The singer is has been yet again photoed with his new boo, Cynthia Panicoff at Club Rumors in Victoria Island – the singer and his new bae have been dating low-key for about 2-months now.
Cynthia is a video vixen who also works as a publicist for a popular night club on the island.
News and photos went viral yesterday of an alleged 87-year-old lawyer and former lawmaker, Senator Cyrus Nunieh, marrying a much younger wife.
In a new development, the octogenarian has said that he married another wife because he was alone and needed a companion.
Nunieh officially married a lady in her 40s on Tuesday at the Presidential Hotel in Port Harcourt, the Rivers State capital.
The former member of the National Assembly, who said he was now a king in Ogoniland, River State, narrated that he had been alone after his former wife died in 1991.
Speaking with a Punch correspondent on the telephone on Tuesday, Nunieh pointed out that his children were all adults, who had ventured into various business of their own, adding that he could no longer cope with loneliness.
He described his new wife, Rosemary, as an intelligent woman, who would always be there for him and share ideas with him.
“I cannot continue to stay alone. I love her and she loves me. We understand each other and she is also intelligent. In marriage, there are advantages somewhere and disadvantages in other areas.
“There is no limitation in age. Some may say you are old; you may soon die. But some were dead even before they were born. Some were one year or two years old and they die. Death is not always dependent upon a man’s age,” he said.
About his new wife, Nunieh said,
“You know that rose is the best of all flowers and we have two Marys in the Bible; we have Mary, the mother of Jesus and Mary Magdalene.
“She too (Rosemary) is a believer of the Bible. But why are you particular about her age? She is not an infant. She is a very charming woman.”
Head of states, President Muhammadu Buhari has expressed his concern over the unpaid salaries and allowances of workers, in spite of interventions by the Federal Government.
The President spoke when he received a group of governors led by Nigerian Governors’ Forum (NGF) Chairman Abdul’Aziz Yari at the State House in Abuja.
Buhari said the plight of workers in the states needed attention urgently as many could barely survive.
“How can anyone go to bed and sleep soundly when workers have not been paid their salaries for months.
“I actually wonder how the workers feed their families, pay their rent and even pay school fees for their children,” he said.

Model and reality TV star, Blac Chyna on Tuesday filed a lawsuit against the entire Kardashian family, blaming them for the demise of her E! reality television show, Rob & Chyna.
In the lawsuit, the mother of Dream says the entire Kardashian family turned on her post-break up with Rob, “slut-shaming her on social media and killing her hit television show” during filming for a second season.
The lawsuit which People has obtained states:

The move comes roughly two weeks after her ex fiancé, Rob Kardashian, filed his own lawsuit accusing her of using him and his family for financial gain. He also claims it was a mutual decision by the E! Network and the Kardashian family to cancel the show.

Just some days after South African president, Jacob Zuma, paid him a two-day visit, American ambassador to Nigeria, William Stuart Symington, today, paid Imo state governor, Rochas Okorocha, a courtesy visit at the state government house in Owerri, the state capital.

Reports are that Facebook Inc. has acquired TBH, a mobile app that high school and college students can use to compliment one another anonymously.
The app, which is available only on iOS devices and only in some states, has been around since August, but its popularity has ballooned.
TBH counts more than 5 million users who, it says, have sent one another more than 1 billion messages. It’s the No. 1 free app on the iTunes charts — ahead of YouTube, Snapchat and Instagram.
TBH’s sudden rise was enough to grab Facebook’s attention (and money). But what is TBH and how does it work?
TBH, whose name is short for “To Be Honest” prompts users to answer polls about people they know, after they give the app access to their contacts. The polls come in bundles of 15 questions, and users select the person they have in mind from four choices.
The questions cover such things as notes of affection (“I will marry them”), straightforward compliments (“Freckles on fleek”), endorsements and sarcasm (“Would drive to your house and wake you up to tell you who finally texted back”).
In turn, when friends pick you as an answer, you get an anonymous notification that includes the question, so you can see what people think of you.
Users can submit their own poll questions, but TBH says it reviews those entries and accepts only submissions that are uplifting, not offensive, appropriate for people as young as 13, and funny or interesting.
Anyone 13 or older can use the app, but TBH targets teens and their social networks, asking first-time users to select their high school grade and to identify their school or college.
A Facebook spokeswoman said the social media giant is not disclosing the terms of the deal, which TBH announced Monday, but TBH’s millennial co-creators — Nikita Bier, Erik Hazzard, Kyle Zaragoza and Nicolas Ducdodon — will become Facebook employees, based at Facebook’s headquarters in Menlo Park, California and will continue to work on TBH.
As with its purchase of Instagram, which recently has mimicked several of competitor Snapchat’s features, Facebook appears intent on capturing the new ways that young people are communicating online.
Facebook’s acquisitions of Instagram and WhatsApp were attempts to connect with younger users, who have been drawn to alternative social networks. TBH’s insistence on positivity — and its social interactions that hinge not only on creating permanent, searchable, self-identifying posts, but also on offering anonymous compliments — also may play into Facebook’s latest mission to build a sense of community.
Perhaps most clearly, TBH is yet another channel where Facebook can command the time and attention of young people. The acquisition also eliminates a nascent competitor.
“While the last decade of the Internet has been focused on open communication, the next milestone will be around meeting people’s emotional needs,” TBH said in a statement Monday.
“When we met with Facebook, we realized that we shared many of the same core values about connecting people through positive interactions. Most of all, we were compelled by the ways they could help us realize tbh’s vision and bring it to more people.”
THE Ughelli Police Area Command, has arrested a suspect simply identified as Efe for allegedly burying a prostitute he had spent the night with at his Ughelli apartment after she was said to have died mysteriously while they were together.
The suspect was reportedly arrested following security information from a concerned resident who saw the suspect burying the victim in the early hours of the night.
“He had solicited for the services of the girl from a brothel, where they had earlier engaged in high use of hard drugs and alcohol before taking her to his house for the night,” a staff at the hotel who simply gave his name as Victor stated.
Speaking further, the source said: “Efe took her to his house located at Okorodafe Street. At the house, the victim was said to have died and for reasons best known to him (Efe), he went to bury her but someone who saw him during the act, reported him to the police who arrested him the next day.”
Confirming the arrest of the suspect to Vanguard, a senior officer at the Ughelli Area Command who spoke on condition of anonymity, disclosed that the suspect who has since been transferred to the State Criminal Investigation Department, had claimed that the victim is his girlfriend.

