex scenes. I can do romance but not sex.
What inspires you?
My inspiration comes from people out there, some of them who say to me ‘I love your movies’.
When I get comments like that, I think about ways to improve and be better. Who among your colleagues do you enjoy working with? I love working with I.K Ogbonna. I’ve worked with him about three times now. He’s a fun person on set and he makes me act better.
I also love working with Mercy Macjoe, Callista Okoronkwo, Esther Ene, Val Edochie and Jerry Williams. Would you describe yourself as fashionable? I’m a fashionable person but fashion for me is being comfortable.
No matter what you wear, as long as you’re comfortable in it, you’ll look good in it. When you’re comfortable, you’re confident.
Are you in a relationship?
I have a boyfriend, but I don’t like to say that out loud because he’s an actor as well, I’m not going to mention his name. But at the right time, it will be out there.
What was the attraction?
He is a kind person and he has a lot of respect for me. I don’t joke with my respect, so as long as a man respects me, that’s it.
Did you meet each other on set?
Yes, we actually met on set.
How did it happen?
He told me that he really likes me and would want us to have a relationship. Initially, I said “No” because I have an issue with dating in the industry, but he was really persistent. He kept on pushing until I said “Yes”.
How long have you both been together?
It’s been two years. Which is more important to you in a relationship – sex, money or good looks? For me, apart from knowing God and all … sex is the most important. He has to be good in bed. It’s definitely sex before money because you could give me all the money in the world, if I’m not sexually satisfied, I will definitely cheat on you. What part of your body do you think is the most attractive? I haven’t thought about that before because I love every part of my body. Someone said it’s my boobs. (Laughs)
How do you handle male attention?
I actually pay attention to some of them and then turn them to friends. I have a way with people that even if you want something sexual, after getting close to you, you end up seeing me as a sister.
How did acting begin for you? Acting began for me when I followed a friend to a job for AGN chapter in Kano State. After rehearsals, the director asked me what I wanted to be and I told him I wanted to be a lawyer and he advised me to go for acting, that I had it in me. That was in 2012. Actually, I would say I started acting professionally in 2015 after I shot Obi Emelonye’s ‘Calabash’. I took acting serious after that.

Nigeria’s International award winning musician, 2face Idibia, has taken to his Twitter handle to call for a campaign against Filling Stations who sell fuel and other needed organic products at hiked prices.
He tweeted;
‘make we start campaign say make dem shut down any station wey no wan sell petrol normal’
Nigerians are however not responding with positivity to this ‘call’ because it is coming after the singer backed down on a nationwide protest against against bad governance earlier this year (Nigerians never forget), and as such the tweet has not been taken serious as they slammed him on twitter.

A David Beckham fan, Jack Johnson, who spent £20,000 (N9.6m) on surgery to look like his idol, said his obsession nearly killed him.
According to Mirror UK, after spending several years trying to look like the football legend, Johnson said his unsuccessful bid nearly drove him to commit suicide.
Report said Johnson is now reversing his medical work and speaking out to warn others not to follow in his path.
“I tried to take my own life because trying to look like Beckham is a full-time job and is not easy,” he said.
“Trying to look like Beckham nearly killed me and I don’t want others to make the same mistake.”
In his bid to look like Beckham, Johnson, from Nottingham, England, had tan injections every month, as well as lip, chin and cheek fillers, botox injected into his forehead, and procedures for dental veneers.
The 21-year-old paid for the surgery using his Disability Living Allowance, by taking out loans and borrowing money from his brother.
He is now struggling to pay debts of £14,000 (N6.7m) and insists he has learnt his lesson, while he has stopped having all forms of surgery.
Johnson’s story went viral last year and he appeared in news outlets across 10 countries when details of his Beckham obsession emerged.
As he became well recognised, clinics gave him liposuction, botox and lip fillers for free, he said.
“I’m not speaking out because I want notoriety or fame anymore — I’m genuinely doing this because I’ve come out the other side of it,” he said.
