According to a report by Faith Irabor News Room, the two are seriously into one another and have been keeping their affair close themselves and few family members.
In one of the Laura’s 2,499 pictures on Instagram, she posted a picture of herself and Ogbonna having an early morning jog in far away United States of America, where she had gone to visit her sister.
Though Ogbonna, who works closely with his brother, Kanu Nwankwo, has two kids from a previous relationship that went sour, he’s said to be head over heels in love with Laura, who also doubles as a blogger.

A horny teacher has been caught red-handed after video of him having se,x with a female student in the school toilet went viral online.
An Umlazi High School teacher in South Africa has been suspended pending investigations after a video of him engaged in s*x with a matric student went viral on social media, iMzansi reports.
The randy teacher was secretly filmed by a student as he had s*x with the female student in the school toilet.
The 2 minute long clip shows the teacher sitting on the toilet seat with the grade 12 student on top enjoying.
The incident allegedly occurred in the male toilets. An eye witness said : “These two have been an item for long now with the maths teacher, and she passes every test. Now we know how.’.
Another eye witness said: ‘Kodwa he is married, she is happy being side bae. Everyone knows he is promiscuous.”
Student teacher relationship is prohibited and if convicted, the teacher might lose his teaching post. The principal of the said school refused to comment saying this was an internal matter.
A 59-year-old physically challenged man, Mr Olaiya Adeagbo, has pleaded with an Igando Customary Court in Lagos to dissolve his 23-year-old marriage, accusing his wife of infidelity.
He told the court on Monday that that his wife with whom he had four children, was having an affair with his neighbour.
“I always received a tip-off from our neighbours that my wife is having an affair with one of our neighbours who was a bachelor.
“That fateful day, I came back home earlier and could not find her in our room, two of my neighbours told me that they sighted her when she sneaked into her lover’s room.
“I went to knock on his door but he refused to open after hearing my voice.
“I continued knocking and he later opened his door, and I saw my wife hiding behind his door sweating and panting, I greeted her and left.
“After some days, her lover died and my wife disappeared from the house without taking anything and refused to come back.
“My wife later went to marry another man, who also died after some months of their marriage,” he said.
The petitioner also told the court that his wife fights a lot with their neighbours.
“My wife fights a lot, she fought with our pregnant neighbour but the woman died the following morning.
“Every house we rented, we are always evicted because of her frequent fighting with me and neighbours; she once stabbed me with a knife” he said.
He urged the court to terminate the marriage as his life was not safe and that he was no longer interested in the union.
In her submission, the wife, Mrs Taiwo Adeagbo, 46, also accused her husband of committing adultery.
She told the court that man her husband saw her with was her benefactor not her lover.
“I am not having any affair with that our neighbour, he was only my benefactor who always meet my needs as my husband is not responsible, but unfortunately he is no more.” she said.
The mother of four, said her husband had at one point eloped with her best friend.
“My husband always bring home different women claiming they have one problem or another; he once ran away with my best friend to unknown destination for three-months,” she added.
She begged the court to grant her husband’s wish and terminate the marriage as she too was no longer interested in the union.
The President of the court, Mr Adegboyega Omilola, after listening to the couple, adjourned the case to May 10 for further hearing.
This picture of a University of Lagos student has been declared missing since Thursday after he went out a night of enjoyment and hasn’t returned.
A student of the University of Lagos identified as Oreoluwa Sokan has been declared missing by the police after family members hinted that he has not returned home since Thursday with his whereabouts unknown.
It was gathered that the student went missing after partying at a night club on Thursday. Anybody with useful information as to his whereabouts can contact the nearest police station.
A mother and her daughter have made history by graduating with degrees in Pharmacy in the same year from the same institution.
Nozibele Mpanga, a 56-year old traditional healer, and her 29-year-old daughter Nolindo were awarded their degrees at the University of the Western Cape.
The mother had decided to go back to school at the age of 56, inspiring her daughter to add another feather to her cap.
Nozibele started studying in 2011, after she was diagnosed with cancer and was healed. She’d been fascinated by the idea of combining her gifts as a traditional healer and modern medicine.
Nozibele says:
“I have always had the gift of healing and became a traditional healer at age 11.
“In Xhosa, you are a pharmacist because you can pick herbs and administer them but I wanted to also understand the science behind it.
“I had cancer of the oesophagus in 2011 and it was in the third stages and was malignant but I healed and I believe it was because of my faith and of course the medicine.”
Nollywood actor, Ernest Asuzu, and his wife, Jennifer, in this interview with Spice, speak about their seven-year-old marriage. See excerpts below:
How and when did you meet your wife? Ernest: I met my wife in Calabar some years ago, when I went to shoot a video. As soon as we met, I told her she would be my wife. I requested for her telephone number and afterwards, we spoke on the phone. Thereafter, we began to meet on a timely basis before we began to date and later got married.
What was her response when you told her she would be your wife? Ernest: She only laughed, which was expected of her as a woman. However, she was not difficult to relate with.
What was your reaction when he said he would marry you? Jennifer: I just laughed it off. It was absurd meeting someone for the first time and telling her she would be your wife. Nevertheless, we started communicating and seeing each other regularly.
What was the attraction? Jennifer: What really got me attracted to him was that I found him to be a God-fearing individual. He always talked about God and that prompted me to know more about him. He turned out to be a nice person. He was different from what people were used to seeing in movies.
How long did you date for before you got married?
