A Muslim Cleric, alongside one other person, were allegedly aprpehended yesterday, Wednesday, while they were trying to use a lady for rituals.
This happened at Olorunda Local council development area in Badagry, Lagos State.
The lady who is said to be from Ibadan, Oyo state capital luckily survived the ritual attempt, according to Abbey Peterz… Below is what he shared on Facebook;

Please I am a lady of virtues and proper understanding. I schooled in UK for 12 years. I must say, buying gala and groundnut is so low and razz for a lady. I can never do so, my parents never raised a tout.
Please don’t encourage ladies to do so. The guy who spoke his mind is being insulted on your blog. He didn’t do anything wrong. If you want to eat Gala/sausages I believe you should have a plate or fork and knife. As for groundnut as dustbin should be far by and not litter the car.
If that lady isn’t interested in the guy anymore, since you asked her to unfollow the blog. I am interested in him. Myself and the guy are on the same level and we have the same thinking.
Don’t get me wrong. I don’t think eating Gala is razz. But eating Gala in the car is for local people who aren’t exposed to Western life. Maybe in the hinterlands. Ikorodu, mowe, Berger. Please ask her to mail his contact. I have my own money. I’m expecting shallow comments.

Music mogul, 2Baba and his lovely wife, actress, Annie Idibia, have made an abundant donation to the Benue flood victims – the lovely couple arrived at the internally displaced people’s camp on Tuesday.
The artist pledged 60% of his music proceeds to helping about 110,000 people who have been affected by the recent floods in Benue. He arrived the camp with trucks filled with various relief materials such as noodles, rice, yams, water, amongst others.
The veteran artist is also considering holding a big concert to gather more money and materials to help the victims.
“The gesture is aimed at giving hope to the displaced persons and to ameliorate their hardship,” he said.
He also assured the people that this was just the beginning and that he was willing to do more for them.
“But I will wait to see how far our efforts and intervention of government go for some time,”
“More materials are coming on Sunday, but these are my people and I am deeply concerned by what is going on.”
Wife of the governor of Benue state, Mrs Eunice Ortom, thanked the couple for their donations. She commented that she was proud of all the humanitarian effort he has been putting up around the world.
The Benue flood has affected over 46,000 homes and has made over 110,000 people internally displaced. The IDP camp, built in an international market downtown Makurdi, has been the shelter of the people since the flood.
Spanish La Liga president, Javier Tebas has yet again, attacked Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester City over this summer’s outrageous transfer fees on players.
The La Liga president has accused both clubs of “financial doping,” saying Neymar and PSG were “peeing” in the “swimming pool” after the striker completed a world-record €222 million move from Barcelona to the French club, ESPN reports.
Speaking in Manchester at the Soccerex conference, Tebas implied that PSG mocked UEFA’s financial fair play (FFP) regulations by completing Neymar’s deal and the loan of Kylian Mbappe from Monaco, which will be officially sealed for €180m in a permanent deal next summer.
Tebas said:
“PSG are laughing at FFP, aren’t they? What we have done is caught them peeing in the bed, or the swimming pool. Neymar’s gone on the diving board and now he’s peed. We cannot accept this.
“This is when the football clubs have competitive advantage not coming from the club itself. PSG and Manchester City and in the past from Chelsea.”
“They have not said they will never have one,” Tebas said. “We still have hope. They [UEFA] have created the financial fair play rules and we think these rules have been infringed.
“We believed UEFA need to carry out investigations. We believed the EU need to investigate, too. We are not hiding what we want to do.
“It’s not that I don’t like PSG. If Neymar had gone to Man United, it wouldn’t have been as important to take this to the courts. They are not financial doping.
“What happens when this money coming into PSG and Man City comes into European football, there is an inflation of salaries and transfer fees. This is what we need to talk about.”
ESPN reports that Tebas requested to UEFA last month that both PSG and Manchester City be investigated for benefiting from “state-aid” from Qatar and Abu Dhabi respectively.
Last week, a formal investigation into the multi-million-pound transfer window spending of Paris Saint- Germain was announced, but UEFA confirmed this week that no investigation is being carried out on Manchester City.
According to UEFA, the investigation will analyse “the compliance of the club with the break-even requirement, particularly in light of its recent transfer activity”.