“When I was on This Morning Holly or when Phil asked me if I was happy, I told them I was, but really I wasn’t — I was in the worst place ever on the inside.”
Johnson tried to kill himself four months ago by taking an overdose of tablets, but he was found by a friend and taken to a hospital.
He had sessions with a psychiatrist and he learnt he was suffering from body dysmorphia — a mental condition where a person spends a lot of time worrying about flaws in their appearance.
“I obviously don’t blame David Beckham, it’s not his fault,” said Johnson. “I was trying desperately to look like him and it nearly cost me my life.
“I feel like I’m in the best place ever now — and I really don’t want anybody to go through what I have.
“Nobody should ever aspire to look like celebrities to that extent, and I’m an example of that. You need to just be yourself.”
A middle-aged man who pretended to be mentally ill has been apprehended in Ilorin, the Kwara State capital.
Our correspondent learnt that the man, whose name could not be ascertained, as of the time of filing this report, was apprehended near the state Ministry of Environment and Forestry along the Ahmadu Bello Way in Ilorin.
Sources said when he was searched, a cheque of N100m, pictures he allegedly took with top politicians in Nigeria, four automated teller machine cards, male and female condoms, Valium injections and Infinix Hot 5 phone were found on him.
The sources said the man, who would have been lynched by a mob, was rescued by another man dressed in a native attire.
An eye-witness who pleaded anonymity, said she got there when people caught the fake madman. She said she witnessed how the man was searched.
According to her, she ran away when it seemed the mob might lynch the suspect.
The picture of the man and a brief description of what transpired when he was apprehended quickly spread through the social media.
But the Kwara State Police Public Relations Officer, Mr. Ajayi Okasanmi, said he could not confirm the discovery of the fake madman, adding that all he saw was a picture of the purported man circulating on the social media.
The Inspector-General of Police, Ibrahim Idris, has banned the Special Anti Robbery Squad (SARS) of the Nigeria Police Force from conducting stop and search operations on roads except when necessary.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that some group of Nigerians recently in the social media, called for the scrapping of SARS over alleged harassment of innocent Nigerians, using the hashtag #EndSARS.
Following the allegation, the Inspector- General of Police promised to restructure and reposition the unit for effective service delivery.
Mr. Idris also warned members of the group against acting as bodyguards, delving into land matters and debt collection that were considered civil.
He further warned that members of the unit must only embark on operations with the permission of the commissioner of police in charge of SARS in the police commands.
“You must operate in official uniform clearly marked for identification.
“I just want to warn you all here that any officer caught engaging in these activities will be dealt with accordingly.
“The Nigeria Police force under my leadership shall operate strictly guided by the human rights principles as enshrined in the United Nations charter on human rights,” he said.
He mandated the Inspector-General of police’s monitoring units and the X-squad and other over sights unit of the force to monitor the activities of the SARS.
The police boss noted that the establishment of the unit was due to activities of the men of the underworld.
He said as part of measures to check the unit, they would be solely mandated to confront only armed robbery cases and violent crimes in the country,
Mr. Idris also said men deployed to SARS would undergo training, continuous assessment and psychometric test to determine their suitability or otherwise.
Many months ago, Adekunle Gold tweeted that he’d asked Adesua Etomi to be his girlfriend, but then the actress, whose relationship with Banky W hadn’t been unveiled then, told Kunle she’d only accept his proposal if he was able to get 50,000 retweets…
But then, while he was gathering the retweets, Adesua announced her engagement to her husband, Banky W.
However, in a chat with Saturday Beats recently, the singer claimed it was a joke and his tweets shouldn’t have been taken seriously.
He said,
“People do not know if Adesua is just my friend. They wouldn’t know if my tweet was just banter or if it was real. I guess a lot of people thought it was real and I was asking Adesua out online. Why would I do that? We were just joking and she is my friend.
I even tweeted when she got engaged that I’d not even got the 50, 000 retweets she asked for and she was already engaged. It was just banter but I guess people see what they want to see. Adesua and I never dated; we were/are just friends.