Ernest: We dated for a long time, but we got married in 2009. I proposed to her around that period and we got married.
Did her parents object to the relationship based on the bad boy roles you played in movies? Ernest: Her mum passed away before we met, so I met with only her father. He welcomed me nicely and I told him I came to marry his daughter. He saw me as a nice person and after we discussed, he asked me to bring my family to meet with theirs.
What were some of initial challenges you faced when you got married to each other? Jennifer: The main challenge I had was that he was not always available. He was always travelling around for his job and shooting videos, but I held on to God. We also spoke all the time and that kept me going.
How would you describe the bond that exists between the two of you? Jennifer: We met and fell in love naturally like any man and woman would.
Is your marriage perfect? Jennifer: A marriage can never be perfect; it is only God that can make it work. We also disagree and argue like every other couple. At the end of the day, we learn from our mistakes and move on. This helps us to reach an agreement.
What kind of man is your husband? Jennifer: He plays the role of a father, husband and brother. One amazing thing about him is that he has the heart of a child; he does not have a heart of stone. He might seem tough when he talks, but he is not really that way.
What are some of the things you do to get each other angry?
Ernest: She has some principles that I find rather uncomfortable and they do not go down well with me. However, we always try to find a balance and make everything work.
Jennifer: He likes to throw things in various random directions in his room. He likes a lot of clothes, shoes and caps which he never places in their correct positions. He only returns them to their rightful positions after we might have argued about it. Disturbing him whenever he is listening to music can also lead to arguments. Aside from these, he is a nice person.
How do you make up when you have misunderstandings? Jennifer: Discussing issues helps us to settle our differences. One thing about marriage is that when you involve a third party to settle your issues, they would destroy your marriage. All you have to do is understand each other, your likes, dislikes and try to balance it. That keeps our marriage going.
How were you able to build a successful marriage?
Ernest: I am a prayerful person. Whenever I encounter any issues, I pray to God and ask for solutions. When He gives me solutions, I apply them to my marriage and that works for me.
For some time now, you have not been acting. Is your wife responsible for this? Ernest: It was because I had challenges with my legs. I needed to recover fully before venturing into acting again. I am a vibrant person who likes to run around and remain very active. I need to be able to do that fully again. I will return to Nollywood when I recover completely, but right now, I am married to my faith.
What advice do you have for intending couples?
Jennifer: They should be prayerful and ensure that they are getting married to the right person else they will have problems in their marriage. They should make God the head of the family and understand each other. They should know their likes, dislikes, be able to share their views and fears with their partner. These things make a marriage healthy.
What advice do you have for celebrities who are also married?
Ernest: They should lean on God first and always do the right things. Also, they should make out time to know their spouses.
Do you both disagree over money? Jennifer: Money comes and goes. If you enjoy it while you have it, then you both have to adjust and endure when you do not have it. Personally, I do not think it should be a problem in any marriage.
Does your husband help out with chores at home? Jennifer: He is not the kind of man that wants to do domestic chores. He assists sometimes but not all the time.
How do you spend time as a couple? Jennifer: We watch music while sipping a glass of wine. But because of his health, we have not really visited a nightclub. We want him to heal completely. We also discuss the Bible and talk about God.
What was the nature of his sickness? Jennifer: He had a partial stroke, but he is getting better. In fact, his recovery is amazing and we want him to recuperate completely before he can commence any strenuous activity. We are acting according to the advice from the doctors.
Did you feel like leaving him when he was sick? Jennifer: No, I never felt that way. I knew he would get better and I trusted God too. He is my husband so I could not have left him.
What do you think of the negative stories that were written about him? Jennifer: It is really painful yet surprising. This was someone that was always beside me, so I wonder why it was reported that he died. What they could have done was to find out if any of the stories were true before they were published. How many people will I explain to that there is no iota of truth in the stories? I feel bad when they write all those things that seek to tarnish my husband’s good image.
What pet names do you call each other? Jennifer: He calls me Wifey and I call him El Cream. El Cream means El-Shaddai Christ Rules Everything Around Me.
The revelation was made by the actress in a Punch interview. When asked by Saturday Beats how it makes her feel when people ask her why she had not yet married, she said:
“I feel like a woman who is not yet married. I am a realist. I am not the kind of woman who thinks that things just come to you. . . It will come at some point. She also warned that any man who deliberately makes a woman, a single mother without standing up to his responsibilities would get his day of reckoning with God.

I would really love to raise a toast to all single mums out there. I was raised by a single mum and believe me, I know what it is for a woman to be both mum and dad to a child…. Mum raised 4 of us by being resourceful; in the day time,she worked at Nigeria Tobacco company and nighttime at NITEL(don’t know what it was called then) and in between she was a seamstress. And when a prospective affluent husband/step dad came along she refused his marriage proposal and a chance to have a life because the package he offered her didn’t include us; her children! He wanted her exclusive of us…perhaps he wanted her to drop us off at an orphanage or something like that. Of course it was no deal for mum!!! Who would accept such an offer any way?
It’s not a walk in the park for single mothers and I think every man who deliberately makes a single mother of a woman because he cannot stand up to his responsibilities deserves a special day of reckoning before God.