So a South African man, KE Sharp took to social media to make fun of Nigerians after Imo State Governor, Rochas Okorocha erected a statue of South African President, Jacob Zuma in Imo state.
The statue sparked outrage from Nigerians as they consider it to be a stupid act.
The act also generated outrage from South Africans as most of them despise their president.
Mr Sharp took to Twitter to share a picture of himself, then went on to shade Nigerians by suggesting his statue should be erected in Nigeria also.

A young Nigerian girl who was reportedly harassed by some police officers might just get the justice she deserve following the arrest of the officers in Ilorin.
Four Special Anti-Robbery Squad members who’d reportedly harassed the Nigerian lady with the name, Kachi Anifela Zion have been arrested according to the Kwara State Commissioner of Police, Mr. Lawan Ado.
Kachi had taken to social media to narrate how she was sexually harassed by the officers who labeled her a ‘yahoo girl‘ and a prostitute in Ilorin. She specifically accused one of the officers of inserting his fingers into her private parts.
The officers have reportedly been arrested and will now face investigation over the matter.
A Woman has been arrested by the police allegedly murdering her eight-year-old stepdaughter whom she later buried four meters from the entrance of her house.
According to online reports, the woman identified as Charity Banda is further alleged to have poured hot water on her husband, who is a truck driver, for insisting on taking her to the police in connection to his missing child.
Central province police commissioner, Lillian Lombe Kamukoshi, said: “She led the police to where the remains of female juvenile Musola Chansa who was killed at the age of eight on 7th December 2016, was buried in a rubbish pit in a sack after burning the body.
Scene of crime has been processed and exhumation and postmortem conducted by Dr Mumba of Kabwe. The bones revealed a perforated (broken) skull.”
Meanwhile Police Spokesperson Esther Mwaata Katongo stated that Banda admitted killing her step daughter. She said: “The accused person was initially picked for pouring hot water on her husband whilst he was asleep and he is admitted to UTH. .
All started when the husband came to check on the family and inquired about his daughter whom he had not seen since December, 2016.
She is detained in Police custody charged with murder and will soon be slapped with another charge after police officers establish the gravity of injuries suffered by the husband.”
The accused person who was a step mother to the girl claimed to have taken the girl to a boarding school.
Whenever the husband visited, she pretended the girl was in school. The accused only revealed, after she was apprehended, that she killed her step daughter by hitting her head against the wall.
This is savagery at its peak y’all!!! So because a neighbour of this lady refused to pay his electrical bill but always puts on his generator every time, she decided to play a fast one on him!
According to her, she poured salt inside the fuel tank of his generator – unknown to the gentleman, upon returning from work, he decided to put on his gen but had a mechanical fault instead.
His generator broke down and so, he and his evil neighbour will be left in darkness leaving the latter justified.
Controversial prophet and leader of Remnant Pentecostal Church, Patrick Phillip Mugadza had prophesied that President Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe will die today, October 17, 2017, but now has made a surprise u-turn.
It was sometime in January the prophet said in a statement that the President will die on the 17th of October 2017. According to him, he said God told him on the 26th of December 2016, while he was praying that the 92-year-old president, who has been ruling for over 30 years, was not going to see the end of 2017.
The controversial prophet was subsequently arrested and jailed for 55 days for his prophecy. He later issued another statement telling the President that he misunderstood him as he said President Mugabe would only die if he doesn’t turn to God.
His lawyer told the BBC that his client had initially been charged with undermining the authority of the president, then “criminal nuisance” and finally “insulting people of a certain race or religion”.
“He’s admitting to the facts. He says he didn’t lie – that’s a message from God. Police will have to prove God didn’t say it,” the lawyer said.
Now, the prophet has claimed he received a fresh message from God postponing President Mugabe’s death until a later unspecified date.
“About three days ago, I received word from God saying the death of President Mugabe has been postponed to a later date which is not specified,” Pastor Mugadza told Bulawayo 24.
A South Africa user, Phetsogo has declared that he cannot wait for his parents to die, perhaps in a car accident, so he can inherit their properties, which includes his dad’s 4 cars and his mom’s 2 cars.
In a tweet which has since gone viral on Twitter, the unidentified guy said: “I’m the only child, i can’t wait for my parents to die so i can inherit everything. My dad has 4 cars and mom 2”
Since his tweet went viral, social media users have commented on it, and wondered how someone whose parent nurtured for years, would wish death upon them.
“A condom would have saved us all from this tweet”, tweeted a user, who was obviously disgusted by Phetsogo’s tweet. “He is a product of bad sex”, another user added.
“Did it ever cross your mind that your father might have other children outside his marriage to your mother? RSA law entitles them to a share”, a tweeter tweeted.
Another reply reads: “And you wonder why you’re the only child, they did not want to multiply the stupidity, you are a bunch of stupid, 3 in 1.”
Not moved by all of this, Phetsogo stood his ground and said eveyone was just jealous his parents are rich!