“If we had dated, I would have definitely worked towards marrying her. I mean, who would not want to marry Adesua That is ‘if’ we had dated but that was never the case.”
The singer, who is about 30 years old, said that he was already thinking about marriage but he was not under pressure to get married.
However, Adekunle claimed he was in a relationship but did not reveal if it was with Simi, even though it’s being alleged he is romantically involved with the singer.
He said,
“I am also thinking of marriage because I am a family man. Already, I have a girlfriend but I would not tell you if she is in this industry. I don’t have to tell you if I am dating Simi or not. I cannot reveal my girlfriend’s identity because it could be that she does not want to be known. It could be that I want that aspect of my life to be a secret. People know and love me because of my music.
I cannot be married for 10 years and people would not eventually find out. When the time is right, everyone would know who my love interest is. Let’s assume that I am dating Simi, what if it does not work out? I’d love to keep that part of my life secret.”
Talking about his show, ‘One Night Stand with Adekunle Gold’, the singer hinted that girls would likely go haywire especially when he serenades them with his love songs.
“I tagged my show, One Night Stand with Adekunle Gold and the 79th Element. I know that when a person hears ‘ one night stand’, the next thing that comes to mind is intimacy. The truth is that there would be so many girls at my show. I would be playing love songs that would put people in the mood and don’t be surprised when the ladies start removing their bras,” the singer said.
During the week, the NYSC batch B stream II celebrated their passing out parade aka POP.

In the news recently has been stories of enslaved migrants stuck in Libya, and the 26 girls who drowned in the Mediterranean sea, trying to cross from Africa over to Europe.
But what about the girls who actually make it to Europe?
In a report by Milena Veselinovic and Isa Soares for CNN, we meet Anna (not real name), a 17-year-old girl from Edo State who was trafficked at the age of 15.
Anna, an orphan, was raised by a foster family, she said, and worked as a maid but dreamed of one day becoming a doctor.
Her boss’s daughter who was living in Europe would regale her with stories of abroad. Anna said:
She told me, when you come to Europe you’ll have opportunity, you will go to school, everything is going to be OK for you.
She said you can do whatever you want, the world there is very free. I was like, wow, that would be great. And she said, OK, maybe my sister can bring you. I was so happy, I wanted to go to Europe.
Things, however, didn’t go as smoothly as Anna imagined they would.
Arriving in Libya through Niger, she was held in a detention camp for 5 months, she said, where she was reportedly beaten and raped.
After her trafficker paid her ransom, Anna discovered she was pregnant. She however lost the baby after her smuggler gave her a liquid to drink. She said:
“I don’t even know how it happened. All I know is I was given a bottle of water and then I started bleeding. I was in a lot of pain. It was so painful.”
When she finally arrived in Italy, she discovered she now owed her traffickers €35,000, and was made to become a sex worker, bringing in €200 daily. She said:
“They dressed me up, they make my hair, they make me up. I didn’t even know what they were doing. They gave me a bag with condoms.”
“If a man sleeps with you the most he can pay is €30. Calculate how many men you have to sleep with to get that. You pay, pay, pay, and it never gets finished.”
Eventually, and luckily, Anna escaped, and is now being looked after by Progetto Integrazione Accoglienza Migranti (PIAM) – a migrant rights charity run by a Nigerian trafficking survivor, Princess Inyang Okokon.
Anna now knows better, and has words for people who wish to take the same leap as she did. She said:
“I would not advise anybody to take the same journey I took. Because I might have survived it, you may not survive it.”
Words of warning
Turin deputy chief prosecutor Paolo Borgna, who spent years tackling the trafficking of Nigerian women, says that the girls who are forced into prostitution are getting progressively younger.
Borgna says it is difficult to get victims to report their exploiters to the police. He says the Italian state used to be able to offer the incentive of temporary legal residence to victims who came forward, but that’s no longer the case, as those claiming asylum now get a temporary residence permit while their claim is being evaluated — a process that can take years.