The Police are on a manhunt for a 32-year-old woman with the name, Jariyaporn “Nammon” Buayai who married at least twelve men over the past six years and fled with the dowry cash each time.
The dowry range from THB200,000 to THB500,000 (about US$6,000-US$15,000) per wedding.
One of the victims, Prasarn Tiamyam, 32, filed a report at the Crime Suppression Division in Monday against “ex-wife” Jariyaporn “Nammon” Buayai, who allegedly cheated him of a THB200,000 dowry four days after their wedding at a seaside resort in Prachuap Khiri Khan province.
After a post that went viral on social media which warned Thai men to look out for the dowry scanner and marriage con artist, Prasarn, who is now remarried, came forward to the police after finding out his past marriage was a lie.
Speaking to the press, Prasan stated that he got to know Nammon when she added him on Facebook in February of 2015. After only nine months, he agreed to marry her because she said she was pregnant.
During their relationship, Prasarn said that Nammon refused to let him meet her parents. Only four days after their wedding, Nammon told him that she had to deal with their fruit business in Nong Khai province and left.
Soon after, Prasarn could no longer contact her. Instead, he received a call from a woman who claimed to be Nammon’s niece. She told him that Nammon lost the baby and Prasarn should not contact her again.
Prasarn only realized he had been duped when Nammon’s story was posted on social media recently.
Meanwhile, another man, who declined to be named, told Laid-off told that he also met Nammon on Facebook and was allegedly cheated of THB500,000 in dowry in February of this year. After he transferred the money to her bank account, Nammon simply said it wasn’t a good time for her to be married because of a “bad horoscope.”
Citing another victim, only identified as “Wichit,” Morning News reported that this groom has been in touch with seven other men who were duped by this woman.
Wichit said their stories are similar. Nammon added all of them on Facebook, had sex with them right away after their meet-up, and lied about being pregnant.
According to an August 30 viral Facebook post, about Nammon, she got married approximately once a week in August, to five different men.
On Monday, police in the northern Leoi prince visited the house of Nammon’s parents in Wang Sapung district, only to find out her parents also fled.
The police only found Nammon’s older sister, who said she has already cut ties with Nammon because her little sister never returned THB10,000 (about USD300) that she borrowed.
The older sister, who was not named, pled via media for Nammon to turn herself in, adding that she was very worried about their parents.
On Tuesday, celebrity lawyer Songkran Achariyasap led seven of the 12 victims of runaway bride to file a police complaint at the Crime Suppression Division. Each victim lost money and assets, ranging from THB50,000 to THB1.2 million, Bangkok Biz News reported. (7 of the victims pictured)
The story of Jariyaporn, also referred to by nicknames including “Nammon” and “Porn,” has just gotten more intense. It was discovered she started marrying men for dowries in 2011, with weddings were held all over Thailand, from Yasothon to Udon Thani, Pathum Thani ??? Prachuap Khiri Khan. At all weddings, her parents also attended, seemingly endorsing her deceit.
Songkran said that all victims’ stories were similar. It all started with Facebook chats that led to real dates. Then Jariyaporn asked the men to invest in her fruit business and marry her. But a few days after the wedding, she would tell the man that she needs to go away to deal with the fruit business and disappear.
One of the victims, Pirat Puengsuk, 28, lost THB180,000 in dowry money and a Toyota pickup truck. The financial cost of the damage totaled THB1.2 million.
Pirat said he got to know Jariyaporn in April of this year on Facebook. After just two months, he decided to marry her and paid THB180,000 in dowry.
Pirat said he admired Jariyaporn because she always sent photos of herself working in the fruit business. Therefore, he quickly decided to quit his job as a transport driver to work with her and build their future together.
“She demanded that I marry her before investing in the business together because it was her family’s tradition. If we weren’t married, we couldn’t do business together,” said Pirat.
Pirat said he trusted her with all his heart, but just one day after the wedding, she borrowed his truck to pick up fruit in another province and disappeared with the vehicle.
“I’m so hurt by what happened. I want her to redeem herself and not do this to other people,” he said.