Last week, a video showing a man get beaten up by thugs and shoved into a car boot, for having an affair with a married woman in Edo State went viral.
The man identified as Ese Idehen was brutally beaten up by thugs hired by a police Sergeant with Edo State Special Anti Robbery Squad, Nagbama Osakpamwan Eboigbe.
Counsel to Ese Idehen, Barrister Jefferson Uwughoren revealed that the father of his client died this morning days after he developed HBP from watching videos of his son being battered.
“Arising from the brutal and shocking beatings Mr Ese Idehen received and suffered in the hands of his abductors , few days ago,his father who watched videos of the abduction and assault developed High Blood Pressure. He was this morning rushed to UBTH where he died few minutes ago. I spoke with the old man ,a retired soldier and his wife just this morning.” he said.
Idehen was caught by the thugs at a drinking bar along Muritala Mohammed Way in Benin City. In the video which has gone viral, Ese is shown being beaten up, his cloth torn and forced into the booth of a car.
Another video showed him confessing to sleeping with Smally’s wife only once before he knew she was a married woman.
Uwughoren had petitioned the State Commissioner of Police, Haliru Gwandu, that his client was abducted and forced to confess to things he didn’t do. Jefferson described the action of the police sergeant popular called Smally, as “brazen impunity by lawless policeman”
“The marriage fell apart in the last nine months. The guy procured services of thugs to adopt and take him to a place at night. We have written a petition to the police to investigate the criminal act. The woman had come out to deny that the boy did not sleep with her. They forced the boy to admit what he did not do. His abductors stole his money and other personal items and later dumped him still blindfolded at about 11pm closed to Ebenezer Primary School, Ihama Road, GRA , Benin City. This unacceptable and brazen abuse of power by Mr Eboigbe aka Smally is very unfortunate and we shall ensure ,within the limits of the Law , that he is brought to book and made to answer for his illegal actions. It’s a promise.” he added.
Meanwhile, he further disclosed that following their Petition and Complaints of brazen abuse of power criminal abduction, assault and battery, Sergeant Eboigbe (pictured) has been arrested.