“What needs to be done, on an administrative level rather than on the judicial level, is to reduce the waiting time to grant or to deny the status of refugees,” says Borgna.
Though Becky counts herself lucky to have escaped the clutches of her traffickers, her ordeal haunts her, and she has been seeing a psychologist to deal with her trauma.
For those thinking of making the journey to Europe, the teenager has stark words of warning: “Many people, if you ask them not to come, they would not listen to you. Because they think that living abroad is the best life ever,” she says.
“Everybody wants to come here, everybody wants to see what it’s like. But it’s not what they think it is.
“I would not advise anybody to take the same journey I took. Because I might have survived it, you may not survive it.”
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has arrested 13 suspected Internet fraudsters for conspiracy, possession of fraudulent documents and obtaining money under false pretence.
Spokesman of the commission, Mr Wilson Uwujaren, who disclosed this in a statement on Friday, said the Lagos zonal office of the anti-graft agency effected the arrests.
“They were arrested on Saturday, Dec. 16, 2017, in some parts of Lagos and Ogun states, following intelligence report received by the commission about their activities.
“The suspects allegedly confessed to being involved in phishing, love scam, forgery, spoofing and business email compromise, among other offences,” he said.
Phishing is an attempt to obtain sensitive information such as usernames, passwords and credit card details (and money), often for malicious reasons, by disguising as a trustworthy entity in an electronic communication.
Spoofing, on the other hand, is a type of scam where an intruder attempts to gain unauthorised access to a user’s system or information by pretending to be the user.
According to the EFCC spokesman, some of the suspects live flamboyantly without any known sources of income and are said to have bought houses and exotic cars from the proceeds of their criminal activities.
He said they were allegedly found to be in possession of forged contract papers of multinational oil and gas companies, banks’ instruments and forged data page of international passports of foreign nationals, among other documents.
Other items recovered from the suspects, he stated, included laptops, flash drives, modems, one Range Rover SUV, one Toyota Highlander, Two Toyota Corolla and one Toyota Camry.
Uwujaren added that the suspects would be charged to court as soon as investigations were concluded.

After several unsuccessful interventions to save an 11-year-old marriage, an Igando Customary Court in Lagos has dissolved the union of Mrs Adeola Olalere and her husband, Amidu, over constant battery.
The President of the court, Mr Akin Akinniyi, said while delivering judgment in the case on Friday that the petitioner was adamant despite all mediation by the court and family members.
“Since the petitioner insisted on divorce after several interventions, the court has no choice than to dissolve the union in spite of the fact that the husband claims he still loves his wife.
“The court has pronounced the marriage between Mrs Adeola Olalere and Mr Amidu dissolved today; both parties henceforth cease to be husband and wife.
“Both are free to go their separate ways without any hindrances and molestation,” Akinniyi said.
The petitioner had earlier told the court that her marriage of 11 years to her husband, Amidu Olalere, had been full of bitterness resulting from constant battery.
“I have fainted seven times during frequent beating by my husband. I sometimes landed in the hospital and regained consciousness two to three days after.
“Recently, he beat me to the point that I fainted and I was hospitalised for four days.
“When I was on admission, none of his family members came to see me and we all live in a family house. My husband also refused to pay the bills.
“There was a day he dragged me outside, stripped me naked and descended on me, using me as a punching bag. He did not stop until he saw blood coming out of my body.
“He is so rough, quarrelsome and violent in nature,” the mother of four said, describing her husband as a chain smoker and alcoholic.
“Whenever he brings his friends home to smoke and I complain, he will beat the hell out of me and will not leave me until I faint,” Adeola said.
The 39-year-old trader alleged that her husband had “turned me into his Automated Teller Machine as he collects money from me to give to his friends to buy Indian hemp.
“If I refuse to give him, it is always war in the house,’’ she added.
The petitioner urged the court to terminate the marriage, and that she was no longer interested because her husband might kill her one day.