She has not abandoned acting
It will be very unfair for me to abandon what actually gave me the name Empress Njamah. The industry does not have an expiry date no matter what age one gets to. One can still play a role.
I grew up with legends, I learnt from Olu Jacobs, Joke Silva. My brothers are still in the industry as well. At some point, a lot of things started going on in the industry and one could not just fold hands and let these go on.
I did not take a break. At some point, I had to concentrate on my House of Empress, boutique and shoe line. The only thing is that we try to get good scripts and do business along with this. It is not about being all over the place that makes one a good actor. My foundation also takes a lot of my time.

Church members and the entire community of Christians have been left totally shocked after word circulated about a prophet’s act of sodomy.

Kennedy Kudzai Zvirawa, a self-styled Baptist church prophet in Zimbabwe allegedly sodomised a church mate after he had invited him for bogus prayer sessions before forcing another one to masturbate him and threatened them with death if they ever divulged their secret to anyone.
Prophet Zvirawa appeared before Zvishavane magistrate recently and pleaded not guilty to the charges leveled against him.
According to Zimbabwe News Online, some time in October last year, Zvirawa approached his first victim and told him that he was possessed with evil spirits so he was supposed to come to church for prayer sessions.
The complainant went to the prophet’s house where he found him in the company of other church members. At around 9:30pm Zvirawa asked the church members to go and sleep as he wanted to conduct a private prayer session with the complainant.
Zvirawa instructed the complainant to go to a certain room where he followed and ordered him to sleep in the bed that was in the room.
The prophet then switched off the lights and joined the complainant in bed. He started caressing the complainant’s thighs. The complainant asked the prophet if that is how prayers were to be conducted and he was threatened with death.
The prophet allegedly went on to remove the complainant’s pants and sodomised him. The prophet repeated the act on different occasions until the complainant’s workmate noticed a change in complainant’s behaviour.
On another day it is alleged that Zvirawa invited his second victim to his house saying he wanted to hold prayer sessions. The unsuspecting victim went to the prophet’s house and upon arrival he was instructed to caress Zvirawa’s manhood as it was part of the prayer session.
The complainant masturbated the prophet until he ejaculated and he was then ordered to go back home.
Luck ran out one day when another church member caught the prophet in the middle of his evil act. And that is when the complainant, who had already been fed up, revealed the entire incident.
In his defence Zvirawa told the court that he did not and would not do that as he was a man of the cloth.
“Your worship, I did not do anything to these men and I would never do such a thing as I am a prophet. This is just a result of politics within the church. The church recently split and these men are just sent by other church members to tarnish my image”, he said.
Magistrate Tavengwa Sangster presided over the case and Sheila Mupinga prosecuted.

A lady has made history as the first to graduate with the maximum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 4.0 at the Lagos State Polytechnic (LASPOTECH).
A Science Laboratory graduate was the cynosure of all eyes at the 24th convocation of Lagos State Polytechic last Thursday as a lady identified as Omoshalewa Adenike Babalola, made history as the first to graduate with the maximum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 4.0 at the LASPOTECH.
The school’s Rector said Omoshalewa is the first student to graduate with the maximum CGPA, adding that the school would offer her a job after her National Youth Service (NYSC).
Governor Ambode urged the graduands to be innovative and practise the entrepreneurial skills acquired from the school.
He said: “There is no gainsaying the fact that we are in a challenging time, especially the current unemployment rate. It is time to bring out your innovative and entrepreneurial skills. You must look and explore other options to engage yourselves.”
Omoshalewa, who spoke on behalf of other graduands, hailed the polytechnic staff for their guidance. She described her feat as unbelievable, saying: “I never had it so easy,” adding that group reading and hard work were the secrets of her success.
The school graduated 8,519 students. Of the number, 263 graduated with distinction.

Having now established his reputation further after the success of his smash single “For My People” featuring UK rapper Sneakbo. Maleek Berry isn’t here to play games. He returns to the scene with not one but two exhilarating songs “On Fire” and “Kontrol”, both of which was written and produced by the man himself.
“On Fire” which was premiered by The Fader magazine is an interesting fusion of trap and afro-pop melodies, the use of London “twang” and hints of distinct Yoruba can be heard throughout this masterpiece. The catchy record has an energetic hook with Berry expressing the feeling of building a buzz, moving low key and stacking “lizzy” which is a UK slang term for 50 pound notes. “On Fire” is definitely set to cause some heat in the clubs and introduce listeners to Maleek’s extensive musical ear.
As if that wasn’t enough Maleek invites his fans to celebrate his originality and artistic expression with “Kontrol”, an afropop, party starter. The hype, melodic record exhibits Berry showing off the impact his roots have always had on his music, with sonic and melodic influences from Nigeria and Ghana, the right formula to make you dance with “Kontrol”!