The recent flood disaster in Benue State has paved way for sex-crazed persons to have fun at the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) set up to cater for victims.
DAILY POST exclusively gathered that the romp has become rampant in the IDP camp within the last one week.
Our reporter, who was at the IDP camp during the weekend, discovered that despite the conducive environment, some people are engaging in sexual intercourse right in the camp.
Packs of used condoms and a blood-stained pant were seen.
One of the IDPs, who spoke on the condition of anonymity, alleged that some individuals troop into the camp at night in the name of bringing relief materials to the flood victims but end up ‘bedding’ some of the homeless female victims.
He said aside the visitors, men and women within the camp also engage in sexual escapade.
A mother of three, who gave her name as Rose told this reporter that a particular man she identified as Famous always come to the camp at night and go out with some of the girls.
“This is what we have been facing here within the last one week. They have turned the camp to a sex haven.
“In fact, there is this particular man who calls himself Famous, each time he comes here, he stays till late night.
“Sometimes, he ends up going out with some of the girls, whom he claims are his relatives”, she said.
Asked if she had reported to the emergency officials, Mrs. Rose said, “It is not my business to do that. If the girls agree with him, who am I to stop them?”
An official of the Benue State Emergency Management Agency, who said they have no right to stop any legally married couple from making love.
“It is not part of our duty to stop anyone from having sex. We have not heard of any rape case so far, so I can’t speak on people having sex.
“Don’t forget we have married people in this camp. We can only advise them to avoid it for the meantime,” the official who declined to be named told DAILY POST.
When informed that some packs on condoms and blood-stained pant were seen in the camp, she angrily replied thus: “nobody has complained to us about this. I am just hearing this for the first time.”
“If you see condoms and blood-stained pant, then I have no idea of how they got in here. Excuse, I am busy now.”
When contacted, the Benue State Police PRO, Mosesw Yamu, said he is not aware of the development.
“Was anybody raped? I was in the camp today and I didn’t see such. Such things are better seen and not heard.
“These are pictures and subject to verification, besides, nobody reported any case of rape or any form of sexual abuse in the camp,” he said.

Former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar has disclosed that Nigeria’s recession will come to an end only when poor Nigerian citizens begin to eat three square meals daily.

A robbery suspect, Azeez Folarin, has narrated how his house furnished with the proceeds of crime was burgled in Ibadan and the items carted away by robbers who apparently had no respect for one of their own.

The Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, has said the Buhari Administration is working and the results are showing in the various sectors of the economy.
The Minister who stated this at the 4th Annual Conference of the Association of Communication Scholars and Professionals of Nigeria (ACSPN) in Kano on Wednesday, noted that pulling Nigeria out of recession was not by accident.
“Taking Nigeria out of recession did not happen by accident. It is the culmination of months of hard work by the Administration and Fidelity to its well-articulated economic policies, especially the Strategic Implementation Economic Recovery (2016) and the Growth Plan (ERGP) that was launched on 5th April, 2017,” he said.
“To naysayers, these positive developments do not constitute news. That’s why they make up their own fake news, and engage in disinformation and hate speech.
They believe that by seeking to overwhelm the polity with fake news, disinformation and hate speech, they can easily obliterate the glaring achievements of the Buhari Administration. We must not allow them to dominate the media space,” he said
Aisha Alhassan, minister of women affairs, says she will support Atiku Abubakar, former vice-president, if he decides to run for office in 2019. In a video which went viral on Wednesday, the minister declared support for the former vice-president.
Her action sparked condemnation, particularly among supporters of APC. But in an interview with the BBC Hausa, Alhassan described Abubakar as her godfather, saying she does not mind losing her job for supporting the former number two citizen.
“Atiku is my godfather even before I joined politics. And again, Baba Buhari did not tell us that he is going to run in 2019,” she said.

NEMA has received another batch of 121 stranded Nigerians in Libya who have been assisted by IMO after each of the returnees have individually expressed interest to voluntarily return to Nigeria.