“Please, end this loveless marriage; I may not be lucky to regain consciousness next time my husband beats me to a pulp,” she said.
Aminu, however, did not deny the allegation of battery.
“I beat her regularly because she is very stubborn and does not obey my orders; anytime we have a misunderstanding and I slap her, she retaliates and that makes me get angry the more,” he said.
The respondent accused his wife of starving him of s*x.
According to him, whenever he reports the wife to the mother, she will ask him how many times he will be having s*x with her daughter.
“My mother-in-law would ask me not to kill her with s*x, instead of admonishing her,” he said.
He said his wife was going out without permission, and that he was the one cooking and washing the children’s school uniform on such occasions.
According to him, his wife moved out of his house with the children in January to stay with her mother.
The defendant said the mother-in-law would rain curses on him whenever he called the wife to return home.
“There was a day my mother-in-law cursed me, and I also cursed her that thunder would kill her.”
Pictures of the woman who was brutally stabbed to death in a shop after refusing to marry her boyfriend have emerged.
According to Dailymail, the woman identified as Shaknoza Abdikayumova, 23, was stabbed 17 times by her boyfriend Ali Kulbaev, 26, before he turned the knife on himself but failed to commit suicide in Ufa, Russia.
The late Shaknoza Abdikayumova
Before the attack he posted on his social media: ‘It’s enough that Allah knows good deeds from sins.’ In another message he wrote: ‘There is no way back, only forwards.’
Kulbaev, from Uzbekistan, is today in intensive care and is expected to survive, facing murder charges for killing the woman who refused to wed him.
It has emerged that the pair had been chatting on the internet for a year before he visited her in Ufa one month ago.
He ‘fell in love’ and soon started pestering her for marriage.
Ali Kulbaev stabbed his girlfriend to death for refusing to marry her.
She asked for time but she grew alarmed when he threatened to kill her if she refused him. Frightened, Shaknoza, also born in Uzbekistan, called his mother Rimma who told her: ‘I don’t want to see him again. He threatened to kill me too.’
When she died, the woman had run into the shop where she worked for protection, after he gave her flowers but demanded she agree to marry him.
She screamed ‘Help!’ to her work colleagues but he shouted: ‘If I can’t have you, no-one else will.’
He took out a knife and stabbed her multiple times, before plunging it into his own chest and abdomen.
A saleswoman from the shop said: ‘We are still in shock. ‘What has happened here was a nightmare. It was terrible, he began to knife her and then stab himself. A policeman said she died on the spot.’
Shocking images from the scene show the woman’s body and the man, drenched in blood, writing on the floor in agony.
A shopper who filmed the aftermath said: ‘He just entered the shop. This scum was going to flee, I held him.’ He asked the killer: ‘Did you do anything to yourself? Or not? Did you stab yourself?’
A woman believed to be the dead woman’s mother said ‘he’s a convict’ as the man begged the bystanders: ‘Finish me off.’
Some Nigerians deported from Libya have tested positive for HIV/AIDS. Screening was carried out by Edo State Agency for the Control of AIDS (SACA).
Alarmed by the discovery, the state said it has begun the process of recalling Libya returnees to make them undergo HIV/AIDS screening.
The Executive Officer of SACA, Mrs. Flora Oyakhilome, who addressed reporters while screening some returnees, said the government valued returnees’ health.
She said anyone with the virus would be treated. Oyakhilome, who refused to disclose the number of those that tested positive for the virus, said screening was on.
She said: “We are making arrangement to recall those who have been deported, to have them tested for HIV/AIDS. We have discussed with the commissioner for Women Affairs.
“The woman said she is compiling the list so that they will have the data to know how to get these persons tested and integrated into the society.
“We are here to look at the returnees from Libya to advise them and test them for HIV/AIDS. We feel their health is important, their lives are important. So, on that note, the government has said they should be brought here for screening so that they will enjoy a healthy lifestyle.