“Brazen Impunity By a Lawless Policeman in Benin City.
Please be informed that the trending online video of the brazen abduction and battery of a young man in Benin City is now subject of a Criminal Investigation in Edo State.
The victim of the abduction and battery deny every allegation of amorous impropriety made in the said video.
The fact of the matter is as briefly stated here under. On Monday, 9th October, 2017, one Mr Nagbama Osakpamwan Eboigbe , A.K.A Smally, a Sergeant attached to the Special Anti Robbery Squad ( SARS), with an online history of acrimonious separation from his ex wife, attacked Mr Ese Idehen who he falsely accused of dating his ex wife with the assistance of over eight thugs specially hired for the purpose.
Mr Ese Idehen was beaten , dragged and locked up in a cell in Ugbor Police Station, GRA , Benin City. He was released the following day without any Statement obtained from him or bail application on the Order of The DPO who frowned at the brazen abuse of office and illegal detention without his approval.
He thereafter warned the rampaging Police Sergeant to desist from using his Station to perpetuate illegalities and injustice. Mr Nagbama Osakpamwan Eboigbe claimed that he has spent millions in contracting his failed marriage and wanted compensation. The parties were asked to leave the Station and maintain peace.
Seemingly frustrated and unable to use the Police to perfect his illegal plans, on Thursday 12th October, 2017, at about 6pm the said Mr Eboigbe AKA Smally leading over 10 thugs and armed with assorted weapons including a Beretta Pistol stormed where Mr Ese Idehen was drinking on MM Way, Benin City with his friends, seized him, beat him up and bundled him into his personal Toyota Highlander Jeep with registration number AYB 518 FQ and drove off with him to unknown destination.
Mr Idehen was blindfolded and severely beaten with assorted cudgels.
In a video released by his abductors, later that night, Mr Idehen was shown being beaten, interrogated and forced to admit all sort of wrongful conducts he was incapable of doing.
He herewith deny every allegation of amorous impropriety and challenges Mr Nagbama Osakpamwan Eboigbe aka Smally to show proof .
His abductors stole his money and other personal items and later dumped him still blindfolded at about 11pm closed to Ebenezer Primary School, Ihama Road, GRA , Benin City..

According to multiple online reports, including a Facebook post by Kay Ini SamNgbor, 93-year-old Sen. Cyrus Nunieh, a second republic lawmaker and President of Bori State Movement, got married in style to his lovely heartthrob, Miss Ijeoma in Rivers state earlier today.
The nonagenarian is said to be the first lawyer in Ogoni land. The wedding reception is ongoing at the Hotel Presidential in Port-Harcourt, Rivers state capital.
Reports also have it that he is actually 87 and not 93, whatever the case may be, he’s an old man who’s found love and one shouldn’t be anything but happy for him!

New photos making the rounds online show primary school children flying over their schools’ fences so they can escape vaccination given to them by soldiers in Rivers state.
The pupils can be seen jumping through their school fence into the waiting area of their parents and guardians.
Meanwhile, the Rivers State Government stated that it did not authorize the Nigeria Army or indeed any other body or person to enter into school premises to administer forced medication or vaccination on any child in any school in Rivers State.
“Inoculation is personal and consent of the Rivers State Government and parents must first be sought and obtained before it can be administered on any school child in a school premises. Consequently, all school heads and parents should resist any such attempt,” said Emma Okah, the Commissioner for Information and Communications.
“Furthermore, the State Government has set up a Task Force to ensure that no school premises is violated in the State for the purpose of imunising any child.
“We appeal to members of the public to remain calm and return their kids to school as RSG will continue to ensure their peace and security.
“Meanwhile the State Government has ordered the arrest of anyone attempting to vaccinate any child in any school premises in Rivers State.”

The Katsina state police command has arrested a 50-year-old man, Abdullahi Sani for allegedly raping a three-year -old girl to death in Jabiri, Funtua local government area of Katsina State.
Spokesperson for the state’s police Command, DSP Gambo Isah, confirming the sad incident said the suspect Sani lured the child to an uncompleted building and raped her.
The child was rushed to teh hospital but gave up the ghost the following day.
“Katsina state Command wishes to inform the general public that on 12 /10 /2017 at about 15 :00 hrs, it has succeeded and arrested one Abdullahi Sani alias MAI ’AYA aged 50 yrs ‘m ’ of Jabiri area , Funtua LGA of Katsina state who raped a 3 yrs old Umma Ibrahim of the same address” the statement reads.
“Suspect lured the little girl into an uncompleted building and forcefully had carnal knowledge of her . She was rushed to Funtua General Hospital and later died on 13 /10 /2017 at about 10 :30 hrs due to the injuries she sustained as a result of the rape. Suspect confessed to the crime while investigation is still ongoing into the case”
2 of Davido’s friends and his driver are reportedly still behind bars for their allegedl involvement in the death of 35-year-old Tagbo Umeike.
The boys, Agbaje Olaoye and Idris Busari, were detained after Davido brought them to the station to see the commissioner of Police in Ikeja, last week. They were arrested for abandoning Tagbo at the hospital on October 2nd.
Inside sources according to LIB claim two more persons have also been arrested in connection with the incident. They are all at Panti.
Nigerian actress and OAP, Omotunde Adebowale aka Lolo1 in a recent interview with Hip TV has disclosed that most Nigerian songs of this age have no meaning.
She revealed that 97% of the present music we listen to in Nigeria at the moment has no meaning using Olamide‘s ‘WO’ as an example and added that they are not children-friendly.