She said she paid N662,000 before she was taken out by a trafficker called Burger, and vowed that she will collect her money from Kemi who is her trafficker, as she came back. She narrated that many Nigerians are suffering same fate.
On her part, Iyabo Abiola from Oyo State, lamented falling victim to the deceitful talks of the traffickers who deceived her with a promise of $4,000 a month and she vowed that she would expose the trafficker usually called Burger.
Controversial Enugu-based Catholic Priest, Rev Fr Ejike Mbaka has predicted what will likely happen should agitators succeed in their push for the actualisation of Biafra.
Mbaka said he was convinced that fault lines between different Igbo communities would arise if Biafra ever became a reality.
The priest made this prediction while addressing a cross section of Igbos in East London, on Tuesday.
According to Mbaka,
“If you think we have trouble in Nigeria now, we will see trouble in Biafra.
“No Anambra man would let an Enugu man be president, no Imo man would let an Abakaliki man be president”.
Mbaka also faulted claims that the South East is being marginalised.
Citing the immediate past administration of ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, the controversial priest said an Igbo was Finance Minister, Central Bank governor, and so on.
Mbaka also noted that those whom the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu have been able to influence into agitating for Biafra are “the children of the poor,” who are not thinking properly about the implications of secession.
He insisted Biafra agitators were being deceived by Kanu.
Yesterday, a Lady called out Domino’s pizza after she reportedly suffered food poisoning she claimed came from the pizza she ate, which was ordered at the Lekki’s branch of Dominos’.
Apparently, the pizza company has issued a statement, addressing the issue, they tag as “slander and character defamation”.

Nigerian rapper, M.I. abaga sat down with Pulse Nigeria, and he spoke about diverse issues affecting the Nigerian music industry, and he talked about the direction of his music.
The hours-long interview got to the part where M.I talked about the aspect of financing in the Nigerian music business and surprisingly, the rapper had good words to say about internet fraudsters, who he claims have been filling the gap by financing artistes, in the absence of corporate sponsors and brands.

The Non-Academic Staff Union of Universities (NASU), National Association of Academic Technologists (NAAT) and the Senior Staff Association of Nigerian Universities (SSANU), have declared an indefinite strike starting on Monday, September 11th.
The Chairman of Joint Action Committee of the associations who doubles as the President of SSANU, Samson Ugwoke, announced the commencement of the strike action at a press conference in Abuja today September 6th, two weeks after ASUU declared its indefinite strike.
He said:
“During the strike, there shall be no provision of services, no matter how skeletal. Concessions shall not be granted while all our members are to stay at home till further notice, unless as directed by JAC through their respective presidents.”
The 10 issues in contention are non-payment of earned allowance, lack of good governance, poor funding as against UNESCO recommendation, inadequate infrastructure in universities and abandoned projects, shortfall in payment of salaries.
Others include university staff school: NIC judgment implementation, non- registration of NUPEMCO, non-implementation of CONTISS 14 AND 15 for technologists, problem of lack of adequate teaching and learning facilities in the universities, corruption in the university system, lack of serious renegotiation of the 2009 FGN/university unions agreements and usurpation of headship of non-teaching units by academic staff.
Stephanie Linus in a condolence message to veteran actress and evangelist, Eucharia Anunobi, who lost her only child to complication from sickle cell Anemia has said everyone in Nollywood, were all in tears.

“My sister, at this time it’s only God that console and give you peace. Please kindly extended your condolences to @euchariaanunobi who just laid her son to rest. We were all in tears yesterday, words cannot express how we feel but I know that God will uphold and keep you. Stay strong and be brave. Love you always.”
Meanwhile, the actress, also spoke in tongues while while praying for Eucharia Anunobi and we all certainly didn’t see that coming.
From the video making rounds on social media, the prayer session was held at the burial ceremony of Eucharia Anunobi’s only son, Raymond, who passed on days ago.
At the burial ceremony, Stephanie Okereke, while praying, declared that Anunobi will have another child. It was during this passionate prayer that she broke out tongues.

Then, an “agbaya”, felt the need to “declare his love”, for the underage girl, in the comment section, writing: “Will u be my love?”
Her mother, Ayobola immediately, spotted the comment and cautioned him quickly. She wrote in reaction:
“This is her Mum. She’s an 11 year old child. Please don’t write such comments to her or on anywhere on her page.”