“In achieving a healthy lifestyle, they must be whole. So on that note, we decided to come in so as to collaborate with the committee to have them tested. If we find out that anybody tests positive for HIV/AIDS, we will refer the person to general hospital.
“We thank the government for this platform it has given us. We are still on. You can see that we are still working. We cannot disclose the number of those infected now because the work is still on.”
We previously brought you reports about how a student of Chukwuemeka Odumegwu University COOU, Anambra died, after the school’s teaching hospital demanded for her ID card, school receipts, and what’s not.
Below is the true story of what went shared by her friend, Sarah.
Read on;
THE ACTUAL THING THAT HAPPENED TO MY DEAR FRIEND Okoro Oluchi.
Before I proceed, those COOU students that are using Oluchi to gain popularity on Facebook, even those that never knew her from Adam, those that are saying she couldn’t provide the money requested of her in the hospital, those saying she was asked to provide her school ID card, those saying she couldn’t present her school fees receipt, and even the idiots blaming lecturers for her death and all those spreading false rumor about her death without knowing the actual thing that happened.. GOD WILL PUNISH ALL OF YOU.
I never intended writing any thing about this yet,but the kind of false stories I’ve been seeing on Facebook prompted me to.
BACK TO MY MAIN STORY.
Oluchi came to class on Tuesday morning on a nice black gown, she sat right in front of me and told me she wasn’t feeling too well so after the class,I and a year 2 guy helped her to my hostel so she could have a rest after getting some drugs for her.
Around 7pm in the night,I was called by one of my friends (Christophine) to report to the school medicals that Oluchi is seriously sick.I left all I was doing and rushed there, I saw Oluchi lying helplessly on a stretcher.
She couldn’t talk, she didn’t notice our presence,I couldn’t hold back tears..the doctor in the school medicals advised that tears wouldn’t solve the problem, that the school ambulance has been arranged, that all we should do was to get her stuffs ready that she has been referred to COOU teaching hospital Amaku that she would get better.
We got everything ready and took off to the hospital with Nora, one of my course mates, christophine and Mary_collette who later came to join us in Amaku. we tried contacting her family members but their contacts weren’t going through. We reached the hospital and Oluchi was taken to the emergency unit. Amaku teaching hospital is the worst hospital I’ve ever seen.
There is no qualified doctor only the useless student doctors that are looking for whom to use and do practice. One of the rude student doctors asked us to bring the sum of N20,000 before they can commence treatment on her.He never considered we are students and might not have such amount of money.
Luckily,I was with my ATM card so we had to trek a very long distance in search of Fidelity Bank around there since other banks weren’t paying.
When we got back, they gave us the list of drugs we must buy which cost about N5,500.The stupid student doctors were just after their own pockets and gain not minding the life of my friend at stake.
We practically provided every thing they asked us to..but they couldn’t treat my friend. That my friend is dying gradually wasn’t just their business. Oluchi complained she’s not feeling her legs anymore we massaged and tapped the legs all to no avail. I went to report to one of the stupid so called doctor and all he could say was “What do you want me to do”..
Oluchi was in pains we cried and shouted for help but those callous student doctors ignored us. We went to get a card from one of those stupid guys but all he could do was to start asking me out..that I’m beautiful when my friend was dying gradually.
I looked at Oluchi and I saw pains in her eyes, I couldn’t hold back tears,I went on my knees and started asking God to intervain. One of my friends asked me to stop crying that she would get better. When the pains was getting too much for her,she started screaming with her last strength “doctor come and save me..I’m dying”..
The stupid doctor came out and replied ” shut up..don’t you see you’re disturbing my patients ” . Oluchi complained she couldn’t feel her whole body again.. We beat and pinched her but she felt nothing.that was when one of the stupid quack student doctors came to take her blood for test but their was no vein in her body.
When they saw that Oluchi’s condition was getting critical, they left her and fled. All the quack student doctors in that emergency block disappeared. They left her there to die. Oluchi looked into my eyes and said “Sarah…I love you”..
