This 19-year-old boy from Gabon made a desperate attempt to be smuggled into Spain by curling up inside a suitcase.
A Moroccan woman has been arrested after the Gabon national was found stashed away inside the case in Cueta, a Spanish enclave next to Morocco in north Africa.
It comes as more than 1,100 desperate migrants stormed a border fence just hours into 2017 in an attempt to reach the Spanish territory.
Mirror UK reports they were trying to cross into the Spanish enclave but were met with a tall barbed wire fence and dozens of police.

A knockout (banger, fire cracker) thrown towards the Temidayo Central Mosque brought down an electric cable that killed the Olabisi Onabanjo university student.
According to Facebook user, Ajetunmobi Ridwan Olawale, the people who threw the knockout were only celebrating, little did they know that they’d bring an end to someone’s life.

Drunk Policeman Allegedly Brutalizes Man With Rifle At First Bank In Uyo. (Photos)
Harta Whodohmar, the victim of the brutality, shared the photos from his hospital bed, revealing that a drunk policeman came and assaulted him with his firearm after he went to the bank to deposit money.
He wrote:
On the 21st of December 2016, I went to First Bank Abak road to deposit some money. On coming out from the banking hall, the security had blocked the main entrance.
I requested that they should open the gate so I can drive out to meet up with Keystone Bank before they close for the day.
The drunk mobile policeman came to the scene and enquired to know what is going on, I responded by telling him to ask the security.
Angrily he pushed me out and came after me with his riffle, hit my head with the riffle
and ran along with passersby. everyone abandoned me me only for a friend to rush me to the hospital.

Assistant Commissioner Of Police In Edo Commits Suicide.
An Assistant Commissioner of Police, identified as one Christopher Osakue, has reportedly committed suicide in Benin, the Edo State capital.
Late Osakue allegedly shot himself in the head with his service pistol in his residence located on Upper Sokponba on Wednesday after sending a woman and little boy living with him on an errand.
It was also learnt that he did not leave any suicide note behind.
The late police officer was said to be in charge of training and development at the state police command after his recent posting from Ondo State.
The ACP had earlier suffered a partial stroke a few years back and was gradually recovering from it before the incident occurred.
A source in the area disclosed that a gunshot from the residence of the deceased was heard at about 5pm on December 28. The source said,
“A neighbour said she heard a gunshot inside the ACP’s residence about 5pm that fateful Wednesday. “She added that after the sound of the gun, a frightening silence engulfed the entire building.”
Security operatives from the Ugbekun police division were said to have later stormed his residence. It was further learnt that the late Osakue had played host to some youths in his area last Christmas.
The Commissioner of Police, Haliru Gwandu, described the senior police officer’s death as a case of suicide.
Gwandu also explained that the pistol which he allegedly used to commit the act was signed for at the Ondo State Police command before he was posted to Edo.
Pilot Suspended For Trying To Fly Plane With 154 Passengers While Drunk! (Photos)
A pilot has been suspended after turning up allegedly drunk for work before trying to fly a plane carrying more than 150 passengers.
CCTV footage of the moment the Indonesian pilot tried to pass through airport security acting intoxicated has emerged online. Press play to watch it below.
The footage of the pilot, who has been reportedly been identified as Capt. Tekad Purna, shows the man repeatedly dropping his things all over the floor and dramatically swaying as staff attempt to help him.
As the man arrives at the checkpoint wearing dark sunglasses, he drops his hat on the floor. He then dumps his bag on the conveyor belt before walking through the body scanner.
As he goes to collect his bag, swaying as he does so, it tips upside down and his belongings fall on the floor. As the security staff try and help by gathering together his things, the man also drops his sunglasses, which appear to break.
After staff hand him his glasses the man walks off holding them in his mouth.
Reports suggest the pilot made it all the way to the cockpit of the CityLink plane, a budget Indonesian airline and subsidiary of national airline Garuda Indonesia, before his condition was noticed.
The 154 passengers on the plane staged a walk out when the pilot made an incoherent announcement over the tannoy system, with nine of them cancelling their flights, according to the Transportation Ministry’s report.
The pilot was removed from the aircraft and replaced with another before the plane departed from Juanda International Airport in Surabaya, East Java, and flew to Soekarno Hatta International Airport in Jakarta.
The pilot has since been suspended and will undergo a full medical test, although Citilink stated that the pilot’s initial drug and alcohol tests came up negative, Mirror UK reports.

“Why I was removed from office in 1985” – President Buhari
President Mohammadu Buhari has revealed that world powers engineered his removal as Nigeria’s Military Head of State.
Buhari previously served as the nation’s Head of State from 31 December 1983 to 27 August 1985, after taking power in a military coup d’état.
He made the disclosure while speaking when he was hosted to a Guards Brigade Regimental Dinner by the Nigerian Army on Friday night in Abuja.
The president recalled how his refusal to adhere to an advice from the IMF, World Bank to devalue the naira and increase prices of fuel and flour, as a military Head of State, led to his removal.
He said: “I refused and gave my reasons and the next thing I knew I was removed and detained for three and half years.”
Buhari therefore, stated that he was conversant with the problems of the military having spent over 25 years in the service.
“As a civilian president I will do my best and I’m telling you all these because you are part of the leadership of this great country and God willing we will remain great,” he added.