With tears rolling down my cheeks I replied ” I love you too” and same she said to the four of us in that hospital with her.she asked us to help her tell her parents and family that she loves them so much.
She later told us that she couldn’t see any of us again… We started praying for her..If only prayers and tears could bring her back to life.
She later said she couldn’t breathe again.. We were begging her not to die. We prayed like we never did in our lives before.. But Oluchi gave up the ghost. She died right in our arms… But we refused to accept she’s dead. We prayed for a miracle to happened. We prayed that the same Jesus who rose Lazarus from death to raise my Oly from death.. But she didn’t wake up…
Immediately those monsters that call themselves medical students noticed she’s dead they came with an old oxygen that I’m not sure is still working and started doing incantations on her. One of them came out and told me that their is no need of doing all These that my friend is dead…
He broke the news with less concern as if its an animal that died. We cried like we never did before but those heartless student doctors were at a corner laughing at us. It never touched them..
Those guys are so heartless. One of those idiots even had the guts to approach me…asking me to complete the money for her card..I replied him” card for the living or for the dead?”…he said its not his business that he’s doing his job.
God! People can be so heartless.
Those student doctors in Amaku killed Oluchi.
They killed my friend!
I’ll never advice my enemy to go to that hospital… They are killers. Those student doctors needs to be rusticated. They don’t have human sympathy in them.
Immediately Oluchi died they brought an old rusted stretcher that is almost like a wheel Barrow and took her dead body away…like they are taking a dead dog away… No single respect for the dead.
One thing I believe is that life is turn by turn. On Tuesday was Oluchi but ,it might be any of them tomorrow.
My consolation is that at least I did something for Oluchi before she died. She looked into my eyes and saw care and Love. Heaven knows I Love Oluchi and I did everything humanly possible to save her..but God knows the best.
Rest in peace Oly..
Till we meet to part no more.

Popular Independent Oil marketer, and one of the prime suspect believed to be the leader of Badoo gang and their cult killings in Ikorodu, Mr Alaka Abayomi Kamal, has been declared wanted.
The Lagos State Police Command announced this in a statement issued on Friday in Lagos by the Police Public Relations Officer, Chike Oti.
According to the statement, the 51-year-old suspect, who owns Alaka Petroleum, is wanted in connection with series of reported well-orchestrated killings and nefarious activities of the Badoo cult group.
The notorious activities of the dreaded cult group had sent many to their early graves with cruel killings through the smashing of mortar and pestle on victims’ heads.
In a Special Police Gazette Bulletin issued under the authority of the Inspector General of Police, Ibrahim Idris, with reference number CR 07/2017, Alaka who had earlier been arrested and released on bail by the police was said to have frustrated attempts to re-arrest him.

He added that the state government and the State Police Command had earlier uncovered and demolished the purported Badoo shrine located in Agbowa area of Ikorodu.
He said the demolition took place on September 20, 2017 in an operation led by the Commissioner of Police, Mr Imohimi Edgal.

Tattoos aren’t forever … just ask Mel B, who literally cut a chunk out of her torso just to get rid of ex-husband Stephen Belafonte’s name.
While the more commonly used method is laser removal, Mel took a more extreme approach to make sure the ink was gone as fast as possible.
The singer literally cut her skin off around her ribs to get rid of the tattoo of her ex’s name. The tattoo had the words “Stephen, till death do us part, you own my heart” down her side, and now we’re guessing it just says “Till Death do us part, you own my heart”
This indeed is a much more symbolic and dramatic act, as she had it done by a surgeon and required 12 stitches.
According to People, she said “I wanted the tattoo removed to help close the final chapter on a toxic relationship, Even though I’ve taken the steps to remove Stephen’s name from my body, the domestic abuse will forever remain with me.”
See photo below ;
The original tat read, “Stephen, till death do us part you own my heart,” but Mel only removed Stephen’s name, so she can always get a new one tatted in … once the scar heals.
